Shristhi says ever since Nidhi found out her family came back to Mumbai and Preeta di along with Rajveer are present here, they have been suffering from accidents, Shristhi wonders if Nidhi is the one behind all those accidents, she warns Preeta di is not alone and her younger sister Shristhi is always by her side, she warns she would ruin their lives if anything happens to her sister, Nidhi says she does not have time to be with Preeta but then Shristhi questions why was she roaming outside the room of Preeta or was in there, Nidhi warns her to not say anything of the sort but Shristhi replies that she wants Nidhi to stay far away from her sister and end all of her plans, she knows Nidhi wants to get rid of her sister but she wants to say it clearly that they do not have any interest in the life
Nilesh enters the room of Preeta mentioning she does not die peacefully, he takes out the poison from is pocket and putting it in the injections explaining this will cause her death and its effects would cause her life to end within five minutes after which his work would end.
Rajveer rushes to the reception asking if Preeta Arora is fine as she got in an accident when the nurse asks about his relation when he replies he is her son. Rajveer hits a person while searching for the room, he keeps thinking how Shristhi mom warned him but he did not listen. He keeps searching for the room.
Karan calls Shristhi but is stopped by the nurses entering the lift, Nidhi asks what was all this and Arohi is also shocked saying that Shristhi was warning them but now herself ran away after hearing the voice of Karan. Shristhi is running while Karan is following her and Arohi says that it might be because Karan does not know the relation of Rajveer with Preeta because of which he has hired the detective to find Preeta, Nidhi mentions she really does not know who is playing the game.
Nilesh is about to give the injection when Rajveer suddenly enters the room so Nilesh manages to hide, he is really tensed wondering what if his secret is revealed as Rajveer stands beside Preeta and massaging her hand, he sits beside her bed while holding her hand. He asks what has she done to herself and should talk with him since he does not like it without her and feels nothing is right, he says he is very angry with her because she suffers a lot of accidents but why does she go near them, Rajveer says he cannot look at her like this and she must scold him, he vows to listen to everything but when she does not talk with him he really does not like it, he says when he did not know she is his mother he never irritated her but now wants to irritate her a lot since this is how sons are like, he promises to accept everything that she instructs him however just wants her to talk with him, Rajveer is really emotional. Nilesh while trying to balance himself accidentally hits the oxygen cylinder so Rajveer gets up to check it but Nilesh manages tto hide behind curtains, the doctor enters the room questioning what is he doing here, he says he came to visit his mother but the doctor says he can come back once she is awake, Rajveer leaves apologizing to the doctor. Nilesh is worried since the doctor is still in the room, he is very tensed as she comes to check the vitals in the equipment, she starts searching for the notepad, Nilesh wonders if the doctor comes here searching for the notepad then he would die.
Shristhi is running but reaches a corner so wonders where can she run away from here, Karan comes behind her seeing which Shristhi is really tensed but he is smiling, she tries to act as if she does not know him when Karan slowly walks up to him asking why did she turn her face and he was calling her, he says she still did not stop by her heart but because there was no way ahead, he asks what has happened to Shristhi and with a smile on his face asks how is she, he is about to hug her but she stops him questioning who is he, Karan gets shocked questioning how is she asking him, he says he is Karan Luthra her brother in law. Karan realizes that she would not be stopping because she thought he is a stranger, he explains a lot happened after she left and the doctors had to perform a plastic surgery, Shristhi says she does not believe and tries to walk away but Karan follows her questioning why does she not believe him, she says she cannot believe him because he is a stranger. Karan tries to plead that he is her brother in law, he asks who is the one admitted to this hospital, Shristhi leaves saying she has come here to get a facial done. Karna is shocked hearing it.
Karan says he would have to make this stupid girl believe that he is her Karan jiju, and could not understand how Shristhi didn’t read in the newspaper that he has gone through a plastic surgery, he leaves with a smile on his face while Shristhi is relieved.
Bani Dadi is sitting on the bed when the doctor is looking at the reports, she questions why is he looking at her in this way since she already has a boyfriend and he might fall in love with her, Karina questions what is she saying, Bani Dadi says that the doctor would say that she would have to stay here for nine days, the doctor says that this means she does not like him, Bani Dadi says that he is not that important, she makes him swear on everything to say the truth, the doctor says they need five, Bani Dadi gets furious saying she will not stay for five days in this hospital. The doctor finally say he only meant five hours, Bani Dadi says that he just spoke the truth because of the vows, Bani Dadi further says he wants to look at her hearing which he says she actually feels he has fallen in love with her which is actually true, Bani Dadi and Karina are shocked when he says even he is joking.
The doctor walks to the partition when Nilesh throws the notepad and even the pen, but accidentally drops the syringe causing it to break. The doctor finally leaves when Nilesh thinks that he can himself kill her, but Karan knocks on the door so Nilesh quickly covers Preeta when Karan offers to ask about her health but Nilesh says that he cannot meet her since she has gone through a difficult moment in her life because of which her face has been ruined, Karan however says that it is important they find Preeta very soon, he leaves assuring Nilesh can ask him for anything.
Nidhi is with Arohi who assures her work would be done, she points to Nilesh who is running in the hallway saying that the sweat is the proof they need to prove that Preeta has died, Nidhi starts smiling saying actually means that she is dead.
