Kishan prays to Maata Rani when a midwife informs him that his wife has given birth to a stillborn baby girl. Heartbroken, he questions Maata Rani about his fate. Suddenly, he hears a baby crying and finds a newborn behind the Maata Rani statue. The midwife, who has not yet told Kishan’s wife the truth, asks Surekha to arrange the funeral for the stillborn baby. Kishan, determined to find the real mother of the abandoned baby, entrusts the midwife with her care while he searches.
After failing to locate the baby’s mother, the midwife suggests that she was left at Maata Rani’s feet for divine care. She encourages Kishan to accept the baby as his own, and he embraces the child. Kishan’s wife, believing the baby to be hers, joyfully takes her in, relieved that she did not have to endure another loss. She sees the child as a divine blessing. Kishan and his wife, upon the midwife’s suggestion, decide to name the baby Prarthna.
Meanwhile, Poorvi pleads for her life from Monisha, Jasbir, and Armaan, who mock her. She reveals that RV cannot live without her and begs them to let her go. In desperation, she takes a knife from Jasbir and holds Monisha hostage. She video calls RV, exposing how they tried to kill her after she gave birth. RV assures her he is on his way. However, Monisha overpowers Poorvi and stabs her, while RV witnesses the attack on the call.
Armaan later runs over RV with his car, taunting him about his imminent death and Poorvi’s fate. Summoning his strength, RV fights back, defeats Armaan, and rushes to save Poorvi. Meanwhile, Poorvi takes advantage of Monisha and Jasbir’s distraction to escape.
Through a video call, a wounded Poorvi begs RV to reach her quickly. Monisha and Jasbir recapture her, and RV warns them of severe consequences if they harm her. Ignoring his warning, Monisha stabs Poorvi again, and Jasbir cruelly pushes her off a cliff. As Poorvi falls into the valley, RV suffers an accident while rushing to her rescue.
