Rakhi says that Preeta is always the one who saves them from any storm and does Karina remember what happened with Monisha and karan, hearing this both Karina and Bani Dadi are stunned when Rakhi says who saved them at that time, and even with Prithvi and Sherlin who caused a lot of troubles so Preeta is the one who saved them, Kritika was about to be married to Akshay but Preeta found out the truth about him and prevented Kritika from marrying, karan asks what is mom talking about, Rakhi replies even Sonakshi came to this house with the daughter while even what had Prithvi done to Mahesh jee who would never let anyone from the family near them but only take the medicines from Preeta hands, Rakhi says that Preeta was also the one who saved them when Prithvi took their entire property, Preeta wonders
Anshuman is talking to his team members whom he says that he agrees with preeta je as he does not want this property that has legal cases pending against it and so what can they do now, Kavya asks Kritika bua what would they be talking about, Kritika replies how she wishes she knew but he would surely do something big. The Luthra family comes when Anshuman says he is glad they came otherwise he would have left, Karan gets stunned asking what about the children when Anshuman says Karan needs to find another plan to free the children but he is not interested in the property, Karan wonders what can be it, preeta suggests there is a way when she says that he can collaborate with the Luthra industries which is still a big name in the market and he can earn a lot of profit, Anshuman says that Preeta turned their rivalry to friendship and says that he was interested in the property, preeta replies he still cannot get any property but will surely earn a very big profit with the merger, Anshuman agrees saying that tomorrow they are going to hold a lavish party and then announce their merger, Anshuman leaves while Karan starts smiling.
In the night Varun requests his mother to not leave as it is not right however she replies she knows what she wants right now, Preeta immediately asks the auto driver to stop and getting out wonders what is Varun arguing about with his mother, she says that she wants to take a break from this mother and son relation but gets shocked seeing Preeta standing in front of her, even Varun is left shocked but furiously looks at his mother. Preeta asks what did she say that she wants a break from the relation of a mother, Roma replies she had not gone out for a very long time but felt she needed a break and so just said it to Varun who got furious, Varun replies that her mother said she wants to go to Dubai, Roma leaves asking Preeta to take care of her son, Varun sees her off in the car aas she leaves in the car, Preeta asks Varun to not be worried as she is also a human and might get worried but they need a break, Varun asks Preeta to come as he would drop her btu she replies her auto is still waiting and she just came to inquire what had happened, Preeta turning thinks she felt the beahvior of Varun was a bit weird.
Anshuman Panday is sitting when he tells Shub that there is some problem in the collaboration offer since the Luthra family plays a game in each and every stop but this time he does not want to get trapped as these people are over smart, while Preeta just seems simple and he thinks that she would be a big problem, while after such a long time he has found something on his side meaning his son but if it goes against him then karan would surely bring him on his knees or rather even throw him out of the business world, Anshuman gets an idea which Shub asks about from him.
Rakhi asks karan to not be worried as he should think they still have their property but Nidhi coming says she does not agree with the plan of Preeta, since Anshuman is very smart and would never agree to it. Preeta in her house thinks now Anshuman would think he will win but is smart and suspect how did they give him the big offer so he would think it is a plan but they are a lot so would not let him win. Karan gets a call from Anshuman Panday, Nidhi says that now he would talk about ending it, Rakhi says this is the problem of Nidhi as she is very negative when Karan has not even answered the call of Anshuman, she asks Karan to answer the phone. Nidhi asks why is Rakhi so over confident with Preeta but she is a business women and this plan would not work out, Rakhi still signals her to stay quiet. Anshuman tells Karan he is coming to their house tomorrow morning, Nidhi then says she knew this plan of Preeta would not work. Karan is calling Preeta whom he requests to come to their house as Anshuman Panday wants to meet them with the lawyer, Preeta replies that she will come but she has to go to mandir tomorrow and even Palki has arranged for the ritual when Karan requests her to at least come in the morning, preeta replies she will surely reach on time, Rakhi says she also wants to go to the Mandir so if Preeta come to Luthra Mansion then they can go together to which even Preeta agrees.
In the morning Garesh opens the door when Preeta asks if they are still decorating the house then should hurry, Nidhi says that everyone is believing the plan of Preeta will work even when she knows it will bring them on the road, Arohi asks Preeta about her educational qualification, Preeta replies she has studied about Physiotherapy hearing which they both laugh when Arohi explains that Nidhi has done MBA and was the topper of the bath while along with that has done a lot of courses, Rakhi comes with Kavya and Kritika and says that she has a lot of things that are still pending, kavya thinks that Arohi and Nidhi might have said something to Preeta so asks if everything is fine, Preeta replies that Nidhi was telling her how she does not have any experience in the business but she knows Nidhi can give a lot of good suggestions to them regarding the decoration, Anshuman Panday walks into the Luthra Mansion and karan sits in front of him, Anshuman says he just does not want the property but even the right to make the business decisions and this would mean that Karan will be the worker under him, while further saying that he has really liked their house so even wants it in his name meaning that unfortunately after this business party they would have to leave this house, Anshuman says that he is going to see them all tonight and leaves with his workers. The entire Luthra family is tensed, Mahesh turns to Rakhi who signals him to not go ahead, Preeta says she did not not think anything of the sort would happen and that Anshuman would ask them to leave the house, Rakhi leaves with Preeta for the Mandir. Kritika asks Karan bhai to not forget that this time will even pass and they have their support and strength preeta on their side so will win it all, Karan is furious
