Reet cries for her relationship, she did everything for Yuvraj what more could she have done. Yuvraj felt lonely in this relationship, she never understood him. Reet asks what she could have done for him. Yuvraj asks her just to talk to her nicely for once, recalls how she broke the pot he made for her. Reet broke the pot, threatened to break the other one. Yuvraj knows that she might not forgive him, she can complain about it to his and her parents as well. Reet asks if he has returned, makes him promise over their unborn child. Yuvraj hugged her, cried a lot, and should leave now. Reet questions, he is going to bring his parents back form movies, is sure that her daughters must have taken him to a restaurant otherwise Mr. Garewal would have called by now. Yuvraj assures to keep no more secrets from
Viaan brings drink for Ehsan, he asks if Viaan purposely called Paranlekha to disturb his yacht plan with Katha. Viaan agrees, asking if Ehsan spiked Viaan’s orange juice at Jeetu’s anniversary party. Ehsan refused at first, than eventually agreed. Viaan questions, Ehsan shouldn’t have gone down this much. Ehsan apologies. They both agree not keep secrets from each other anymore. Viaan confesses his feeling for Katha to Ehsan. He knows Ehsan would be disappointed but he never felt like this for anyone, can not turn back but will not lose his friend for it. Ehsan assures, asks him to step forward to reach his destination. Viaan questions. Ehsan realized that its dead end with katha, he tried everything, but she doesn’t feel for her. They are better friends, and he will not ruin his friendship with her. Viaan thought that Ehsan would get upset. Ehsan being a lover will find it somewhere else, he will sacrifice this one for Viaan who loves sincerely. They cheer for it. Ehsan asks him to understand that its extremely difficult to impress Katha, Viaan questions him for discouraging him. Ehsan is being a supportive friend, will be there if Viaan gets his heart broken. They both drank their drinks, went back to Katha waiting for them.
Viaan and Ehsan came back to find the seat empty, Viaan searched for her. Ehsan wonders if she heard their talk. Viaan called her but she didn’t pick up. They both got worried. Ehsan went to check on terrace.
A few minutes back, while she was waiting in the restaurant Katha received a call from Kavita, after which she left in a hurry.
Mr. Garewal gets angry at the heavy traffic in Mumbai. Yuvraj calms him down. Katha calls Kavita to inform her that she has reached home. katha came home to find Reet in her labor, her water broke and see was in pain. She helps Reet to calm down, asks house help to bring Reet’s backpack. The contractions were too much pain for Reet to handle. Katha calls Reet’ gynecologist. They had Reet on video call, the water broke before time. Katha informs about feeling child’s kick near pelvis, asks if it has breached. The doctor asked Katha to bring Reet to the city hospital. Katha had called a cab, assists Reet to get to the cab safely.
Viaan tries to call Katha again, she picks up to hear her telling driver to take a turn towards city hospital. Viaan gets worried thinking something went wrong with Aarav. He leaves immediately.
Katha takes Reet inside on a stretcher. Reet begs Katha to save her child. Katha motivates Reet, she has taken care of the baby for too long. Reet must not lose hope in the final step. Viaan reaches the city hospital, asks lobbyist for Katha Singh.
Katha informs Kavit about bringing Reet to hospital to her gynecologist. The hospital rooms and hallways remind her of the time she spent with Aarav. Viaan finds Katha, she is shocked to see him. Katha picked up the call, he found out she was coming to the city hospital and got really worried. Katha apologized for leaving unannounced, told that Reet went to labor. Reet went to labor three weeks before, Viaan thinks it as a good sing, Katha informs about the baby being in difficult position, she hopes for everything to go well. Viaan leaves to bring her water, he buys two sandwiches with it as well.
He gives Katha water, asks her to have sandwiches. She refused, he tries to convince saying that they missed their dinner and don’t know much time she will have to spend here. He asks her to accompany him. Kath hopes and prays for Reet to be well, she knows that Reet will be fine but for now her hinger is locked behind that labor room. The hospital seat reminds Katha of the anxiety and restlessness, she has spent a lot of her time here. Viaan tries to hold her hand to show sympathy but doesn’t, asks her to share whatever is bothering her with him. The stretchers really bother Katha, she has witnessed every story that stretcher had, of hope and love or of pain and loss. Her Aarav has spent a huge share of his time on such stretcher which used to take him to emergency rooms away form his mother. She used to wait for him in these seats. Their story started with hope and survived pain and to reach life.
PRECAP: Reet congratulates Yuvraj for becoming father of a son. Viaan congratulates him as well, Kavita is surprised to see Viaan. Katha tells that they were out for dinner together. Mr. Garewal asks Viaan to leave as his services are no longer required. Teeji tells Viaan that love understands all languages. Viaan seems to refuse, love has left him confused, he struggles to find the right time and moment.
