Character intro:
Dev: A 26 year old boy from a hardcore Punjabi rich happy family,with his Mother,Father,Grandmother,chaachi,bua,maasi(and their husbands).He is fixed to marry Sonakshi.

Sonakshi:A 25 year old girl,from a hardcore rich Punjabi family too,with a big chunk of family members staying at her house.she loves Dev a lot since 10 th standard and is finally getting married to Him.

Rest of the very impt characters will be introduced later..

On a flight:
Voice:sir…sir…sir…sir…
And he wakes up..so it’s Dev.
Dev:Yea…*bumps into the air hostess nose*
Hostess:*rubbing her nose*sir,the flight is going to land,your seat upright?
Dev:ya ok..
He arrives at Delhi airport
His whole family comes to see him with laddoos and sweets…
Mother:hai you have become so thin?what have you done to your hair?
Father:Shilpa let’s go no…we have a lot of preparations…
Mother:I’m just showing my love..
Dev reaches home in the Punjabi ambience and his comic 75 year old Grandmother,who drinks a lot,tells that the astrologer said that he would need to Marry a tree,as he was born under a crushed star..Dev think it’s a joke but actually it’s not.

So finally Dev out of no choice gets married to the tree,and while sleeping at night…
A golden image comes flying to Dev.
Golden image:Hello?suno ji…hello?
Dev Doesent wake up…the golden image tries a lot but can’t wake Him up…

So hey,as you may all have watched phillauri,anuskha Sharma’S new movie cum production,I would like to make it clear that if you think I’m copying phillauri’S plot for my OS you are mistaken as i have adapted the base of the content in the movie in my Two parts.As I go on,You will see changes.

      Let me make this clear that Sona is NOT having a affair with phillauri but Sona and phillauri’S lasted in 1919 period,in a village called phillaur.

      98 years later,
      We can assume that Sonakshi is reborn to Love Dev,a 21st century creation,or simply a look a like!

      Ok let me give you a background of the story:

      Based in 2017,Canada returned kannan is going to get married to Anu,his childhood heartthrob.Born under a crushed star,The astrologer says that he needs to marry a tree,so that he and Anu can have a happy married life.Although kannan is reluctant at first,he marries the tree.After that,The tree cutters cut that same tree to remove the bad omen.The same night,A friendly ghost(Anuskha Sharma)comes flying into kannan’S room.She tries to wake up Kannan but can’t seem to.After many attempts,she makes the bed go up and drop down with a lot of force so that he wakes up.Kannan gets scared.He sees the ghost who is waking him up slowly and jumps off his bed to the corner where he hits himself with a box of laddoos and becomes unconscious.
      In the middle of the night,his family members gather around him and try to wake Him up after hearing the sound.He shares that he saw a ghost,but no one is ready to belive him.He then sleeps in anu’s room,with the fear.next morning they meet again,and the ghost shares that she is here because she got married to him,he didn’t get married to the tree but her.
      When kannan asks her whether she has any home,The time goes back to when the ghost was alive,a quiet and calm girl living in phillaur.she had the hobby of writing poems and she was deeply in love with the person called phillauri,as he wrote beautiful poems.On the other side,phillauri,although not so decent,sings and dances to tunes that shashi(the ghost’s name)Doesent really like and wants to stay away from her.
      Gradually,as phillauri changes for the good,love blooms between shashi and phillauri and they both want to marry.The Brother of shashi does not agree.Thrn phillauri says he would go to Amritsar to publish the song that he sang and shashi wrote(she revealed to be phillauri who wrote the poems)and promised to marry her on baisakhi day that year.
      So the marrige preps are going on and shashi finds out that she is pregnant(since she consummated their relationship before marrige.
      She Doesent tell anyone except her Friend.
      Her Brother receives the news that phillauri died and he removes his pagdi and places it on the floor to announce death.
      Shashi then commits suicide on the tree which Kannan got married to 98 years later.
      Shashi reveals that she died in 1919,and when kannan’S Grandmother hums to sahiba,a tune which phillauri and shashi created and phillauri went to Amritsar to publish that record to the British in Amritsar.
      Shashi asks kannan how does she know that tune,and Kannan asks his biji(grandma).Biji says that it’s her Favourite record,and shows the record..
      She does and it’s written SAHIBA.-Amritsar 1919.When biji shares about says something tragic happened on baisakhi that year,but then excuses the topic on the topic of shaadi.
      Kannan uses his history knowledge and links 1919 with baisakhi in Amritsar and rushes with Anu to some place(will be revealed later)with shashi..shashi asks where they are going.
      Kannan says how would you know,you have your life that day..the whole India knows what happened on baisakhi day in 1919.Shashi asks what.
      Goes to a flashback in 1919 on baisakhi day.
      It’s phillauri’S and shashi’ marrige day and phillauri is in the gurudwara going to the train station while his Friend stops him to go to a small gathering in jallianwala bagh.They were celebrating baisakhi,and phillauri was about to go,and general dyer,a British officer,started shooting in that area,thinking it was a rebellious meeting.(factual:Dyer was court martialled after that)
      Phillauri gets shot with 3 bullets,his last words as sha-shi.
      Kannan drives phillauri and Anu jallianwalabagh,now reformed to a memorial,and phillauri sees all the ghosts that died in the jallianwalabagh Attack while Kannan and Anu can’t see anything.She tries to find phillauri but can’t seem to.as she is going to give up,phillauri recites a poem which joined them both in 1919,and they are reunited.They bloom into the clothes that they were when they died,and reunite to heaven.Kannan and Anu then hug and go from there..
