Actor Krish Pathak recently revealed his physical transformation for his role in the show ‘Yeh Jhuki Jhuki Si Nazar.’ Krish gained some extra pounds during the pandemic. During an interview, he shared that he became fat and gained weight, due to which he lost his muscles. However, Krish is now back in shape and has now set some major fitness goals for his fans.
Talking about his fitness regime, Krish revealed that for losing weight, he opted for a strict diet, in which he ate only what was given by his trainer, Samir Jaura. For the unversed Samir also trains Kartik Aaryan and Farhan Akhtar and has trained actors like Hrithik Roshan, Shahid Kapoor, Mahesh Babu, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas among others in the past.
Krish added, “I was 88 kg when I started focusing on my body. After a difficult process of going through hours at the gyms each day and following a good meal plan that helped me to be in shape, I lost 19 kg. It was surely not easy for me but with great dedication, consistency, and the best guidance I achieved my goal.”
When asked about the time he took to be back in shape, Krish said, “I personally believe that transformations are a never-ending process, but it took me 3 months to see a visible difference in my body. As an actor, now it is very important for me to maintain myself.”
Talking about his diet plan, the actor said, “I had a diet chart prepared for what to eat in the morning till sleep. I ate a big bowl of fruits and drank black coffee for breakfast. Salad and grilled chicken for lunch and dinner. I used to have a small bowl of Makhana or bhel as evening snacks. And most importantly, a scoop of protein shake, post-dinner.”
