The Episode starts with Mohini asking Prerna why didn’t she wear the saree she has sent for her. Prerna says this saree is my mum’s blessing, your saree is just a style statement. Mohini hugs her and says status matters a lot to me, I won’t let our respect get spoiled. She warns Prerna and says you ignored me by ignoring my choice, remember this, I take decisions for everyone here, you did a big mistake, so beware, I won’t bear any other mistake now, Anurag got scolded because of you, don’t put him in trouble. Prerna says I also don’t want him to fall in trouble. Mohini says its good we agree on something. Prerna recalls Anurag’s words.

She thinks Mohini is right, Anurag got insulted because of me, he cares for me a lot, I didn’t say thanks to him. She asks Anupam about Anurag. He says he would be in his room. Navin stops her and introduces Prerna to guest. Navin gets upset when a guest comments on his age. Prerna goes upstairs. Navin cracks silly jokes. Prerna comes to Anurag’s room and smiles seeing him stitching his kurta. He sees her at the door and asks her to come in.

She jokes that she heard his conversation with his button. She helps him. She thanks him for going against everyone just to save her. She says I have seen much care for myself in your eyes, mum is calling me. She turns and cries. He says I have seen Navin with some other woman. She says I think it was me. He says I know you very well, I will see you even if you pass through the crowd in college. He asks what happened, are you staring at me. She says you are not my type. Their cute conversation goes on. He asks her to go to her function. She says I asked Anupam about you, Anupam would know and tell them that I didn’t run away. He says but imagine, we are here together, if Navin knows this, he will get a heart attack, you left engagement and came here, what will people think, I m of your age, they will think Prerna has changed the guy. He laughs and says sorry, I was kidding. She says this ring is much loose. He checks it and says its too big, look at this, is this Navin’s choice. She says I was going to adjust size, I didn’t get time, I can’t lose it, please help. He says finally, there will be a problem, engagement may break, I don’t want engagement to happen, I can’t see you tense. He fixes the ring size. She looks at him. Main tenu samjhawan….plays….

Moloy meets a lady. She praises him. He also compliments her. She says I m jealous of Mohini, she got a charming husband like you. Anupam sees them and smiles. He introduces himself. The lady gets a call. Moloy asks can’t you see my happiness, someone is praising me so much for the first time. Anupam gets Mohini there. Moloy says I love Mohini a lot. Moloy and Mohini profess love. Mohini says Moloy is such, he says anything anytime. She goes. Moloy and Anupam argue. Anurag says I tried my best, take this, I have solved such problems for mom and Nivedita. She says I m not moody. Anurag says you have many mood swings, you are sweet and simple sometimes, and then sometimes you shout and fight. She says no, I don’t shout on everyone, you always confuse me. He says you are more smart than me, okay forget it, you will feel bad. She says no, tell me. He says sometimes I don’t like you. She says same here. She checks ring and says this looks small. He says I know it will fit you, I held your hand once and know it. She asks how can you know. He makes her wear the ring. She says its fit. He says its a bit tight, but your problem is solved. Mohini comes and asks what are you doing here. Anurag says I was fixing her engagement ring. Mohini asks him to come along. She gets a call. Prerna takes Anurag and says this ring got stuck. He says its impossible, try to get it off, I will come. He goes with Mohini. Prerna tries to get the ring out. Mohini asks what’s the matter.

Anurag says everything is fine, come. Mohini says you know how much I love you, more than myself, I love my brother too, and want everything to get like before, Navin wants to talk to you, please resolve the issues. Navin comes. Mohini goes. Navin says Anurag, it was very unfortunate, but I understand your ego problems, you are Mohini’s son, how can I be upset with you, forget everything, I will forgive you. Anurag says you can forget everything but I can’t, why are you doing this drama, this doesn’t suit you, we both know the truth, any ways, enjoy the function, stop dreaming about Prerna, I won’t let your marriage happen with her, I will tell mom, we had spoke about it. Prerna gets Shivani’s call. Shivani asks did you do something of that ring. Prerna says yes, it got stuck. Shivani says its engagement ring, don’t wear it by some other guy, else you will get engaged to him. She jokes and asks Prerna not to take it seriously. She asks did you wear it by someone else, I will be very glad, I m sure any guy will be better than jiju uncle. Navin looks on and goes. Shivani asks what will I tell my friends about Navin, change my jiju please, I don’t like him. Prerna says I m coming downstairs. Shivani asks with whom are you now. Prerna says there is no one. Prerna ends call and sees the ring.
