In a recent vlog on his YouTube channel, Abhishek Kumar recounted his experiences on Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 and shed light on his altercation with Asim Riaz. He explained, “Show mei jitna dikhaya na, voh pura nahi dikhaya. Bohot chize hui thi (Whatever is shown in the show, it’s not the full story. A lot of things happened).”
Abhishek went on to reveal that the argument shown on television occurred four to five days after tensions initially began. He remarked, “Muje jealousy factor dikh gaya tha. Mere taraf uska yeh dikh gaya tha ki ‘yeh ladka upar kaise badh gaya hai.’ (I saw the jealousy factor in him. I noticed that he was thinking, ‘How come this guy is successful?’)”
He continued, “Bhai, kismat ki baat hai, mehnat ki baat hai. Jalan kisi ke sath, kisi ki nahi honi chahiye aur uski jalan vahi dikh gayi thi. (Brother, it’s all about destiny and hard work. There shouldn’t be jealousy, but I saw that he is jealous).”
Abhishek emphasized that Asim often boasted about his abilities but failed to deliver when it came to performing stunts. According to Abhishek, Asim’s ego was bruised when he couldn’t live up to his own hype. Abhishek noted that while several contestants struggled with stunts, none bragged as much as Asim did.
Abhishek further alleged that Asim’s inability to perform led to disrespectful behavior towards both seniors and juniors on the show. Abhishek accused Asim of bullying him and claimed that the show’s atmosphere improved after Asim’s eviction. He clarified that Asim was removed not because he chose to leave but because he made derogatory comments about host Rohit Shetty and other contestants.

His mother expressed her fears about watching him perform dangerous stunts, highlighting the emotional challenges he faced. Abhishek recounted how his journey began on the first day of the show, revealing that he was initially hesitant to participate but eventually decided to do it for his fans and family, with encouragement from Rohit Shetty.
He described the difficulty of the stunts and his initial fear, but also shared his surprise and excitement upon successfully completing and winning the first stunt. Abhishek spoke fondly of the bonds he formed with fellow contestants such as Krishna Shroff, Karanveer Mehra, Shalin Bhanot, Gashmeer Mahajani, Aashish Mehrotra, Sumona Chakravarti, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Niyati Fatnani, Aditi Sharma, and Shilpa Shinde.
