The popular TV show “Dhruv Tara – Samay Aur Sadi Se Pare” is saying goodbye to one of its standout actors, Karan V Grover. Known for his role as Maharaja Surya Pratap, Karan’s storyline has come to an end, and he has filmed his final scenes for the show. Reflecting on his time on set, Karan shared his experiences and gratitude with Pinkvilla.
Karan also took to social media to express his appreciation for the support he received from the crew throughout the production. In a heartfelt note, he thanked everyone involved in the show for their unwavering dedication.
Describing his time on the show, Karan V Grover shared, “It was an incredible learning experience for me. The cast was the cherry on top, making every moment enjoyable. Riya and Ishaan made me feel extremely welcome from day one.” He added, “I truly appreciate their support and friendship. I will miss playing this character and, of course, my beard, which I had grown. The show has given me much to take back, and I am thankful for the amazing journey!”
On his official Instagram handle, Karan posted a video showing his transformation into Maharaja Surya Pratap, along with a compilation of memorable on and off-screen moments. Accompanying the video, he wrote, “A King is not born, he is made. This is absolutely true in the case of Maharaj Surya Pratap Singh.”
Reacting to the video, actress Riya Sharma, who plays Tara on the show, commented, “My fav forever.” Another comment read, “JOKES APART thank you for being one of the best people I have worked with.” Additionally, a cake-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate Karan’s farewell.
