It begins to rain heavily. Rishab comes to help Preeta close the window door. She thanks him while he helps her with tissue papers. He thanks her for making his Dadi fine and leaving his mother happy. Preeta says Rishab has been the reason Rakhi and Rishab are happy. She thanks him for always being there with her and for her, whenever she needed a true friend. She says she is proud of having a friend like him, and promises she will always be with him always. Rishab thanks her. Preeta notices he was little lost in something, then goes to get towel. Preeta thinks Rishab sometimes feel really simple man, why everyone considers him so serious. Preeta hurries at once as she has to collect Dadi’s reports. Rishab offers her a coffee, when she doesn’t stay he curses himself for not talking to Preeta.
Sunil comes to instruct Deepak about a file and its work. Preeta says a bye to him while leaving, Deepak hurries behind her as he hears her. Preeta thinks about calling a taxi as she won’t hire an auto here.
Deepak comes to office and asks Rishab how he got so wet, if she came here. He apologizes for crossing his limit. Rishab says he wish he could let him meet that girl, it’s easy to speak to him about her than someone very known. He sends Deepak with some file work, and smiles thinking he must clearly speak to her the next time.
Preeta hits Deepak in the office, both sit to help with her files and shocked to see each other. Preeta hurries outside the office. Rishab gets a call from Rakhi, she says Sherlin is here and they are celebrating. She tells Rishab that he is going to marry to her, and everyone here is in a mood of celebration. She asks Rishab to come home soon. She wasn’t ready to ask anything from him. Rishab decides to speak to Preeta as soon as it is possible, its going really further otherwise.
Deepak follows Preeta outside and asks why she is running away. Preeta forbids him to force her into their relation, she had enough of this relation. She is done with his acting, he is greedy and is not even a nice person. Deepak stops Preeta and says he can’t think about anyone but her, he even rejecting any proposal he got. Only she lives in his heart, he hasn’t even been able to forgive himself. He curses himself and fights with his parents. Preeta says he wanted her father’s house to settle himself, he says his parents only wanted a dowry; only he had gone crazy. Preeta argues he was on side of bad, her father died because of him only and breaks into a cry. She tells him not to act repentance, she doesn’t trust him. He holds her hand but she tells him to leave it, there is nothing between them. Deepak asks her to forgive him. Rishab had walked out of the office, Sameer stops him for a signature but Rishab moves on. Preeta says she was ready to marry him, every stupid middle class girl is like that, she had accepted him as everything… but what he did. He broke the relation, her family was taken aback. Deepak says he curses himself always for this, he even started a scholarship in name of Raghubir ji. He is stupid and couldn’t come upto her father’s expectations. Preeta says she has no respect for him, he says he is heartily apologizing. He can’t live without her and forces her into a hug, promising not to let her any single chance of complain. Rishab watches this. Preeta gets away and asks for time to think about the matter. Rishab was shattered while Deepak turns to face him.
Rishab asks Deepak if he knows Preeta. Deepak asks if Preeta works here, Rishab says she is his grandmother’s physio. Deepak tells Rishab they were getting engaged, there were some differences between their family values. She came to Mumbai upset, but he is determined to get her back and marry her. Rishab says Preeta isn’t worth losing, else life would shatter. Deepak thanks Rishab for offering him a job, and he found Preeta here. He goes to bring the file Rishab asked for. Rishab was broken. Tears fell of his eyes as he thinks about Preeta.
PRECAP: Karan cheerfully says he is happy for Rishab. Rishab was upset, everyone notices this. Preeta says she had asked God for a signal and she got her father’s ring, does this mean she must accept Deepak’s proposal?
