The Episode starts with Prerna rushing Anurag to the hospital. He is taken to the OT. Doctor says we have to do patient’s surgery, he is serious. She asks him to hurry. He says we can’t do the surgery until his family member signs the consent form. She says I will sign. He asks are you his wife, your sign can work, if not, then sorry, case is critical, surgery can’t happen. Prerna sees Anurag in the OT. She recalls the sindoor moment. She says I m his wife. Doctor asks nurse to take her signature on the consent form. One hour ago, the official says I will sign on the form, your property gets the right to turn into commercial one. Prerna sees Anurag coming and hides. She thinks why is he coming here, if he sees me, he will try to bribe Sudeep. A peon asks her not to go that side, construction

She asks for Prerna. Komolika says he isn’t answering. She asks Mohini to call Anurag. Mohini calls Anurag. Komolika snatches the phone. Nurse thinks to answer the call. She answers. Komolika asks where are you Anurag. Nurse says Anurag is admitted in city hospital, his wife is taking care of him. Komolika asks who told you about his wife, did Anurag tell you. Nurse says no, Prerna filled a form and we got to know she is his wife. Komolika says Prerna is doing the same mistake, I m not going to leave her. Mohini says you mean Prerna….
