Episode 85 & 86 ..
The Episode starts with kunj reaching hospital with twinkle he put her on stretcher while the doctor’s took her for treatment as her head was bleeding … kunj was hell panicked …Adarsh and swadheenta too came with him ….
Twinkle was inside while kunj was outside waiting for the doctor’s to come out soon he was just seeing the time ..
Ad : kunj kunj you don’t worry nothing will happen to twinkle you don’t worry ..
K : I don’t know Adarsh I am not feeling good …I hope nothing happens to her ..
Ad : kunj you have to be strong kunj …
K : I told her to stay at home but no she didn’t listen to me see what happens now ..
Sw : I am so sorry kunj I only told twinkle to accompany me she cried while Adarsh scolds her …
Kunj was just praying for twinkle and his baby …soon doctor comes there ..
K : doctor’s how’s my wife ??? And how’s my baby ??? ..
Dr : Mr Sarna keep calm we are operating her …she got hit on head …but …

Kunj sat their with his head down tears in his eyes while Adarsh and Aryan consoling him …soon after few hours the surgery ended ..doctor’s came out ..
Ad : doctor hows Twinklee now ????? ..kunj too stand up and went towards doctor …
Dr : no need to worry now Mr Sarna your wife is fine and also a good news for you ..your baby is fine too …
K : what …thank you doctor tears roll down his cheeks …
Dr : twinkle will be under observation for sometime then you can meet her ..

Doctor left from there …while Aryan and Adarsh hugs him …
K : you all go I’ll stay with twinkle …
Ad : are you sure kunj you will manage nah ???? ..

They all left from there while twinkle was shifted to normal ward …
Kunj went inside and saw her while she was still unconscious he sat beside her soon his eyes turned red in anger …
I’ll not forgive her this time enough is enough …until how many days she will be like this I told her not to go out alone but she didn’t listen to me what would I have answered everyone if anything would have happen to her … firstly how would I have showed face my myself that I was not able to take care of her …he went from there angrily ..
He was angry upon himself by that fact if he didn’t reached on time what would have happen to her just one carelessness would have cost of two lives …

2 days later twinkle was back from hospital in this two days kunj didn’t talked to her that much just casual talks if she is fine had her medicines or not n all …
Twinkle felt his behaviour towards her weird and decided to ask about it …
They were in their home kunj was talking on phone regarding some office issues .. he ended the call and sees twinkle staring him ..he ignores it and was going in his room when twinkle stopped him ..
T : kunj are you fine ??? She asked holding his hand …
K : hmm yeah everything is fine ..he said taking his hand out of his grip …and was going from there ..
T : kunjjj stop what happen …
K : twinkle leave me nothing just go and take rest I have work …
T : I don’t want to rest ..
K : okay do as you wish ..why you will listen to me na …in taunting way ..
T : kunj ye tum kya keh rahe ho …
K : Haan twinkle plzz let me go .. I don’t want to say something wrong for which I am gonna regret later …
T : kunjjj say it what’s bothering you …your behaviour is killing me kunj .. why you are hurting me kunj ..
K : hurting you twinkle seriously ..I want some space twinkle that’s it fed up of this things now …have you thought once what was mine state if I would have lost you ..how I’ll be able to face myself I told you not to go out but you didn’t listen to me see what happen now ..
T : I know you are angry on me I am so sorry kunj …I know I should have taken care of our baby I am so sorry ..

Kunj left from there while twinkle sat there thinking about his words …
He is right he is completely right in his place he told me not to go out but still I went I am seriously a siyappa queen ..if anything would have happen to baby then …I’ll take care of my baby …I will not anything happen now …she wiped her tears and went back to her room …

It has been 5 days since they had fought ..kunj was still not talking to her hit was taking care of her every needs …
Twinkle was feeling very bad seeing his state always lost in thoughts not focusing on his business too always worried about her …on the other side kunj wanted twinkle to realise that she is his priority he can’t let anything happen to her but twinkle is twinkle her thinking is going somewhere else that kunj is angry because he was possessive about baby …

Twinkle was talking something on call she ended the call and look at their pic which was kept aside …
I have to do this ..after that accident kunj forgot his smile he used to stay worried about my health always I don’t want to make him more stressed that will only happen if I’ll go from here ..he wants space nah I’ll give him …I am hoping to get my kunj back by this I have to do this …she look at her packed luggage and went downstairs ..
Kunj was already ready to go for office he was cross checking everything when twinkle comes downstairs and sees him ..she smiled admiring him …
Kunj had done with his work and was going to leave for office when noticed twinkle glaring at him smiling tearfully he was confused at first …
K : do you want anything ???? ..
T : yeah you ..
K : what ???
T : umm I mean you are leaving for office ????
K : Haan today is legal documentation with Kiara so ..before he could complete twinkle hugged him tightly …
T : okay best of luck I know you will succeed in this too just leave every thoughts aside keep smiling always okay you don’t look good with this sadu sarna look …and yeah have your food on time don’t take stress ..and ..
K : twinkle twinkle break laga what happen to you ??? And look at me you are crying Haan ???
T : no I am not crying wo something went in my eyes she said smiling but kunj sensed the pain behind it ..
K : are you sur ..before he could complete Adarsh calls him ..and he took the call Haan Haan I’ll be there soon don’t worry he ended the call and looks at twinkle .. I have to go …
T : hmm okay bye take care and remember what I said okay …
K : Haan okay ..you too take care he smiled and started to leave but turned again and came towards twinkle pecked her forehead ?? bye he smiled and left while twinkle too smiled as soon as he left tears started flowing from her eyes ..
She went back to her room took the tickets from the wardrobe checked everything …soon cab came there twinkle went with her luggage sees the house again turning back she smiled recalling how she entered their after wedding ..
Flashback shows
After wedding twinj moved on to New York they came from airport …and stands in front of home and both smiled …kunj lifted her in his arms …
K : so ready Mrs sarna for your modern grahpravesh ..
T : yeah ..kunj started moving he reached door and opened with help of twinkle as soon as they entered rose petals started showering on them ..twinkle smiled and pecked kunj while he smiled too ..

She went from their to airport and was waiting for her flight to India ..

Everything was done all signed the legal documents to start their project…
Ki : so as per the terms and conditions no one can take a leave leaving the project in the middle …you can go wherever you want after it ends …
Ad : hmm yeah
K : hmm no one will go anywhere
Ki : that’s good ..let’s start the project from tomorrow ..

All left back for their cabins while kunj went inside his cabin the only though was running in his mind was about twinkle ..
She was behaving weird today why I am feeling so much uneasy ..her eyes she was crying in morning but why ..kunj shit man Tu bhi kya karta hai … I should not have ignored her …I know she is my siyappa queen but I’ll handle her and apologize too …he smiled and left back Home …
