Samta makes arrangements for the birthday party. Jalpa tastes the food, but seeing Hetal, she drops the spoon, and she makes up an excuse. Samta fills a plate full of sweets and then gives it to Jalpa. Jalpa happily takes the leaves. Both Samta and Hetal discuss Naren and HemRaj’s relationship, which has been strained because of this alliance. Meanwhile, Naren shares with his friend about everything that’s happening, which Nandini isn’t aware of. His friend suggests him to elope with Nandini, but Naren firmly refuses, saying it’s not the right thing to do. Rupa informs Naren about HemRaj, who is calling him downstairs. Naren agrees.
Naren comes down with his friend. He gets shocked and upset seeing Sujan and his family members. He decides to return to his room, but HemRaj
Kavita critises Samta’s saree wearing style, which Kinjal corrects it. Both Sujan and Kavita gifts an expensive watch to Naren. Naren rejects the gift despite HemRaj’s order. He then cuts the cake. HemRaj makes Naren feed the first piece of cake to Sujan, which upsets Naren. Naren feeds the cake to both HemRaj and Chanchal. HemRaj then asks Naren to ask whatever he wants as a birthday present, which he is willing to give it to him. Naren looks at Chanchal, who signs at him in an encouraging way. Naren says to him that he wants Nandini, which shocks everyone. HemRaj tells him that he will fulfil his wish, too, which surprises and shocks the entire family.
HemRaj calls out Nandini. Everyone looks at him, including Naren. HemRaj tells Naren that as a father, he is willing to fulfil his wish. Kirti arrives there decked up. Both Sujan and Kavita get happy. Ronak tells his cousins that he is aware that HemRaj is going to trap Naren and ruin his life like him while Jalpa complains to Rupa about their fate. HemRaj tells Naren and the entire family members about him changing Kirti’s name as Nandini with the permission of Sujan and Kavita. Naren looks on with teary-eyed.
Sujan, Kavita, and HemRaj ask Naren if the latter is happy as he got his Nandini. Naren requests the Dharamshi’s and HemRaj to let him make a few changes to Nandini (Kirti), which they all happily agree. As per the request of Naren, Hetal gives him a bowl. Naren asks Kirti to put all her jewelleries into the bowl and also asks her not to wear anything hereafter because Nandini doesn’t give importance to jewelleries. Kirti tells him that she likes to wear it, but Naren reminds her that she is Nandini now. Sujan, Kavita, and HemRaj get shocked while the youngsters of the Ratansi’s look happy. Kirti removes the jewelleries, but she gets sad. Naren compares Nandini and Kirti. Sujan, Kavita, Kirti, and HemRaj get upset. The episode ends with Kirti getting offended and upset with Naren’s question.
