Poonam comes to Rohit’s house and asks where Nickie is. Rohit was tensed and says she is asleep. Poonam asks if he gave Nickie 30k. Rohit asks why he would. Poonam says Nickie is playing Online Poker, and a guy is blackmailing her. Today she gave 30k to the guy. Where she got all the money. Ana says she did. Poonam asks Ananya if Nickie told her everything and she did not think it important to share with her parents. Ananya explains that Nickie was being desperate and threatened to suicide, she was helpless. Poonam questions if Ananya paid Nickie he money. Ananya says she went herself in the morning and gave money to Varun. She did not drag cops into the matter so as to avoid media and bring bad name to Nickie. Poonam shouts that this is irresponsible, she should have told them. Ananya says
Rohit comes to the room where Ananya sat on the chair. He says Nickie has left. What she did… Ananya says she knows what Rohit would say, his ex-wife was right and that she is not the mother. Rohit explains that Poonam was her mother that is why she said so. Ananya was annoyed and says was also upset when she came to know but does not matter. And she knows Rohit is angry too, but she is not in a mood for any word. Rohit forcefully takes her into a hug. He says he was angry since morning; he did not know where she was. He called her but she did not pick up, so he called Harry. He is not dumb and realized that Harry was covering her up. Poonam does not understand, but she could have told him. He has told her a thousand times that I love you. But today he loves her a thousand times more, what she did for Nickie is the best thing that ever happened to him. Ananya replies she did what felt right. Rohit says it is a complement, at least she can thank him. She says thank you. Rohit asks if it would be so dry. He offers her red wine. Ananya smiles.
Bani and Aarya reach home. Bani was angry at Ananya that her parents had a right to know who he was, she was foolish to pay the money. Aarya says Ananya did whatever anyone else would have done. Bani was not ready to understand. She tells Aarya she would stay for a few days. Aarya was ready to stay with her but Bani says she wants to spend time with Nickie. And its dad’s birthday day after tomorrow, she and Nickie are planning for it. She requests him to understand and let this be between them sisters.
Inside, Nickie was walking across the room. Sheena says computer genius to ace gambler; it’s a headline news. She laughs that they never thought this is what Nickie would be. Nickie requests her to stop, mom is pissed, dad isn’t talking to her and Ananya have had to bear the brunt of all this. She is already helpless. Poonam comes to the room. Nickie hugs Poonam, she says sorry and she would never do this again. Sheena asks if they have played Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum, lets play Teen Patti. Poonam says this isn’t funny. Sheena defends Nickie that everyone commits mistakes and infact Poonam was the best gambler in their family as well. It is in Nickie’s genes. Poonam says they need to make Nickie realize this mistake. Sheena takes Nickie to make some pancakes.
Poonam receives a message from Abhimanyu about Coffee Chemistry.
Ananya plans birthday party. Avi checks the guest list. Cherry looks for alcohol. Harry offers to help the with cake, and names the cake brands. Ananya says its her husband’s birthday party. Harry says he is going to London for a day, tell him if she wants something. Ananya says there is one thing he can help her with. Harry was ready.
Rohit drops Nickie to college. He says he has spoken to Principal; everyone makes mistakes. She must now stay away from all this. Nickie smiles that sure. Rohit says its his birthday tomorrow, he has planned to take her, Bani, and Ana to Peshawari for Mughlai food. Nickie goes inside and calls Bani. She speaks to Bani that they must tell dad about the party. She then gets a call from Ananya. She was about to thank Ananya but Ananya says they will talk about it sometime later. Right now, she needs Nickie’s help for a surprise party for Rohit. Nickie now takes Bani’s call, Bani was annoyed and says Nickie dare not share this to her best friend Ananya. Nickie place Bani’s call on hold and takes the one from Ananya. Ananya tells Nickie she has arranged everything; they must give guests name to Vandy. And tell her any demands of food. Nickie now place Ananya on hold. Nickie calls Bani to a coffee shop near the college and tells her to meet her there. She invites Ananya to the same coffee shop.
Poonam gets a gift hamper through courier. Abhimanyu had written a note, she rejected all coffee invites, she must now keep these coffee boxes as these would mind otherwise. Poonam tears the note. The courier person says this is already paid, and no return policy is there. She must keep it. Sheena comes out and asks who drinks coffee when upset. Coffee increases anxiety while alcohol is taken for soothing mood. She asks who sent this. Ananya says she ordered it. Sheena clicks a photo of Ananya with the hamper.
In the coffee shop, Bani was preparing lists. Nickie was anxiously waiting and looking towards the doors. Mona joins them with a smile. Bani was furious. Nickie apologizes as she cannot hold all this stress. They are planning two different surprise parties for the same person, and she is being pissed off. She does not want to lie. Ananya understands and sits. Bani tells Ananya she is organizing party for dad, and Ananya may join. Ananya says she is also organizing surprise party for her dad, she and Aarya may also join. She asks what they are planning for food. Bani says Nara Thai. Ananya says they always eat that; she was thinking of food from Peshawari. Daal Makhni is his favorite. She asks about the cake. Ananya convinces she knows Pastry and will order a special cake from there. Bani was angry that if Ananya has planned everything, she will come as guest. Ananya convince her politely that there is still a lot to do, they can do it together. Bani says she got her guest list, Ananya can invite everyone. She leaves. Ananya asks Nickie about Bani’s guest list. Nickie counts the guests. Ananya asks if their mother would join. Nickie says she isn’t sure about mother, but Bani would surely come.
The next day, Rohit complements the decorations. Avi and Cherry say Ananya even turned Harry into a worker. Ana laughs that he is coming from London. Maa greets the guests. Vandy asks about Poonam. Ananya says she is unsure, but others have come. Avi tells Ana here Poonam is. Ana says it bothered her initially but not anymore. Rohit greets Poonam and says the house is well-decorated, if from Bani’s wedding planner. Rohit says Ana did it herself. Ana thanks Poonam. Aarya discusses with Bani that Popsy looks cool between mom and Ananya. Bani tells him not to talk about her dad like this and call him dad. Aarya greets Poonam. Bani offers Poonam a drink and taunts that Ananya is in full Maska mood. Poonam tells Bani to be nice, they are Ananya’s guest. Bani boasts about being the co-host, Ananya worked and she approved. They laugh.
Ananya brings fresh Kachori for Maa. Poonam brings a kachori with low salt. Maa takes it with a heavy heart as Meera says he one Ananya gave was nice. Ananya serves maa tea as well. Poonam orders a sugar free. Ananya says its sugar free already. She offers Ananya to take something. Maa complements the décor of the house.
Bani discusses with Nickie that Ananya is trying to be nice to dadi now. Nickie says Ananya isn’t so bad. She says Bani behaves like an attention seeking child who is so obsessed that she is jealous of Ananya. She must be insecure for her hubby. Bani goes to get a drink.
Maa tells Ananya that Rohit likes Kachori, chaat and everything. She as well. She looks towards Rohit and says Rohit is happy, Ananya keeps him happy. Ananya thanks Maa. Poonam felt uncomfortable.
