Mastani looks at Baji sleeping in his tent and tells her servant that I started loving him 15 years ago when I heard about his name for the first time. I have always loved him since then. He is a great warrior. I laughed and cried for him. It’s time to confess my feelings to him. She enters his tent and smiles. She starts to leave but Baji says stop. Mastani tries to hide from him. Baji says my soldiers could have attacked you Mastani. Mastani smiles and says I came to meet you. Baji says you came here without taking an appointment? Are you egoistic? Mastani says no, I had a promise to not meet you till you are here. Baji says I don’t like looking at people’s back. Mastani says I can’t look in your eyes. Baji says I am here to win a war so I don’t
Kashi is feeling uneasy and sees diya blowing off. She says there is nothing to worry.
Baji jerks Mastani away and says I don’t need anyone’s permission to leave. I came here because you begged for help and now you are saying all this? Kashi comes to her mother’s room and finds all things thrown there. Kashi says what is all this? Radha comes there and tells Mohini (Kashi’s mother) that usually daughters go back to their parents’ house when they are pregnant but you are opposite, you came to your daughter’s house. She taunts her and leaves. Kashi says sorry to Mohini and says I will visit father’s house. A soldier brings Baji’s letter and gets happy.
Baji is preparing for the war. He comes to his soldiers and says let’s end this war fast. He sees Mastani coming there with her force. She gives him the documents and says it has all the information on enemies. Baji says we will take care of everything. Mastani says I will fight with you. Baji says it’s not easy to fight with Mughals. Mastani says my soldiers have lost everything so they want revenge. Baji says but you are a princess so why you want to fight? Mastani says I have already given my life to someone, he has all the rights on me. Baji looks on.
