Kudali Bhagya fame Abhishek Kapur enjoys rejuvenating family vacation in Shimla
There’s nothing quite like the joy of embarking on a family vacation. Abhishek Kapur, who recently visited his hometown in Delhi, is currently relishing quality time with his loved ones in Shimla. The trip was a spontaneous decision, long overdue for Abhishek, who hasn’t had the chance to travel with his family in a while.
The actor talked about the impromptu vacation in a recent interview and shared, “It was a random plan. My uncle, Mr. Ricky Kapur, along with my parents, organized this trip. My uncle owns one of the most exquisite properties in Shimla. I’ve always had a fondness for exploring the hills. As for the duration of our stay, it’s yet to be decided. Our plan is to visit as many places as we can. The weather here is delightful, making it an ideal time for a visit. It’s been several years since I last came here. Soon, my sister will be joining us, and this family trip will become even more memorable. I want to create cherished memories with my parents and sister. The last time I came here was during my school days when I represented my school in a cricket match.”
Reflecting on his previous family trip, Abhishek fondly recalls, “Our last family trip was in July last year when we celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday in Jaipur. It was an incredible experience with nearly 25 of us, including extended relatives.”
On the professional front, Abhishek recently bid farewell to his role as Sameer Luthra in the popular show Kundali Bhagya after being a part of it for five years. He also made a cameo appearance in Bekaboo. Excited about exploring new opportunities, Abhishek shares, “As an actor, it’s always rewarding to venture into new territories. This show will provide me with the chance to break away from the character I have portrayed for almost six years. Although I enjoyed playing Sameer, this new project allows me to step into a different setting and genre. Who doesn’t appreciate the thrill of exploring new horizons?”
