Katha opens the door to see Kavita and Mr. Garewal giving her a surprise visit.
Teeju is sitting downstairs. Viaan comes to her, she questions him, came to his room in morning but he was asleep. Gopal told her about his wound, Viaan tells that it was a small accident. Teeji read the description, he got stitches, asked how he slept. Viaan has a nice sleep, Teeji says that it would have hurt when he got injured. Viaan refuse, had a lot of people around him scare away the pain. Teeji wants to see the wound, tells that the pain goes way when there are people to share it with. Teeji was never there for Viaan, he learned how to hide his pain. Viaan asks her to let go of the past. Teeji is here for Viaan now, he must come to her with all his pain, and she will get rid of it. The house help gives Viaan
Katha serves Mr. Garewal and Kavita paratha; Aarav gives them butter. Mr. Garewal tells that it was Aditya’s favorite dish. Aarav gives them another delight prepared by Neerja. Mr. Garewal asks about Neerja, Katha says that she went to the market. Mr. Garewal came to Aarav’s house for the first time, he wanted to give something to his grandfather. Aarav is the best gift Mr. Garewal received. Kavita says that Mr. Garewal has something to tell. Mr. Garewal wants to hold a ceremony for Aarav and Yohan to be introduced to the world. Mr. Garewal wants to correct his wrongs. Katha asked him to let go, said that they were starting fresh. Mr. Garewal agrees, cannot change the past, but now wants to be here with Aarav and Katha, share their problems and help them. They will become the family they couldn’t be. Aarav hugs Mr. Garewal. Katha hugs Kavita, she sees Aditya’s photo and tells that his support will always be here.
Viaan is ready, looks at Katha’s watch he packed in a box. Ehsan enters his room, helps Viaan wear his coat. Viaan asks him to drive his car, Ehsan will do anything, he is Viaan’s driver. Ehsan cannot leave Viaan alone and he must practice taking care of Viaan until Katha accepts him. Viaan tells that Ehsan’s wife will love him for being the person who shows his husband mirror. Ehsan questions has he is the one showing Viaan the mirror, tells that he must put some effort with Katha. Viaan request Ehsan to keep his ideas to himself, love comes naturally, can not be created. Ehsan thinks that one can put oil to fire. Viaan mocks Ehsan, asks him to give the right example. They leave for the office.
Viaan waits outside Katha’s office, she comes to office. He wants to talk to her, Katha allows him. Viaan returns her watch, she must have dropped it in ca. Katha asks if he fixed it as it wasn’t working yesterday. Viaan agrees, considering it reason it came to him. Katha says that he didn’t have to do that. Viaan thinks one must not wear a stopped watch, Katha questions if the stops time as well. Viaan refused, time never stops, she didn’t have her watch but still is on time, not 15 minutes late like her first day. Katha agrees, tells that just like time life doesn’t stop as well, we shouldn’t wait for people as well, people get stuck in time hoping for someone. Viaan never stopped, he was on a path but didn’t know where he was headed. He has found a light now, following it hoping to find it soon. Katha calls if hopeless philosophy, the light needs to stop in order for him to reach it, Viaan needs to be practical and change his course. Viaan refuse to do so, he will hope well and hope never strives in fear. Katha remains silent, she shows him a sketch design. Katha tells that it is a print of the actual design of India’s rare architectural achievement, first came across it in Architectural college. Katha always dreamed of seeing the original handmade design but couldn’t, hoped for it for a ling time but life came to her. She learned the difference between hope and reality and moved on. She wants Viaan to real that difference and move on as well. Katha leaves. Viaan looks at the sketch on more time and leaves.
Next day, Viaan is in karate studio. Aarav makes his entry on the bicycle, he was about to trip, calls Robin to help him. Robin saves him. Batman asks Robin about his wound; he can not play squash. Robin only came to meet Batman. Batman asks if Robin’s friend knows about his wound, Robin tells him that she applied the bandage. Batman excitedly tells that it means she likes him, Robin refuses, says that she did it out of kindness, would have done for anyone else as well. Batman tells Robin that he is special, she doesn’t feel that way, hopes to tell her. Robin hopes to be special to her like is to Batman.
In the office, the team goes to new resume for employment. Viaan asks Jeetu to shortlist a candidate. Ehsan tells that hiring gives a reality check, asks Viaan to look at the experience of these candidates. Viaan finds a candidate who might be beneficial to their Lonavala project. He asks Katha is she shortlisted someone for her team. Katha refuses, there are a lot of candidates who will be shortlisted and hired but ask if its enough. She thinks it’s important to know about their inspiration, his life purpose, work can be thought but not work ethics. Ehsan thinks that she has a point. Katha tells everyone would want to be a part of EarthCon, their urge cannot be enough. The workspace here is like an extended family. She doesn’t think that anyone can be offered a job without knowing their emotional thought process. Owing to Shamita’s incident, hiring is a risk. She suggests calling shortlisted candidates for pre – employment test to assess their emotional quotient and whether they are good team player fitted for EarthCon or not. Jeetu asks if they can manage that test in their busy schedule. Viaan approves, they must do it for long term future planning of EarthCon’s family whose biggest investment are its people. Viaan sides with Katha, Ehsan asks her to design the test and discuss. He has some emotional questions for the candidate as well that he will ask himself. The meeting has been called off; he has to be in a meeting for the Rajasthan project. Viaan wishes him luck, smiles at Katha working.
Viaan asks Jenny to start work on Rajasthan project. The office helps tells Viaan that his lunch is ready, Viaan asks it to be serves in cafeteria. Shekha comes to prepare her coffee; she is shocked to see Viaan here. Viaan is shocked to see everyone being shocked by his presence here, asks if it’s a no Viaan zone. Shekha gives him a cupcake as a welcome. The office help brings him lunch. Katha comes to the cafeteria she turns around seeing Viaan but rejects her own idea, she has to this awkward feeling.
PRECAP: Ehsan tells Katha and Viaan about taking leave if there is no work. Kathas asks him to leave, the work is on track. Ehsan thinks of something. The light goes out, Viaan turns flashlight on, music plays on his phone. Katha stares at him.
