Baji tries to write a letter to Kashi and says why can’t I write it? How will I have the guts to talk to Kashi? Matank comes there and asks him to get ready for the function, she leaves. Baji says the truth that I am attracted to Mastani but I have to forget her and go back to Kashi.

Baji comes to the function, he is being welcomes grandly. Mastani’s father asks why didn’t he wear the clothes they sent him? Baji asks what is going on here? Ruhaani says these are some rituals. Mastani’s father says he won a war for me so I am gifting huge number of coins as a gift. I am also gifting him a portion of my land. He asks him to accept it. Baji says this is too much. He says you have to accept it as a gratitude. Baji accepts it. Mastani’s father

says I am giving my family sword to Baji as an honor and the last thing I am giving away my daughter’s hand in his hand as he gifted his sword to her which is a sign of marriage in our culture. Baji is stunned and doesn’t know how to react. Baji says I am sorry but how did I get married to Mastani? I mean anyone would be lucky to marry her but I just gifted her my sword. Mastani’s father says everyone knows that we marry girls here when a guy gifts them their sword. Baji says I didn’t know about that. The minister says you should have learned about the culture before coming here. Baji says I am sorry, I didn’t know about it but I can’t accept this marriage. Ruhaani says you gave her respect in front of everyone but now you are abadoning her? Her father says I can give my life for you but I can’t give away my honor for you. You have to accept Mastani. Radha thinks Kashi is pillar of this house and Baji’s love is dependent on it. She calls Sooriya and says Baji didn’t send a letter to Kashi for days, she is sad so go and check on him. I want Kashi to be happy.

Baji stands alone and recalls Mastani’s words. His soldiers come there and ask him to share his troubles with them. The soldier says Mastani was trying to trap you. She was trying to lure you as she is cheap. Baji gets angry and raises his sword on them. He says her name is Mastani and don’t disrespect her like this.

Mastani and Bajirao are in a jungle. Mastani says Kahna didn’t marry Radha, but he still accepted her love.
Kashibai says I believe my Bajirao will come back to me.
Mastani says to Bajirao we are far away from any civilization, nobody will be able to hear us.
