Farah and Teeju introduces themselves to Katha. Informs her that their and Kavtia’s son used to play together. Katha asks them about their son’s livelihood. Farah replies that they murder good joke and they all burst into laughter. Kavtia calls Kiara, takes her to take Arav with them to play. Kiara hugs Arav and take him with her to play. Teeju appreciates Katha for raising her son so motivated and inspired. Kavtia informs them about Arav’s complicated case for which a team of doctors were called form New York. Katha not only survived throw that dark phase but also rescued a puppy. Teeju wants Katha to meet her son who loves animals but hates human beings. Farah understands that Katha must have gotten throw a lot. Kavita agrees, Katha arranges 1 crore herself. Teeju tells Katha that she and
Kiara and other children were questioning Arav about his house and doings. Reeti interrupts, she sends everyone to play outside except Arav whom she stops as he would exert himself but just recovered. Arav questions, doctor has allowed him to play. Mr. Garewal asks Reet to allow Arav. He cannot run much in the house. Reet leaves. Arav thanks Mr. Garewal by holding his hand. Arav sits with his grandfather, questions him about his favorite player. They both say Kholi’s name.
Katha takes permission to leave. Arav comes with his grandfather. Katha asks Arav to come with her. Kavita assures that Arav will come back to his grandparents’ house soon. While Arav hugs his grandfather good bye Katha brings Kavita aside and hands her back the heirloom bracelet she was given. Katha arranged the money; she doesn’t need the bracelet. Katha insists Kavita to take it back, it was gift from Kavita’s parents, it’s the piece that keeps us attach with our parent. Kavita takes them back. Katha and Arav leaves. Mr. Garewal and Viaan cries as they hug each other.
Viaan hears a doorbell, asks if its his mother. Ahsan enters the room pretending to be Viaan’s mother. Ahsan notice Viaan not answering him. He talks it out with Viaan as he loves him like a mother as well. He asks Viaan to handle him and his outbursts as well. Viaan apologies. Ahsan assures that they will not talk about Katha, she will not be returning to the office. He brought some CV’s to find Katha’s replacement. Viaan doesn’t find CV’S worth the job, none of them have the qualification or abilities to fit the job. Ashan points out Viaan’s criteria and tells him how he is finding a new Katha. Ahsan has an expensive option, they can make a clone of Katha. Viaan doubts, she will leave as well.
Arav and Katha were enjoying ice cream when Arav tells her about the fun he had at grandfather’s house. He had a lot of option to eat their but didn’t because food at road side can never beat the gelato being served there. Katha loves the mango flavor she is eating; Arav enjoys his ice cream. Katha tells Arav about Mr. Garewal owing a restaurant famous for its desi cuisine. Kata distracts Arav to take a bite from his ice cream, he does the same to here.
Ahsan considers Katha having something special in here. This project was different because of Katha, as Jeetu said she was the soul of this project. They play the presentation where Viaan hears Katha talking about making their building with sand.
Teeju forgot to take Katha’s number. Farah speculated that Katha and Kavita were not in contact before. Teeju blesses the person who helped Katha with the money. Farah also noticed that she came alone, she didn’t marry again. Teeju knows what it feels like losing someone. Farah is inspired by Katha managing everything herself, she is beautiful yet talented. Teeju suggests talking to Ahsan and Viaan to give her a job in EarthCon. It will support Katha. Farah considers it a great idea.
Viaan asks Ahsan to play the presentation again, they might need to change few slides. Farah and Teeju enters the room. Seeing them well dressed and happy Ashan suspects that they found their daughter in law. Teeju informs them about meeting a girl, who is a single mother. Everyone at the party was talking about either her or her son. She will be the new face of their NGO. Farah is unable to remember her name, she recalls her name starting from K. Farah remembers it being Kavia. Ahsan wants her mother to find a Kavia for his office, as the one they had left but she should be an architect. It’s like a dream come true. Teeju tries hard to remember the name, she notices Katha’s picture on the screen. Viaan points out that its Katha, she is already their employee. Teeju questions Viaan for not telling her before, Katha is single mother and Aditya’s widow, they have a son who had blood cancer. Viaan gets in a shock. Ahsan has doubts. Teeju and Farah clarifies, Katha strived to have her son treated. Ahsan argues that Katha is single, she is project head of their Dubai project. Viaan steps back. They play the video to clear their doubts. The recognize Katha, she is the same person they just met. Tells that she had to arrange 1 crore for her son’s treatment, she did all that by herself. Viaan breathes heavily as he hears all that. He recalls Katha agreeing to his condition in exchange for 1 crore.
PRECAP: Viaan stops Katha outside her building. He begs her to forgive him. He didn’t know that she wanted the money for her son. He was not aware for her struggles.
