Naren comes to the painting of Nandini, thinking of how she said their story is incomplete and he said that only part of it is complete while the other would be when he reaches Rajkot, he starts working on it when Naren gets a call from Nandini, he answering it is nervous. Nandini starts wishing him Happy Birthday when he says it is tomorrow, Nandini replies she thought of wishing him in advance, she asks him what has happened as he seems tensed so has something bad happened? Naren says he is fine but she did the right thing after wishing him, Nandini in excitement, she explains she would do even better once it reaches twelve, she asks if he talked with his father when Naren informs him that his father is very busy, Nandini assures that he would surely talk but he should know she will
In the night HemRaj is thinking about how Naren talked with him, saying that he has set a price on all the men of this house for the sake of a very small amount of money, but he refused to accept it saying he is also the son of HemRaj and would only marry Nandini.
Naren is anxiously waiting when he gets a call from Nandini who wishes him on his Birthday, Naren says it is delightful and she is very adamant with her words just like his father, Nandini says even if he answered the call so she feels that she would be very comfortable with his father, Naren hearing the knocking on the door says that Kinjil has arrived so Nandini asks him to end the call and celebrate with them.
Naren opened the door when Kinjil entered wishing him Happy Birthday followed by everyone from the family who also started dancing with him, Naren saw Nandini standing at the door of his room, he slowly started walking towards her, he smiled while standing in front of her, they both get close when she slowly kisses him on the cheek, he is amazed when Nandini turns to look at the family and Naren sees himself dancing with his family, Naren is suddenly woken from his dream, he once again starts enjoying with his family when he is shocked seeing his father HemRaj standing there, so everyone stops the celebration, HemRaj walks to Naren who keeps standing there but then he wishes him Happy Birthday, Naren kneels to take the blessings when HemRaj says no matter how rude a father is but he is the first one to congratulate his son, Naren apologizes saying that this time he got late and Nandini congratulated him the first time, Chanchal tells Naren they were waiting for him outside the room, HemRaj explains that it is good that a girl stayed awake but how can they tell him how many nights they both have stayed awake for him, Naren replies he is not denying their importance but just talking about tonight however HemRaj leaves without saying anything.
In the morning HemRaj tells Dhawal that he has invited many respected people to the birthday party, he then asks Samta if she has prepared everything for the menu at the party. HemRaj takes the blessings when he asks Jigar where is Naren who comes down the stairs to take the blessings, Naren says he slept a bit late yesterday, however. HemRaj replies he still woke up.
HemRaj then tells Dhawal he has seen a plot on Ahmedabad Rajkot Highway so he should find out who owns the land, Dhawal says it belongs to MLA Arjun, he has taken over all of the property on the east side, HemRaj says he knows the MLA very well so Dhawal should remind him to call the MLA, HemRaj asks Jigar to take out the car but he points to Naren, HemRaj going to him says that it is the responsibility of parents to bring them out of the troubles and show the right path, he takes the mobile from Naren to disconnect the call, explaining what is the point in thinking about the way which they do not have to take, he says they are getting late for the office.
Heta tells Chanchal that HemRaj ended the call, but would he be able to delete the number from his mobile of Naren.
Nandini tells Ishwar that Naren jee cut his call, Manri says that if she was Naren then would have slapped her, Nandini replies she wants to find out what his father has decided about her, Manri says she is just like her uncle, Manri says that he should talk to the father of Naren himself, Nandini goes to sit with Ishwar asking him for her book, Ishwari is secretly handing it to her but Manri comes and asks them to not hide it, Ishwari goes inside after handing the knife to Manri, she asks Nandini if she has done everything so asks Nandini to come back before lunch after reading the book. Manri says she does not know why Mitesh does not like to read as he is the least bit interested in education however Nandini assures she will find out, and she leaves. Ishwar comes asking Manri if she sent Nandini, Manri replies she is not that stubborn and feels Nandini should do whatever she likes here as she would have to live according to the desire of her In-Laws in the future.
HemRaj is checking the diamonds after which he asks Vasant for the total value and quality, Dhawal says that the quality of Vasant is very good but then why does he ask for such a big amount, Vasant says that his diamonds are of top quality and they always come to HemRaj first, then he says that the value should be accordingly. Vasant assures they are of top quality; Dhawal asks Vasant for the price as Naren is checking the quality.
Naren is working when he gets another call, but he declines it, Nandini gets worried thinking what if Naren has gotten in a fight with his father. Jigar tells Naren that one cannot solve the problem by ignoring it, he asks Naren to rest while he will handle it all since this inventory is of Vansant. Naren is very worried and so agrees to the request of Jigar saying he should carefully put them all, Naren leaves when Jigar sits on the chair and starts picking the diamonds in his hand with a smile.
Vasant says he does not like to argue with HemRaj, and he can give the amount of forty otherwise can go and ask in the market. HemRaj says that Vasant can take the higher price in the market. Vasant says that HemRaj is closing the doors, but Dhawal replies they respect him however he should go and sit outside as they need to talk. HemRaj says that he will agree after some time, Dhawal informs the product is of very top quality, then he should not let Vasant go out. HemRaj asks if Naren is checking the product to which Dhawal agrees so they go out.
Dhawal tells Vasant that he is getting paid the price of forty, then Jigar also comes, and Dhawal asks him to take Vasant to get his payment processed.
Nandini is sitting reading the book when she once again tries to contact Naren however he is not answering the call, Naren is worried.
