Scene 1
Tanu comes out of car and looks at court. Rishi arrives there. He comes out of car and sees Tanu there, they both emotionally looks at each other. Lawyer comes to Rishi, Rishi looks away from Tanu, she glances at him as he goes in court. Tanu is emotional and tries to compose herself. Lawyer Mehra is with media. Abhi comes to them and says no questions. Lawyer Mehra says we are going to win this case. Abhi says he is her father, dont underestimate him, lawyer says this is not business. Abhi says this case is business for you, focus on this case and dont take him as weak. Mehra says this case is mine, normally lawyers give hope but I am giving you guarantee.
Abhi comes to Tanu and says this case is in our favor, dont worry. Tanu starts coming in court with Abhi. Rishi sees her coming

and just keep staring at her. Tanu is in tears and looks down. Rishi thinks no Tanu I cant see you breaking like this, I wish we could have a new start, Natasha is our daughter and we could build a life with her, there is still time, just give me one hint, just take one step towards me and then I will take all the steps, i will hold your hand and take you with me. Tanu passesby from Rishi, Rishi moves his hand towards Tanu but Abhi holds Tanu’s hand and takes her away, Rishi touches her dupatta and sees Abhi holding her hand, lutna plays. Rishi is in tears. Lawyer asks if he listened what he said? Rishi tries to compose himself. Rishi says no one understands my heart, no one listens to me. Manpreet sends lawyer away and says dont worry, this is happy day, you will win, you will get Natasha forever, be strong. Rishi says you are right, I have to win this case at any cost, I want Natasha, she is Tanuja’s shadow, I have to win her.

Scene 2
Case starts, Rishi and family sits inside. Tanu sits with Abhi. Rishi and Tanu glances at each other. Judge comes there and starts hearing. Rishi’s lawyer Mittal introduces himself. Abhi’s lawyer Mehra introduces him. Mittal says this is about baby’s case, she was living with her mother Tanuja, whenever her father Rishi tries to meet her, he is stopped, he isnt allowed to meet her and thats why he wants to take legal custody of hers, whenever he tries to go close to his daughter, he gets accused, he was even accused of kidnapping his daughter and was sent to jail for it, I want to bring witnesses for it. He calls Rano in witness box, he asks whats her relation with Natasha? she says I am her grandma. He asks if Rishi kidnapped Natasha? Rano says no I brought her home from school, if I kidnapped her then why would I go to Tanu’s house and tell her that her daughter is at our house. Mittal says Rishi didnt kidnap her, this is way to keep him away from his daughter. Judge asks Mehra if he wants to questions Rano? but he says no. Rishi’s lawyer calls Beeji in box. He asks Beeji how is Rishi and Natasha’s relation? She says they are like perfect father and daughter, Rishi was so worried and tensed when she was in accident. Lawyer asks if Rishi knew that she is his daughter at that time? she says no. Lawyer calls Naitra in box, he asks how is Rishi as a father? Naitra says no one has problem when Rishi is around, he is very nice son and father. Lawyer says to judge that Rishi is very responsible father and I request you to give Natasha to him, there is should be good family members in family for good upbringing. Judge asks Mehra if he wants to question Naitra? he says yes otherwise this case will be one sided. He asks Naitra if she loves Rishi? Naitra gets tensed. Rishi’s lawyer says how is Naitra’s love related to this case? Lawyer Mehra says her love has very deep relation with this case, it matters most in this case. Mehra asks Naitra is she loves Rishi? she says yes, I have loved only and only Rishi in my life and will always do it. Tanu gets angry hearing it. Rishi looks at her and nods in no, she glares at him. Mehra says I asked wrong question because she is blind in rishi’s love, she will praise Rishi’s wrong deeds too because she loves him. Mehra says I dont want to question her about Rishi. He says I have one more question. Mehra says to Naitra that your daughter Tanya was asked to not play with Natasha? why? Naitra says yes because they fell in water tank so mom denied her to play with Natasha. Mehra says such big incident happened in Rishi’s house that kids fell in a tank, he is asking for custody but kids can fall in well under his care? Rishi gets angry and says it was just an accident, kids were playing and fell, all are fine, nothing happened. Mehra says but it still happened in your care. Rishi says it was not a big thing. Judge says you will talk in witness box, sit down. Rishi silently sits down. Mehra calls Rano in box next. He says to Rano that you said Rishi didnt kidnap Natasha nor did you, infact you went to Tanu and told her that her daughter is with you but you threatened her that her daughter is with you. Rano says not at all, I just went to tell her. Mehra says you could have called her for that but you wanted to threaten her, warn her, you kept threatening her. He says grandma took kid to her house without even telling her mother, how can a mother think like this for another mother? He calls Rishi in witness box next. Rishi sadly looks at Tanu and goes to box. Mehra says we have been talking about him so much, he married Tanuja and was a little different then, Abhi’s lawyer accuses Rishi that he was like normal husband who blames his wife, doubts her, being jealous and accuses his wife, his biggest allegation was that his wife cheated him and took all his property. Tanu looks at Rishi in tears hearing it.

PRECAP- Naitra is in court and says to herself what will Rishi think of myself? that I am a type of girl who was with Rishi at night. Rishi comes there and hears it, he is stunned.
Abhi says to Tanu that its not you but your love is talking.
Rishi meets Tanu and says look I won this case. Tanu is in tears.
