Shahana was crying in the hospital. Ranbir assures her that Prachi will be fine. Rhea watches this from a distance. Pragya reaches the hospital and enters the treatment room. The doctor calls nurse’s help and sends Pragya out of the room. She asks Shahana about the accident. Shahana says she was hit by a truck, even though trucks are not allowed inside. Pragya cries badly, while watching Prachi from a window. A nurse brings a slip of medicine. Ranbir and Shahana run to get the medicine. The doctor sends the nurse to call an expert. They tell Pragya that next 24 hours are critical, else she might go to comma. Rhea comes to console Pragya who cried badly.

Rhea gets a call from the truck driver but cuts it. The driver was offended.

Pragya asserts that she cannot live without Prachi.

Prachi will have to recover. Rhea at once utters, I am sorry. Pragya hugs her. Rhea says she should have driver fast, she did not know Prachi was so serious. Pragya still complements Rhea’s effort for bringing Prachi here. She caresses Rhea. Rhea goes to take the call outside, saying she will be back. In the corridor, Rhea shouts what his problem is. She can not speak to him right now. She says she is in City Hospital and cannot give the money right now. The truck driver says he will be there. Rhea tells him not to do so. Police will be here anytime, and he might get caught. She then realizes the call was disconnected. The truck driver decides to reach the hospital. Rhea was afraid.

The police reach the hospital. Pragya still stood at the window and cried badly. Saritha bua tells Pragya not to lose her hope and courage. Pragya cried badly. Saritha says Pragya can’t lose her courage. Pragya was unable to control her tears, as she lives for her Prachi. The doctor says there are internal injuries, and bleeding won’t stop. She is broken. Saritha hugs Pragya and assures that Prachi will be fine, their prayers for safety of Prachi will be answered. Ranbir runs with medicines. The nurse says she is better.

Police comes to speak to Ranbir. The inspector says he has spoken to Mr. Mehra. Ranbir tells the inspector that Prachi was crossing the road, and a truck came to hit her straight. He suspects it was a deliberate act, as the truck driver could stop it. Pragya complains why Ranbir hadn’t told her about it. Ranbir apologizes that he did not want to trouble her. He turns to the inspector and says he carried Prachi to the car but his car’s way was blocked. The inspector inquires about the truck number and driver. Ranbir remembered all of this. Rhea had appeared in the corridor and heard the details Ranbir was able to recall. The police inspector takes Ranbir for preparing the sketch. He assures Pragya that this driver seems to be an official killer, they will get the sketch and surely call him.

Rhea calls Aaliya and tells her about planning the accident of Prachi. She says Ranbir spot the truck driver and noted the number as well. Now the driver is coming to the hospital to take money. Aaliya tells Rhea to leave the hospital and come home, police must not spot her nervousness. Rhea was tensed. She gets a call from the truck driver, Nilesh. Rhea takes a leave. Aaliya turns around to fine Mitali. Mitali had brought Punjab’s special delight Pheoni for her. She thinks Aaliya is still the same, she is on the side the one whom police wanted to kidnap.

The truck driver had reached the hospital. The driver and his assistant walked towards the door. The truck driver was sure they can not be recognized, they must take their money at any cost. Ranbir and the police inspector hits the truck driver. Ranbir was not attentive and does not see him. The inspector tells Ranbir he is a false man, he does not recognize the criminals here in the city as he is new. Soon, he will find out.

The truck driver sends his assistant to park the truck on another side. He calls Rhea who warns the driver not to come here. The driver was stubborn. Rhea reaches Pragya. Pragya tells Rhea someone planned to kill Prachi. It was not an accident. Prachi is not enemies with anyone yet someone tried to kill her. She caresses Rhea as well, and advices her to take good care of herself as well. Rhea was moved. The nurse brings a slip of medicines. Rhea goes to take the medicines. Shahana and Saritha felt curt about Rhea’s bonding with Pragya.

At home, Maasi had decided to unite Abhi and Pragya as a wish of her sister Daljeet. Abhi reached the hospital. Abhi reaches the hospital.
