EPISODE 8
Episode starts from Swara leaving Sanskar in his home nd leaves from there to her home..!! Swara enters in her mansion and her so called father sitting in the sofa nd waiting for her impatiently..!! Swara shooks her head nd was about claimb the stairs..!!
Shekar called out her name ” Swara beta..!! ” with extra butter in his voice..!! Swara turns being discusted by his voice..!! ” Swara beta..!! How is Sanskar..!! ” asked Shekar..!! ” Thats non of ur business ” Swara snaps back..!! ” Beta y r u speaking like this..!! Ok i know u dont like to talk with me..!!
After all yeh apke adhat hogaye..!! ( trying to pretened as hurt ) what can i do being ur father..!! This heart is caring for u..!! Nd i know San..!! ” this time before he could complete..!! ” Bas..!! Enough of ur drama..!! Nd dont u dare to take Sanskar’s name from ur dirty mouth..!!

Swara room : Swara is lying on her stomach in bed..!! She is crying bitterly she dont know for which thing she needs to cry..!! For her Sanskar..!! Or for her so called Papa..!! She cries her heart out..!! Hugging the pillow nd remembering whats all happened in this one day..!!
On the other side Sanskar is crying hugging Ishu’s pic..!! He caresses the pic ” Dont worry Ishu..!! I ll bring u back asap..!! I cant live without u..!! I need u for that i need ur Custody..!! I ll get it by hook or crook..!! ” saying so Sanskar wipes his tears..!!
He goes to his cupboard nd takez out a mobiz from inbtw cloths..!! He calls someone..!! After the call he slept peacefully..!!
NEXT MORNING
Sanskar getsup being tired..!! He goes nd opens his door..!! Nd found a notice in his door step..!! He confusedly takes it and opens..!! He gets shocked after reading it..!! He calls someone..!! After cutting the call..!!
” How can u do this Bhaiya..!! How can u think that i ll harm my Ishu..!! She is my breath bhaiya..!! But u have reported that I may harm her Coz she is not my Biological daughter..!! So that u want me to sign the papers nd declares that both are not father nd daughter anymore..!!

Swara came to Sanskar house to see how is he..!! She came in nd didnt found him anywhere in hall or kitchen..!! She went to his kitchen and finds him standing beside window leaning in the wall..!! Nd silently sobbing..!!
Swara goes near him nd taps his shoulder..!! Sanskar turns nd hugs her still sobbing..!! ” Sanskar kya hua..!! ” said Swara while caressing his back..!! Sanskar parts and gives her the notice..!! Swara reads it nd her bcm red in anger..!!
” How dare he..!! How can he do like this..!! U dont worry Sanskar i m there na..!! I ll arrange a lawyer i promise i wont let that Adarsh win over u..!! ” said Swara..!! Sanskar sees her and says ” Shona wo..!! ” said Sanskar..!! Swara cuts him..!!
” Nhi Sanskar u dont speak in this matter..!! I ll manage..!! ” said Swara..!! ” Nhi Shona wo pa..!! ” Sanskar was about to say but Swara again interupts ” I know Sanskar u dont worry about Money i can handle..!! ”
Said Swara..!! ” Nhi Swara vo mein..!! ” but again he is cutted by Swara ” Nhi Sanskar not a word now see Definetly that Adarsh will regret..!! Now come will eat something nd 2mrw is hearing na..!! Afternoon i m going to meet Lawyer also..!! ” said Swara and drags him..!!
Swara did something eatable..!! They have their break fast and at noon SwaSan went to meet an lawyer whose fees is equal to Swara’s Savings..!! ” U dont worry Ms.Malik and Mr.Sanskar i ll win this case anyhow..!! Waise ye tho sirf custody case hai na and after all U r her Father..!!
Than there is no things to be argued..!! U get her custody..!! ” said Lawyer..!! ” But prob is there only Neji sir..!! ” said Swara..!! ” Matlab..?? ” asked the lawyer..!! ” Matlab..!! Sanskar is not Biological father of Ishu..!! He is only married to Kavitha..!! ” said Swara..!!

Next day : Hearing day..
SwaSan is already reached the court..!! They are desperately waiting to see Ishu..!! There comes Adarsh in his car..!! He came out with Ishu in his arms..!! Seeing Ishu Sanskar ran towards them..!! But police came inbtw in stops him..!!
” Sir i want to see my daughter..!! ” said Sanskar..!! ” U cant..!! Today is hearing na u can meet her after the judgement if u win so..!! ” said Police while pushing Sanskar aside nd made way to Adarsh..!! Swara holds Sanskar..!!
Ishu sees SwaSan with teary eyes..!! So goes with SwaSan..!! All went inside the court..!! SwaSan is standing at one side nd AdaShu is standing one side..!! Justice signs to start..!! Adarsh nodes Mitra ji came forward while adjusting his coat..!!
” Ur honor..!! Here Mr.Adarsh maheshwari is filled a complaint against Mr.Mishra as u know that..!! My clinet wants Mr.Mishra to broke his all relationship with Ishita Mishra..!! Coz Sanskar is jobless nd his father also not ready to give him any properties..!! In that situation he cant took care of child that too girl child..!! Nd moreover she is not Mr.Mishra’s biological daughter..!!

” Do u have Lawyer or not..!! ” Justice asked for the final time..!! Adarsh smirkingly sees SwaSan..!! ” Ur Lawyer Negi is now out of Station Sanskar..!! U cant get Ishu custody..!! ” said Adarsh to himself..!! Nd thinks how he gave money to Negi nd ask him to back out from this case..!!
Swara is on the verge of crying..!! Sanskar is restless..!! Ishu is already crying..!! ” OPPOSITION SIDE U DONT HAVE LAWYER ND ITS LOOK LIKE U DONT WANNA ARGUE IN THIS CASE SO I M SAYING MY DECISION ND ISHITA MISHRA COUSTODY WILL..!! ”
Justice was about to say his decision..!! But a voice came and interupts..!! ” Sorry for being late My Lord..!! I m Mr.Mishra’s Lawyer..!! ” all turns nd sees a man in his mid 20’s with black coat standing in the door step..!! Adarsh is in utter shock..!! Sanskar smiles..!!
The man walks in stands beside Sanskar and submits the case papers..!!
“You may proceed Mr..!! shanthanu Maheshwari..!! ” said Justice..!! ” Thank u My lord..!! ” said shan..!! ” So Mr.Mitra had talked alot i think..!! Nd Mr.Mitra ji can i know why u guys filled this complaint..!! ” said Shan..!!
” Objection My lord..!! We all know the reason of this case but Mr.Maheshwari is acting childishly..!! Like he dont know it..!! ” said Mitra ji..!! ” My Lord i think A lawyer needs to answer the Questions properly..!! Is’nt it..!! ” said Shan..!! ” Objection over rule..!! ” said Justice..!!
” Thank u My Lord..!! So Mitra ji..!! Tell me y u filled the Case..!! On which base u filled it..!” Asked Shan..!! ” Coz Sanskar is jobless..!! Nd..!! ” b4 Mitra could complete..!! ” Objection My lord..!! I think Mitra ji didnt investigate properly in this case..!! ” said Shan..!!
” what u mean..!! ” said Mitra ji..!! ” I mean ki yeh Mr.Sanskar Mishra is THE WELL KNOWN BUSSINESS MAN IN INDIA..!! he is the ‘SM’ so If Mitra ji said Sanskar is jobless than thiz will be the biggest comedy of the year..!! ” said Shan..!!
The whole court is in utter shock..!! The police who stops Sanskar is shivering like hell after hearing this..!! Adarsh cant believe his ears..!! Swara is fully blank..!! Mishras nd Shekar who just entered is fully shocked..!! Shan continued..!!
” Yes My lord..!! Here is proofs..!! ” Saying so Shan gives some papers to justice..!! ” Mr.Maheshwari any objection..!! ” asked Justice..!! Shan didnt answer..!! he looks at Sanskar..!! He pleads through his eyes..!! Shan turns nd sees Ishu..!! ” Mr.Maheshwari..!! ” said Justice..!! Shan feel unconcious..!! ” Shan..!! ” SanDarsh shouts in unsion..!! Nd ran towards him..!!
Shan’ s junior came nd Said ” My Lord My senior is ill so can u plzz postpond this case to nxt hearing..!! ” said Junior..!! Justice nods ” Next hearing will be on day after 2mrw..!! Now the court is adjant..!! Now treat Mr.Maheshwari..!! ” said Justice..!!
Sanskar pics Shan in his arms..!! Nd ran towards Medical room in court..!! SwaSanShan enters the room..!! Adarsh was about to enter..!! Junior stops him..!! ” u cant come in sir..!! Inspector..!! ” said Junior..!! Police stops adarsh..!! Inside the room..!! Doctor checks Shan..!! ” dont know why he felt unconcious he is fully fit and fine..!! Ok i m leaving..!! ”
Said Doctor and leaves..!! SwaSan is looking confused..!! Junior held forwards his hand..!! Shan held it nd getsup..!! SwaSan widened their eyes..!! ” aise kya dekh rahi ho..!! I dont have any other option..!! ” said Shan while getting up..!!
