Mahesh asks Rajveer why did he cut the phone so should complete it as he has no problem with him talking, karan also comes asking if they should leave, Mahesh says that he should even call Shaurya since they all would go back together, Karan mentions that he has still not sent a mail to Mr Mehta, some he will come back after finishing his work, Karan calls him very lazy. Mahesh questions why does he talk like this about Shaurya as he is doing his work, Karan replies even he does not like it but must do it. Rajveer tells Mahesh to let Karan say what he desires, Karan asks why does Rajveer nto say it to him directly, he knows they had problems in the past but everything would be sorted. Rajveer thinks Karan does not even realize the war that is going on between them both and he must pay for what he has
Kavya is very sad sitting in front of the mirror, Kritika comes mentioning she should not stare at herself like this that she gets ill, but Kavya is still very sad when kritika explains she would have gotten in a fight with Varun, Kritika assures that these ups and downs are always present in a relation but nothing will happen, Kavya tries to leave, Kritika stops her mentioning that she is really getting worried for her, kavya asks if she has any photo of her mother, kritika replies that she knows everything got burnt in the fire but they all always remember her and she resides in their lives. Kavya asks if she is just like her mother and even beautiful. Kritika replies her mother was really beautiful and had the most innocent heart, she would always care for others to the extent that anyone would fall in love with her. Kritika hugs Kavya requesting her to not cry.
Nidhi walking thinks today is the day for planning, she exclaims no one knows the truth about her plans as she is going to set fire to this house and anything cannot come back after it is burnt, she exclaims she will make sure all the happiness and joys of this family are ruined.
Bani Dadi is sitting when Rakhi instructs Garesh to bring some more boxes of clothes from the room, Bani Dadi asks if everything has been finished when she sees Rajveer coming so informs them, Rakhi is also very glad to see him and asks why did he come in these clothes,Mahesh replies she herself asked him to bring Rajveer straight from the office otherwise he would not come. Bani Dadi asks Rajveer to go and select a dress from those of Shaurya, Shaurya also comes back to the house, Karan asks if he finished the mail, Rakhi warns him to not discuss the office work in this house, karan finally apologizes when Mahesh says he made the right choice. Rakhi once again asks Rajveer to go and change, Karina also says he must go. Nidhi asks everyone to go and change since the family of Varun would arrive shortly. Rajveer is hesitant but Bani Dadi forces him explaining they are also a part of his family Shaurya angrily looks at Rajveer. Karan says Rajveer is a nice boy, Mahesh asks if they all should also change, Karina says to Rakhi how she should check the jewelry, Bani Dadi even asks if the starters are ready.
Kavya sits with kritika asking her to tell something else about her mother, Kritika replies she has told everything when Kavya requests her to remember anything which she has not told like their first meeting, kritika remembers it and explains that she was walking without any worry when she helped her set her dupatta, after which they both became very close, Kritika explains her biggest quality was that she could never see anyone in trouble and risked everything to protect the interested of the other, Kritika explains Preeta Bhabhi had taken care of this entire house by herself and she was the soul of this house. Rajveer hears Kritika and Kavya talking when he hears Kavya saying she wants to be just like her mother, Rajveer thinks that kavya is indeed like their mother. Kavya sees Rajveer so asks him to come inside. Kritika asks how is he when Rajveer says Kavya is looking really beautiful, Kavya replies that her aunt was saying she looks just liker her mother, Rajveer agrees saying she indeed looks like her mother, kavya is shocked asking if he knows her mother, Rajveer replies that she herself said her mother was very beautiful so all the mothers are beautiful. Rajveer asks if she remembers her mother, kavya replies she does but cannot remember her face and feels it has gotten blurred, Rajveer asks her to come and taking her to the mirror requests that she must always look at the mirror if she wants to see her mother, Kavya starts crying when he requests her to stop and then applies the black tika behind her ear, explaining that all the mothers do the same to their children, including his own mother, he says that now he must leave since Garesh is waiting for him outside the room.
Kritika goes to Kavya mentioning Rajveer is a stranger, Kavya replies but even then feels as if he has a very deep relation to them and there is something very strange between them.
Shaurya asks Nidhi if he would look good in this dress, she says he will look good in every dress, she says she really likes his smile. Shaurya asks what is she planning since he put the money in the house of Rajveer but he is present here, since today is the function of Kavya. Nidhi mentions his own sister Kavya is giving more importance to Rajveer and that too when he is just a stranger, she calls him close to her informing her entire plan, she says that today he is going to be humiliated a lot and Shaurya should just wait and watch.
Karan comes down the stairs when he keeps staring at the family, Mahesh comes asking what is he looking at, Karan says he should be happy like everyone else but is having a strange feeling, Mahesh replies he knows the reason since today is the function of Kavya, after which they will know that she will leave this house very soon, and since Karan is a father then has this feeling. Karan sees Rajveer talking to the waiters and remembers how Preeta would talk in the same manner, Karan asks Mahesh if he feels that Rajveer is just like Preeta. Mahesh explains that Preeta is the daughter of this house so did it because of her duty, karan says that she even helped them before their marriage. Mahesh replies he could have the qualities since he lives near Preeta, Karan notices when Rakhi calls Rajveer to her, and starts showering her love to him, Karan asks if Mahesh has told everything to Rakhi but Mahesh replies she has been like this with Rajveer since the first day, and he has not told anything.
Varun comes to the Luthra Mansion with his family, Mahesh asks where is his mother when he replies that she had some last minute shopping, Varun then asks about Kavya, Karina mentions she will come and he must have some patience. Varun is glad that Rajveer also came, he says that everyone invited him with so much love so how could he refuse, Varun hugs Shaurya and then walks to sit, Karina informs his Kavya has also come, they all see her walking down the stairs. Kavya is looking very beautiful when she comes to stand with all of them, Rajveer is smiling thinking if Maa was here today then would have gotten very happy to see how comfortable Kavya is with her in laws, he is smiling.
