Karan is with the doctor asking if she would be fine, Rakhi is also worried while Rajveer vows to not leave the person who did this to her, Karan keeps asking the doctor who gets irritated and says they all should go outside while let him perform the treatment but Rajveer insists to stay in the room, the doctor says that it might cause hindrance in the treatment, Rakhi explains they all must listen to the doctor while he mentions even she needs to leave, Rakhi explains she is her mother when doctor informs at this time the doctor should be near the patient, he is
Nidhi is in the room when Karina comes asking why is she stressed, Nidhi says now Preeta would be able to get the sympathy of the entire family. Karina says why does Nidhi get worried over such small things, Nidhi asks if she decides to stay here but Karina replies if Nidhi has lost her mind as Preeta lives in the house with Mohit so asks Nidhi to not be worried, Nidhi hugs Karina saying she is now feeling better.

Karan asks Preeta if she remembers the window in which she would stand to watch the moon and she would just argue with him standing here, he says they will argue a lot in the same manner but then refuses saying he does not want to argue and why would he do it after all these years, he will do just as she asks him to do when he has lived without her for so many years and every time he looks back it seems as it happened yesterday but every moment felt like a century, he understands why Bhagwan kept him alive as he knew they both would fall in love with each other again this is why he was kept alive otherwise would have died without her, he says he has not met anyone else in his life and for him the meaning of love is actually Preeta. Karan says he is waiting for her to return so he places her photo against the moon.
Nidhi coming asks what would happen to her, Rakhi asks what does she mean, Nidhi replies their work has finished and she was living in the illusion that this house belongs to her and she is the mother but now Preeta returned and Karan made her the owner so should she live like her assistant, Karina asks why is Nidhi talking like this as Preeta got it all so they can save it from Anshuman and she is being worried for any reason, Nidhi asks Karina to think that Preeta has entered the house and they even called the doctor while if her memory comes back then she will remember everything that she is the mother of Kavya and Shaurya then what would happen to her, Rakhi says Preeta has her own place while she should not compare herself to Preeta explaining no one can take her position of Shaurya, and it is not possible to distribute the children but they can have two mothers and Nidhi asks what about Karan, Rakhi replies that Karan always belonged to Preeta and he never gave her the right to his life, she came to this house as the mother of Shaurya but Karan could not belong to anyone else, she explains family and children can never be separated while the husband would always remain as the one to his wife. Karina asks Rakhi to not justify Preeta as Nidhi is the wife of Karan and she is the one who has taken care of Shaurya all these years, Rakhi replies so they should give Karan as a gift to her, she explains Karan has always belonged to Preeta and can not live without her but Nidhi has always remained as the mother of Shaurya in this house but no third person can come between them, Karina asks Nidhi to not be worried as she will get her right, Nidhi says she should indeed get the right and asks what are they all saying and why should she accept it, saying Preeta left the family and came to this house as the wife of Karan but now everyone is asking her to leave and she will not sacrifice, Karan questions what is she talking about, Karan says Preeta sacrificed as she did not remember her life while Preeta is his family with whom he had made a life and would always remain the same, but Nidhi tries to prove her love and even attempted suicide, Nidhi replies she loves him however Karan explains one sided love cannot have any destination, Nidhi demands it but Karan replies he has always loved Preeta and they both were friends but she should not give it any other name, Nidhi says she is called as his wife when Karan says he does not want to talk about, Nidhi says she wants to answer when Karan replies that all the times some questions are raised, Nidhi says she cannot live without him, Karan asks what about how Preeta has lived without him for so many year, the entire Luthra family is stunned.
Precap: Preeta says to Karan’s wife, do not come in between always the outsiders interfere just like Nidhi and when there is fight between a wife and an outsider then only wife wins.
