Krishna Mohini: Mohan transforms into a female seeking revenge against sister

Colors TV’s show “Krishna Mohini” is built on a unique premise, exploring sibling love and identity crisis. Despite its promising start, the show has recently struggled to resonate with viewers. To boost interest, the creators have introduced a dramatic twist: Mohan will transform into a female named Mohini, returning with a hidden agenda.

In the latest promo of “Krishna Mohini,” Krishna (played by Debattama Saha) is devastated by Mohan’s death, finding solace in Aryaman’s comfort while she prays for Mohan’s return. The twist unfolds as Mohan transforms into a stunning woman. With long hair, red lipstick, and a stylish outfit, Mohan reintroduces himself as Mohini, claiming that Krishna made her realize that betrayal often comes from those closest to you.

In the promo, Mohan as Mohini vows to return and avenge Krishna for her perceived wrongdoings. It’s speculated that Mohan misinterprets Krishna’s intentions, believing she wants to discard him due to his identity crisis. Determined to exact revenge, Mohini plans to return in an unrecognizable form.

“Krishna Mohini” began as the tale of a brother-sister duo living in a village. Mohan, who identified as female, was always drawn to female attire and accessories, much to the chagrin of his father who pushed him towards sports and bodybuilding, without success.

Throughout this, Krishna remained supportive of her brother. However, when she discovered Mohan’s desire to fully transition into a female, she lost her temper and demanded he abandon the idea.

In the same village, Aryaman (played by Fahmaan Khan) was present for his wedding celebrations. Krishna was forced into marriage with an older, inappropriate man, but Aryaman intervened, rescuing her and marrying her instead. After their wedding, Aryaman and Krishna moved to Mumbai, with Krishna insisting that her brother Mohan accompany them.
