Kishan reassures Prarthna, asking her not to cry, while Seema blames her for their troubles. Seema then demands that Prarthna cut ties with the Zaveri family, including Baa and Raunak, leaving Prarthna speechless.
The next day, Smita refuses to give Prashad to Raunak, who apologizes for his mistakes. She tells him the only way to protect Prarthna’s reputation is to marry Payal, urging him to consider it. Meanwhile, Prarthna learns that they must pay ₹2 lakhs for Kishan’s treatment by the next day.
At the hospital, Baa and Raunak visit Prarthna, but she tells Baa she must sever ties with them, leaving Baa heartbroken. Nearby, a dying patient reveals to Kishan that Prarthna was taken as a baby from a temple and that Monisha tried to kill her mother. He mentions that the truth can be found in file no. 202 in the record room before taking his last breath. Prarthna overhears this shocking revelation.
Back home, Raunak vents his frustration about Prarthna to Baa, unaware that Shubhvi and Payal are listening. Shubhvi informs Smita about Raunak’s hospital visit, and Smita plots to make Raunak propose to Payal that very day.
Meanwhile, a worried Prarthna recalls the mention of file 202 and tries to access the record room but is denied entry without higher authorization. Raunak later overhears servants speaking ill of Prarthna and reacts strongly.
