Preeta is sitting when Gurpreet asks her to eat something but she replies she is not hungry, Palki says she should at least have the biscuits and tea as she has low blood pressure when Preeta says she is not hungry, Shanaya replies she has to eat some food as she even needs to take some medicine. Preeta forcefully eats a piece of biscuit, Gurpreet explains Palki would become a very nice daughter in law and she takes very good care of her, Gurpreet even asks Palki to go and find if there is some room vacant so she can rest but Preeta replies she is fine, Palki says that she also knows how low her blood pressure is at the moment so if she gets fine then would be able to take care of Rajveer, palki and Shanaya leave

Palki is walking when Shanaya says she does not feel good seeing her like this,

Shanaya asks palki to smile for her saying everyone is with Rajveer fighting for him, they all are praying for him so he will get better, Palki replies she cannot feel it and is getting very weird thoughts because she has said a lot of things for him, she felt they both are perfect for each other but it is not the truth when he could be a perfect partner but she is very bad, Shanaya says Palki is very goo and he could not get anyone better then her, Shanaya says that when they love someone then even have the right to fight with him so she says that they only realize their mistake after fighting, and nothing is wrong in love. Shanaya says they both are stupid while even their mother is a bit of fool, but her one daughter Palki is a doctor while her other daughter is what she feels like, palki says she is not able to let go of the feelings as she should have talked about good things with Rajveer, she should have understood his words but cannot think what she was thinking, she knew he was being bothered by something but he did not share anything so she would get even more furious, Shanaya says to Palki that there is a correct time for everything and when the time comes then he would tell her everything. Palki gets shocked seeing Sandeep at the reception and then turns to Shanaya who says he is the same one who called her as Preeta, Shanaya suggests she feels he would have been ordered by someone to harm Preeta. Palki decides to go and talk with him but is stopped by Shanaya, Palki says she wants to go and talk with him asking why did he call her as Preeta and if he said so then would have a reason behind it, while Preeta is just a therapist, Palki decides to go but Shanaya stops her however Palki says she will be fine as this is a hospital so she leaves.

The entire Luthra family is waiting when Shanaya goes to her, Karina asks what has happened when Shanaya says she wanted to tell them something but Palki stopped her however she is very scared, Karina asks what happened, Shanaya says that Palki stopped her but when Karina forces her then she reveals they saw the criminal who fired the bullet at Preeta. Nidhi gets shocked asking why would the criminal come in the hospital, Shanaya reveals he has an injury on his head while Palki has gone after him and she feels Palki would get in some trouble, Karina asks why did Palki go after him, Shanaya says she went to find out why did the criminal shot her by taking the name of Preeta. Nidhi leaves after coughing while even Arohi follows her.

The nurse is checking the Blood pressure of Preeta when she informs it is very low, Gurpreet informs that Palki is a very nice girl who is also a doctor while about to be the daughter in law of Preeta, she is very glad for being her aunt as Preeta only listened to her, karan suddenly enters the room and sits beside Preeta, he asks if she is fine when she questions about Rajveer, Karan and Preeta both start looking at each other when after some time Preeta falls asleep so Gurpreet leaves, and then Karan gets up to massage the head of Preeta while she is sleeping,

The nurse asks Sandeep to sit down questioning how did he get injured when the Inspector questions what does she think he would have done so informs he is a very big criminal and she should not have any sympathy for him.

Nidhi is walking with Arohi who asks why does she think that he would tell the truth to Sandeep, Nidhi explains that when he agreed to believe her when she was telling a lie then Palki is going to tell the truth, Arohi does not understand when Nidhi questions if she has seen any shows relating to the criminals as there is a clause in the law that if the criminals help them then their sentence would be lowered, Arohi asks how can they take care of everything when Nidhi suggests they should handle one problem at a time so follow Palki.

The nurse tells the Inspector that she has to take care of Sandeep and perform the complete treatment, Inspector says that it is complete however the nurse informs she has to even apply the bandage and consult the doctor so he needs to be shifted to the other room. Palki stps the Inspector informing she wants to talk to Sandeep but the Inspector says she cannot meet him without the permission. Palki thinks she will meet Sandeep from the other side.

Palki is standing in front of a ruined corridor when she thinks that she felt this wing was closed for some months but now feels it has been like this for a while, Palki while going ahead accidentally drops her phone which she kneels to pick up, Nidhi and Arohi come to stand behind her when Arohi suggests they should go back however Nidhi picks the metal piece from the corner of the window exclaiming she just wants to hurt her however Arohi pulls her to the corner explaining the lights are just flickering and she will see them so Nidhi covers them both with the black dress and then turns off the lights, Palki gets worried wondering how did the lights turn off so she has to leave when she turns off the light from her mobile, Palki sees two people running after her so she starts running calling for help when Shaurya is able to catch her when Nidhi tries to stab Palki but Shaurya is shocked seeing the hand and then looks at Palki, Arohi throws the black cloth over Shaurya while Nidhi bites his hand and then they run, Shaurya asks who were they when Palki replies she does not know so Shaurya asks her to be safe while following them both, Nidhi walks out in the main area holding the black cloth, she then throws it behind the couch while coming to stand in the open, Nidhi wonders where is Arohi as she should have come by now, she is shocked seeing Shaurya who asks why is she doing it all, he says she knows he does not like Palki but why did she say that Palki is her enemy. Nidhi gets worried thinking this means Shaurya found out she attacked Palki, Nidhi explains she loves him a lot but there is a reason behind it all, Shaurya replies he knows the truth but she should tell the reason she did it all as this is what he saw and is asking her for the truth, Nidhi is worried.
