Bejoy packs gift for Dev and asks Asha if it is good. Asha tells him that Dev is calling her aunty since 2 days. Bejoy says happens, he must be confused. She reminds how Dev had mingled with family so well and calling her maa and fed her food, may be he is right Dev is confused. Ishwari calls Bejoy and asks if he is coming for Dev’s birthday party tonight. Bejoy says why not, it is his nephew’s birthday. Ishwari says she she is Ishwari, Dev’s mother. He says he knows, he knows and some children are going a wrong path and he will come and see what is happening. Asha says he would not have said like this. Bejoy says how to let it go. Daadi says he did right, how can Dev insult Asha.

Nikki taunts Rhea about Ayan. Ayan’s family comes to Dev’s house for birthday party. They all start chatting. Ayan discusses with Dev that he had met him 4 years ago in a conference. Dev says he knew he had met him before and tells he is getting associated with some Andre Azure firm. Ayan says then he will follow even that firm along with Dev. Sona signals Dev repeatedly. Neha asks what is bhabhi doing. Neha says she does not understand this, wait and watch the drama next, she is eager. Ayan’s mother asks where is Ishwari. Nikki says she will call maa. Sona says she will call and signals at Dev. Dev thinks Sona is right, he should not call Asha as aunty. Bejoy family enters. Dev and Sona greet them. Bejoy wishes Dev and calls nephew. Radha says he is damad. Bejoy says if some relationships change, better to adapt them. Dev says maa can call children anything, calls Asha maa and touches her feet. Asha wishes him. Ishwari fumes in jealousy seeing this. Radha gets disappointed that her entertainment did not happen and Bose family is more intelligent than her.

Sona goes to kitchen. Dev enters and thanks her for understanding him and apologizes. She says he just thinks about his mother and not about others, Asha felt bad when he called her aunty. Dev apologizes and asks if he should hold his ears. She says yes. He raises hands, she says it is okay and says he should call Asha as maa repeatedly and fulfill devoid of 2 days. Ishwari watches everything from a distance. Once Dev leaves, Ishwari comes and asks Sona if she made anything for Dev. Sona says green tea icecream, if she can taste and tell whether Dev will like it. Ishwari says Dev gets sore throat if he eats icecream at night, so she should not give him ice cream now. Sona says so sweet, she still thinks Dev is a child, but he has grown up now and has left her pallu long ago.

Cake is brought. Everyone gather around cake. Radha asks Nikki if it does not have eggs. Nikki says good, she wants to keep a slice in front of god. Nikki says bhaiya feeds 1st slice to maa. Dev cuts cake, feeds Ishwari and then Sona. Sona applies cream on his face. Nikki says bhaiya resisted when she applied cream, but allowed bhabhi. Dev applies cream to Nikki, Rhea, and Sona again. Ishwari stands dumb stuck. Someone switches on light. Ishwari asks Kichu to cut remaining cake and serve it to everyone. She then starts a long speech and describes how a mother’s life is complete after a child is born, child-mother’s bonding, their dependency on each other and says what is Dev takes her help and she takes his helf, someone call him mama’s boy. Dev understands her emotions and she understands his emotions well. Sona feels bad seeig Ishwari pointing at her. Ishwari continues her speech. All 4 children hug Ishwari emotionally.

Precap: Sona checks Dev’s temperature and says he has 104 temperature, she will call doc. Ishwari enters and checks temperature and scolds Sona that she warne her not to give him icecream, but she did not listen.

    Halweshwari + phulkeshwari ki speech bakwas tha aur bilkul impact nahi kar payee kyunki uskee meanness ultimately exposed ho gayee! I just don’t believe anything she says becoz of what she has done so far! Horrible lady mean to the core! She took this opportunity to expose and humiliate Sona in public and in front of her parents! She set the scores by indirectly conveying to Bijoy Bose as well! But Bijoy will set u right dear eventually becoz he is a father who will not tolerate any nonsense done to his daughter

    First I felt bad when Bijoy started of with Bhatija in public but after Pisswari ‘s speech I felt he was perhaps not wrong! It also hurts a father to see his daughter suffering as much as it hurts Ishwari when it comes to her son. Bijoy can perceive it although Sona doesn’t complain!
    Dev ki shaadi degi iss aurat aise sun rahe hey! Isko abhi galee se mann bharee nahi kuch aur extreme steps chahiye krpkab ke fans se kya????

    So after we are done insulting Ishwari, are we going to note Sona’s nature of not listening to anyone since we can see from the precap that Dev has a fever which is due to the ice-cream. Why does she always think she’s right?
    I’ve noticed it since the 1st episode.

    Hi guys!
    Oh god… This is happening in each and every girls life….Atleast Here bejoy have the guts to give answer to devs family but in reality no father had this much guts, bcoz his daughter should live there….. Whatever grooms family insult bride and her family, they will swallow it by a single smile…. They have to overcome it orelse their daughters life wil become like a hell…
    We, girls are doing lots of work in inlaws home,girst we r supposed to live in a new environment…. comparing their own home they are doing lots of work, cleaning utensils, washing clothes, cooking, taking care of each and everyone in the family, maintaing kids, going to office and the other one is have to satisfy hubby… while comparing to moms home, Bundle of works are there in inlaws home….. Atleast they should give some respect to their daughter in laws…. But noone will even accept them as a human being….. Oh god pls dont make girls…. Stop giving birth to girls….. Im fed up of this drama….
    Women empowerment, feminism are nothing but just words….

    I liked this episode some part and some part I did not like(Iswari’s speech).
    Well finally Dev realized his mistake .Bijoy was right in calling him nephew.His charecter is shown as bold. He knows his daughter will manage anything. That is why he calls Dev openly as nephew.
    Iswari’s speech nothing new she was saying. For every Maa her son is always a child. But it is the Son who should realize who he is. What Sona’s feeling is that Dev should take care of himself.After Iswari who is going to take care of him . Is it not your better half.
    Iswari always plays with emotions.
    As per update it is not all four kids that embraces each other. Neha does not embrace.
    It is only Dev,Sona,Nicky,Rhea,Mama and Miami. Update is wrong.
    The precap is again interesting.Last time when Dev fell sick,Iswari did not allow Sona at all.Now it will be interesting to see how Iswari behaves.
    Dev got sick because of ice cream Sona gave him.Sona will learn about Dev slowly.
    Maa is always supposed to know about her son.
    She is seen scolding Sona for giving ice cream.
    Now Sona has the chance to take care of him.

    MY TAKE:
    As far as today’s episode is concerned, the hero of the day definitely was Bijoy Bose WHO STOLE THE SHOW from the rest. I just admire this character despite his eccentricities as he REMINDS ME OF MY FATHER with great fondness. The man didn’t tolerate his wife’s insult and pain caused by Dev. I would say he took an appropriate step to turn the tables. Makers, Kudos to you for this thought and the deft handling of the situation by Bijoy Bose by calling Dev as “ Bhatija” as that was the dose of the day for both the mother and son and an icing on the cake as well!
    A man who lives by certain values and has instilled the same in his children could only have had the courage to broach the subject so appropriately.
    A father who would stand against all odds for both the daughter and the son ( as he paid the debts of his son), supportive, proud of his daughter’s achievements and proud that he could instil confidence in her and also the ability to call a “spade a spade”! There are fathers like this I would like to believe, becoz I HAD ONE whom I miss whenever I see Bijoy Bose On screen. This man has been able to assess the Dixit’s so well!
    ISHWARI’S SPEECH couldn’t create an impact on me as a viewer as it appeared that the purpose was solely to hurt Sonakshi and indirectly set scores with Bijoy as well. She said “Motherhood “is the ultimate for women and that she was proud to be Dev’s mother! An INSENSITIVE mother who fails to acknowledge the presence of her daughters and as if they were NOBODY’S! What about her thoughts on mother hood in the case of Neha who refuses to become a mother? She actually does not PRACTISE WHAT SHE PREACHES! She has hardly done anything to instil values and sensitivities in them becoz she is FULL with her SELF! She really has DUAL STANDARDS for she has a set of rules for her daughter and a separate one for her Bahu!
    Look at the two different mothers in this serial and that speaks volumes about motherhood actually. One mother is ready to give space to her daughter and encouraging her to take that plunge into the new world, make mistakes but go ahead and do it. At the same time she appropriately counsels her daughter whenever Sona is upset.
    The other mother fails to counsel her daughter on her broken marriage and refuses to share her son with anyone.
    If bearing a child is just about motherhood then what about adopted children? I can see several in front of my own eyes how beautifully they are being groomed where the mother even compromises by giving up her career to give the best to her child. ISN’T THAT MOTHERHOOD? Problem is having an illiterate mother or a mother in law who think that they are the wisest on this earth!!!
    When children grow up, parents need to give them space and set them free and not cling to them becoz as parents the duty is over, so I was told when I grew up. Good parenting is about not keeping any expectations and if you have instilled those values with love and affection in your children, you have nothing to worry as a parent. You will definitely get back those rewards beautifully. The concern for parents never dies in a child and vice versa.
    Ishwari goes overboard with her son for selfish reasons as she is full of expectations that he will shoulder the burden and take care of her, an insecurity that grapples her all the time.
    But all this lecture on motherhood was to prime the audience for the next show down with the medical reports, I feel.

    As far as Dev’s fever is concerned , its an age old practise to give a head bath to bring down high temperature or even put an ice bag and that is the first aid u give to a patient with high temp. Then u follow it up with paracetomols in case it persists becoz high temp can cause damage to the brain, You duffer Ishwari! Even our Grand mom’s knew that!So what is this FUSS about?
    She is creating all this fuss to draw attention and to play the blame game on Sona!
    Illiterate being, so has to do this rubbish and create a scene! She also wants to be by his side and deprive Sonakshi to be by his side in situations like this. Show OFF!
    Ishwari , its high time you shed off your fake attitude and thru your falterings learn to give space to your son and bahu becoz only that will leave an impression of a good human being in their minds! The bahu can always forgive u by the fact ” TO ERR IS HUMAN” but change for the better to enjoy in the long run!

    I saw a promo showing Gkb with a slimg in her arm!???? Excellent she has fractured her arm and now only she should have a severe tooth ache ? and a lock jaw so that she keeps mumb for sometime!!??Big mouthed female??
