Palki asks Preeta if they have to go o the house of Varun today, she the coming asks preeta once again as she was saying it some time ago but Preeta replies not today since they will go with Rajveer, Palki says Preeta does not seem fine and she asks her to sit down while she will make tea for her.
Ketki stops the car asking Bani Dad and the other members to get out of the car while she will come after parking it so they all get out of the car, Karina is feeling weird when Nidhi asks why is she so stressed, Karina wonders if Shaurya still thinks that karan loves him more then Rajveer, Nidhi agrees with Karina but Bani Dadi asks Nidhi to not pay importance to the words of Shaurya as he sometimes says such bad things, Bani Dadi asks Nidhi to not say such things to anyone, Kritika mentions she feels
Rajveer requests Karan to get up but when he does respond then karan holding him by the hand starts taking him out but the Karan asks for water so Rajveer runs to bring it while putting Karan on the couch after which he runs to pick the glass from the table bringing it over to Karan who is very dizzy, Rajveer asks him to relax but Karan starts coughing, Rajveer says that a lot of blood has been spilled, Rajveer then ties the wound wondering where did the family go, Rajveer calls to his Grandfather and Grandmother while assuring nothing will happen to karan, Rajveer asks him to not close his eyes but when he does not listen, Rajveer says his revenge as not been fulfilled and is Karan listening to him because he has heard they have to keep talking with a person in such a severe condition, Rajveer keeps yelling that his revenge is not complete and asks why is Karan still closing his eyes.
Mahesh and Rakhi also reach the house so he wonders why are they all standing outside,Rakhi asks Karina if something happened but Karina replies they were talking that Shaurya still feels that Karan loves Rajveer more then him while Rajveer hates Karan, Kavya refuses saying how can it happen when Rakhi also requests them to not talk ike this, they hear the voice of Rajveer so Kavya runs mentioning Rajveer is calling for help followed by everyone.
Rajveer is busy applying the bandage to the wrist of Karan and says he is not able to apply it but Karan has to go to the hospital however Karan requests Rajveer to forgive him after which he can go anywhere but Rajveer says Karan cannot blackmail him like this, Rajveer picks the knife saying he cannot bear it while he is feeling as if he is the one who cut the hand, the entire Luthra family rush to karan asking what has happened and even Rakhi questions what has happened saying that they should call the doctor, Rajveer reveals that Karan cut his hand, Nidhi angrily slaps him saying they all heard who did it, Kavya asks them to call the doctor but Bani Dadi says they should first bring the first aid box, Nidhi questions why did Rajveer cut the hand of karan but Rajveer keeps trying to plead for his innocent, Mahesh asks Rajveer to leave who keeps saying he did not do anything, Nidhi angrily starts pushing Rajveer out of the house when Karan keeps saying he will not go anywhere. Karina wonders why is the blood not stopping, Rakhi tells Karina that a lot of blood is flowing and how will it stop.
Palki brings the tea for Preeta who is worried, she asks why does Preeta seem so tensed when Preeta replies she si feeling very strange and restless, that something wrong is happening and she sometimes feels it, and every time something bad happens. Palki replies sometimes it happens that they feel uncomfortable and so suggests Preeta to have some tea as then she might feel good, preeta thanks Palki for the tea who explains even she got tensed after seeing Kavya while always kept wondering how can she help her, so then thought about Preeta who is very close to Kavya which is why she told her eventing but should not have told her these things as Preeta might be feeling tensed but Preeta replies it is not the case as the stress is due to some other reason, she is glad after finding about Kavya. Palki asks Preeta if she can go back home as she has to give medicine to mom while Bi jee forgets her own medicine, Preeta agrees explaining Palki has to take care of everyone in the house so Palki leaves after wishing Preeta who thinks of calling Rajveer.
Rakhi asks Mahesh to take Karan to the room when Rajveer offers to help but Nidhi angrily says that she ordered him to go back but he did not listen , Kavya asks why is Nidhi mom talking like this when Nidhi starts yelling at her, Bani Dadi scolds them both questioning why are they not thinking about Karan, Mahesh also asks if Nidhi has sot her mind, when Rajveer answers the call of Preeta who hears Mahesh yelling that the wrist of Karan has been slit, Bani Dadi tells Nidhi to calm down and let Rjaveer help, Preeta asks Rajveer what is going on there but then she ends the call, she starts panicking before running out of the house. Nidhi says she cannot bear seeing the face of Rajveer, Karina also asks Rajveer to leave from here since Karan is not well and he should leave, Rajveer gets emotional before turning back to leave the Luthra Mansion. Karan keeps calling Rajveer,
Rajveer while walking on the road is thinking about when karan slit the wrist in order to blackmail him awhile after that Nidhi slapped him before throwing him out of the house. Rajveer sitting thinks his father is a very bad person but even then the son inside of him keeps awakening, as he takes the bullet or even feels bad for him. Rajveer keeps recalling how Karan said he wishes Rajveer and Preeta should come back to his life, he thinks he went to fight with Karan saying he is the worst person in his life but Karan slit his throat to prove how much he loves them and risked his own life. Rajveer keeps running thinking whenever he thinks Karan is very bad, he comes in front of him providing he is a nice person and the truth is that he is the one who saved the life of his mother at the bank while even fought with the criminals at the hospital and even donated the blood. Rajveer wonders what kind of a person is Karan or is he the bad person but why would he have injured himself, Rajveer blames himself for it all and wonders what has he done.
Mahesh asks karan to sit on the bed who asks them all to not worry of him as he is fine, Bani Dadi questions how it all happened, Nidhi blames Rajveer for it all but Rakhi refuses to accept it and even kritika agrees with her. Nidhi says she is sure Rajveer is behind it as the servants who are very close tend to do bad things, Rakhi says Rajveer is not a servant when Nidhi explains Rajveer is their loving son. Karan assures Rajveer is innocent while he got angry and did this to him, Mahesh asks if Karan did not even think about them, Rakhi questions Karan what did he do, Kritika requests Rakhi to calm down saying they must focus on Karan, Kavya also asks everyone to calm down explaining even Nidhi mom did it and they must not do anything, the door bell rings when Kavya goes to open it. Nidhi mentions she is going to scold Karan a lot once he gets fine.
Kavya opens the door when Preeta asks about karan who kavya says that the wrist of her father has been slit, Preeta replies she has heard everything on the phone but where is Karan.
Rajveer while standing thinks of when Shristhi maa told him that karan Luthra is the one behind the condition of Preeta di but today his father karan Luthra told him that he loved Preeta a lot but he was not able to find them even when he tried to look for them a lot but it is his mistake as he did not try hard enough, Rajveer sits down thinking when Karan said he desires to get back Rajveer and preeta but when he refused then karan slit his wrist, Rajveer keeps yelling wondering what can he do and what is the truth, what should he accept as either his revenge is fake or the love is true. Rajveer is not able to understand anything.
Preeta enters the room seeing whom Nidhi gets shocked asking if she came here again, questioning why does Preeta come here again and again asking if she thinks Luthra house is a picnic spot, Kavya tells Nidhi mom she came here for papa, Nidhi then replies the treatment of Karan cannot happen without her, preeta walks past Nidhi but she asks her to stop, Rakhi asks what is the problem of Nidhi when karan needs her help so Nidhi should let her perform the treatment, Preeta asks Kritika to step aside and then sits on the bed explaining a lot of blood has been split as the one who applied the bandage did it wrong, she asks for some fresh bandage while even requests Mahesh to give her some water, she then hands him the medicine to give to Karan while she herself starts applying the bandage when Bani Dadi tells his eyes are closing so pleads with Preeta to save Karan.
