Scene 1:
Sona is at work.she gets a call from the principal of Diya’s school.sona gets worried.
Sona:hello?yes ma’am.
Principal:hello mrs dixit,could you please come down to your Daughter’s school,my office,I need to talk to you about Diya’a behaviour now days.
Sona:yes ma’am.
Sona leaves from office.just then dev comes and asks for sona in the reception.
Receptionist:sir,sonakshi ma’am has gone out somewhere.i do not know when she will be back.please leave your message.
Dev:(under his breath)sona has gone somewhere??but where??asks the receptionist:no no thanks.
Dev gives sona a call.sona picks up.
Dev:hello Jaan where are you?i came to meet u at office we were supposed to have lunch together today is Friday…
Sona:I know dev but Diya’s principal just called me to Diya’a school..
Dev:but why?
Sona:Diya has been acting unusual in school it seems..I will talk to the principal and tell you.
Dev:ok.surely call me.
Sona:bye.
Dev:bye.
Scene 2:
Sona reaches Diya’s school and rushes to the principal’s office.sona knocks.
Principal:come in.
Sona goes in:ma’am I’m mrs dixit,diya’s Mother.u wanted to talk to me..
Principal:yes mrs dixit please take a seat..
Sona takes a seat.
Principal:diya has been behaving mischievously lately.she never used to be like this.she was always the quiet one.
Sona:ma’am kids are always mischievous..
Principal:yes I agree,even my Son is like that..but Diya is different.her mischief is drawing on the walls,drawing on her homework,and troubling the Teachers.i think she is affected with dyslexia or HDFD.
Sona:*in anger stands and hits the table*my Diya is completely ok.she just needs some advice and she will be ok..don’t you dare insult my Daughter.
Principal:mrs dixit I’m just helping.
Sona walks off.
Diya sees her near a locker:mumma?
Sona:*bends down*hi my baby!!
Diya:mumma what are u doing here?
Sona:*in her mind*should I tell her??no she is just a small baby what would she understand?
Tells Diya:baby,I was missing you so I came to give You a big magic hug.
Diya:that means I can come to your hospital any time to give u a hug if I miss you?
Sona:hmm..?Let me think..no…only mumma can do that..
Diya:ok mumma!!
Sona:my sweetheart..
Sona leaves Diya’a school recollecting what the principal said in bits and pieces.
Scene 3:
Dev comes home from work.
The light is off and the fan is running.dev ons the light to see sona reading the book upside down.
Dev:what happened?why are u worried?
Sona:I’m not worried..I’m ok..how was work..
Dev:work was normal..but you’re not..
Sona:Jaan I’m fine alright..
Dev:if u were fine u would be reading the book in the right direction with the light on.
Sona:*makes that oops i didn’t do it face*
Sona:dev sit..
Dev:*folds up his sleeves*tell*cupping her face*whats troubling my wifey.
Sona:*putting her hands on TOP of his*i went to Diya’a school today and the principal said she is being abnormally mischievous by drawing on the wall,textbooks and teasing the Teachers.she said that Diya is affected with dyslexia or HDFD.
Dev:what rubbish..
Sona:even I said that but dev what if it true?why don’t we go to the doctor and check.please dev I don’t want Diya to be mentally not stable.
Dev:ok ok..calm down..we will go to the doc tmrw..you get some rest first.
Sona:let’s get some food I’m very hungry.
Dev:Ma made onion parathe.
Sona:hawww ok go freshen up then we will go down to eat ok?
Dev:you’re the world’s best Daughter,Daughter in law,Wife,Mother and Sister.
Sona:don’t show so much love also..
Dev:arae show some romance yaar..
*holds her waist from behind*

Sona:go get ready dev.*laughs gracefully*
Scene 4:
The next morning dev,sona and Diya go to the doc.after a while when Diya’S reports comes
Doc:Diya is affected with dyslexia.
Sona and dev are shocked
Dev:doc,is there the best treatment for this?ill pay as much as you want but you need to give my Daughter the best treatment.
Doc:*in greed for money*yes yes..
(Sorry guys if anybody feels bad that I said Doctors are greedy for money..actually it is true from my point of view because when someone is admitted,the hospital expects registration and fees paid(at least 60,000£)before the patient is treated.if the patient has difficulty in being saved,the hospital just doesn’t care since they got their money,so that’s my thought on this,please don’t feel bad)
Coming back..
Sona and dev bring Diya to school and go to their respective places to work.
