At night, dinner time:
Suhani bought Krishna’s dinner in her room itself. Yuvani was also there. Suhani was feeding Krishna.
Yuvani:”what mom… what about me?”
Suhani and Krishna laugh and then Suhani fed her also.
Saiyyam watched them from the door. Krishna noticed him.
Krishna:”aunty, there is someone else who is waiting for you to feed him with your hands since very long.”
Suhani and Yuvani gave her a confused look. Then Krishna point at Saiyyam.
Suhani smiled a bit. Yuvani pulled Saiyyam in the room.
Saiyyam, nervously:”i… am not used to this so…”
Suhani:”so get used to it now.”
Saiyyam looked lovingly at Suhani. Yuvan and Baby watched them at the door.
Baby:”see Yuvan, i told you. You will have to share your everything with him, be it your mum’s love. Yesterday, Mum used to feed you your favorite food and today, she completely forgotten you.”
Yuvan looked at them.
Yuvan:”there is nothing like that. Just see, maa will feed me first.”
Yuvan went in when Suhani was about to feed Saiyyam.
Yuvan:”maa, this is my favorite food, you use to feed me this with your own hands, so today also i will have it from you. And i have right first, even before Yuvani, as i am elder.”
Yuvani:”ohh, we are twins. How can you be elder?”
Yuvan:”i am telling you, i am elder, ask maa. We didn’t tell you till now as you would have feel bad.”
Yuvani hit Yuvan with a pillow.
Suhani, laughing:”ok stop. Here you go.”
And she fed Yuvan.
Dadi called Suhani from outside, so Suhani, Yuvani and Yuvan left from there.
Saiyyam grew sad as he was expecting Suhani to feed him for the first time. Krishna noticed his changed expression.
Saiyyam was about to go when Krishna stopped him.
Krishna:”Saiyyam, so what if aunty couldn’t feed you, i am here na, i will feed you.”
She took a spoon but due to the burn, she got hurt and screamed.
Saiyyam, caring:”Krishna… you know you are hurt then why? Leave it, i can eat myself. I have hands.”
Krishna:”ok, you have hands, but who will feed me? I am so hungry.” She said cutely.
Saiyyam sat next to her and took the spoon. He fed her while Krishna looked at him.
Krishna:”you also haven’t eat, right?”
Saiyyam looked at her and think how does she know.
Krishna:”i noticed you eat only what i prepared. This is what we prepared for lunch, i made this (pointing at a curry). So you can eat it.”
Saiyyam, still in thought of how does Krishna understand him so much, he also ate.
Yuvan and Baby’s room:
Baby looked at all the jewelry box she received from Dadi and Rags. Some she bought.
Baby:”hmmm, I have to do something that Dadi will herself put Suhani, Yuvani, Saiyyam and Krishna out, so that i can get more than this. But what?”
Kriyam’s room:
Krishna was alone.
Krishna, thinks:”how will I change? Everyone went to sleep. I should have told Yuvani to help but now? Either i will have to sleep in this dress only or try to change. I should try.”
She went to the wardrobe and took out a dress. But because of her hand, she couldn’t do much.
She just remove her stole and try to reach her suit’s dori but couldn’t.
She thought to let it and instead started to remove her earrings. Saiyyam came in at that time.
He saw her struggling to remove the earrings.
He put his hand in his pockets and watched her.
Krishna didn’t notice him.
He thinks for a while and then came to Krishna. He stop her by holding her elbow. Krishna looked in the mirror and saw him.
Saiyyam moved her hair to one side. Krishna looked at him nervously.
He removed her right earring, and then moved to the left one. They were very closed. Krishna shivered when she felt his touch.
They were both looking at each other through the mirror and had an eyelock. Just then Yuvani came in.
Yuvani first surprised then closing her eyes with her hand:”ohh, sorry sorry.” And turned around.
Kriyam composed themselves.
Yuvani open her eyes and turned back to them.
Yuvani, teasingly:”i didn’t see anything.”
But stopped as both Kriyam stared at her.
Yuvani:”actually, i thought that Krish would need help to change. But i don’t think that you need me…”
Saiyyam looked at her angrily and left from there.
Krishna:”Yuvani, plz help me to change.”
Yuvani closed the door.
She helped Krishna to change. And once Krishna had changed, Yuvani questioned her.
Yuvani:”so what was going on with my brother??” She said teasingly.
Krishna:”nothing, he just helped me.”
Yuvani:”just help? But i saw more that just help. Look Krish… i know you were forced to marry Saiyyam but that doesn’t mean you can’t care or love him.”
Krishna:”I do care for him, Yuvani. I really do.”
There was a knock on the door. Yuvani went to open it, it was Saiyyam.
Saiyyam:”if you have finish, can i get in?”
Yuvani, whispering:”if you want to get in, then you will have to pay me.”
Saiyyam:”pay…”
Yuvani:”yes…. you are taking me out for one drink when Krishna gets fine.”
Saiyyam:”done. But only one.”
Yuvani:”yes, our one will become ten.”
Yuvani went from there laughing.
Saiyyam get in and closed the door. Saiyyam looked at Tiger who was sleeping on the carpet.
Saiyyam:”did you apply the ointment”
Krishna nodded no.
Saiyyam came to her and apply it gently while blowing her hand so that it doesn’t burn.
After that: Saiyyam opened the drawer and took a file.
Saiyyam:”you sleep on the bed, i have to study this file for meeting tomorrow.”
Krishna, confused:”meeting?”
Saiyyam:”why are you so surprised?”
Krishna:”no, just i have never saw you work before. I didn’t even know you had a job.”
Saiyyam:”obviously i will have. Otherwise, where would i got so much money?”
Krishna:”yeah that too… anyway, what do you do?”
Saiyyam:”And why should i tell you? You sleep.”
Krishna:”plz Saiyyam. Tell me. Anyway i am not feeling sleepy. Plz”
Saiyyam:”i have construction business. We build buildings.”
Krishna:”i know what construction means.”
Saiyyam:”just thought to tell.”
Krishna:”what do you mean you HAVE?”
Saiyyam:”it’s mine…”
Krishna:”yours. Means you have your own business.”
Saiyyam:”yes, now sleep, and let me work.”
Krishna nodded yes and lay down.
