The Episode starts with Ambika asking Suraj to think about Kesar and his childhood and then imagine what he sees 5 years later. Kabir closes his eyes and sees himself with Kesar. Suraj tells Ambika that that first he is seeing her healthy and ever, he has taken business to new heights, babu ji is happy, Ansh is playing tennis for nation, Riddhi is married, Dhruvi is working for multi national company. Ambika asks what about Kesar? Suraj says where she will go, she will help you in business and home, and take care of baa and babu ji, and she will be the perfect bahu. Ambika asks him to go and thinks she couldn’t give dutiful husband to her bahu, and has failed and couldn’t fulfill her swear.

Kabir’s friend asks did you see Kesar in your life. Kabir sees Kesar standing

with Suraj for engagement. His friend asks Kabir, why you are feeling bad? Kabir says he is upset as he has to kidnap Kesar on her engagement day. Ambika thinks of Suraj and Kesar’s words. She recalls Hetal’s words that Suraj is marrying just to keep her swear and that their lives might ruined. She thinks she has failed, could give dutiful bahu, but not dutiful husband for her. She recalls Baa’s words and then Hetal’s words. She faints and falls down. Kesar and Kabir run to hold her, but Suraj is standing at his place in shock. Everyone rushes to Ambika. Kesar asks Kabir to lift Ambika and take her to the sofa. Kabir keeps her on the sofa and goes to call the doctor. Kesar rubs Ambika’s hands. Pareen tells that doctor will take 1 hour to come. Kesar says we can’t wait till then, and has to call the ambulance. She collides with Suraj and falls down, and gets injured. Suraj comes to the realization and shouts at Kesar blaming her and holding her responsible for Ambika’s condition. He says you might have told her something after I left.

Kesar asks him to let her go to Masu. Suraj says don’t you dare. Kabir brings the doctor there. Doctor checks Ambika and says she got heart attack and her heart beat has stopped. Everyone is shocked. Kesar looks on shocked. Darshan starts crying and says I don’t want to live without Ambiki Kaki. Baa cries and asks why did you give me long life. Dhruvi tries to pacify her. Jinal says nothing will happen to Bhabhi. Pareen says ambulance will come in 30 mins. Doctor says we can’t wait for 30 mins, she needs medical assistance fast. Kabir says we will take her to car. Doctor says we can’t take risk. She says she will give her CPR. Kesar recalls Doctor giving her emergency injection for babu ji. Hetal asks Suraj to say something. Suraj is in shock. Riddhi asks him to say something. Doctor is still giving her CPR. Kesar brings injection and gives to Ambika. Suraj shouts Maa and asks Kesar what did you inject to my Maa. Kesar says Emergency injection. Suraj asks what is in it and asks if my Maa is experiment for you? She asks Doctor to check his mother and says some reaction might happen.

Jayati taunts Kesar. Hetal accuses Kesar and says you have done this to become great in Suraj’s eyes and tells that she don’t care for Ambika. Suraj says he will throw her out if something happens to Maa. Kabir thinks I will save you from Queen but only Ambika kaki can save her from everyone’s hatred. Lady doctor tells that Ambika’s pulse is back. Suraj asks if you are fine Maa? Kesar smiles happily. Ambika takes Kesar’s name. Kesar says Masu. Hetal acts and says thank god, you have saved my bhabhi, else Kesar didn’t leave any chance. Babu ji’s doctor comes there and tells that Kesar has saved Ambika, I had given her emergency injection for babu ji, but Kesar gave it to Ambika at the right time and saved her. He says he will check her and decide the medication.

Queen’s goon Babu calls Kabir and threatens him saying his friend is in his captivity and that he will kill him. Kabir asks him to let him do the work and end the call. Babu tells Kabir’s friend that it seems he doesn’t care for your life, now I have to do something. The goon touches Aarti’s hand while giving her plate. She realizes that the goons are not Kabir’s friends.

Doctor asks Ambika not to take tension, have medicine on time and take some rest. Baa asks Ambika to agree to Doctor’s sayings. Doctor says until Kesar is here, you don’t need any doctor. He leaves. She asks Kesar to come. Hetal tells Jinal and Jayati that they lost a chance. Kesar asks Ambika if she is fine.

Aarti calls Kabir and asks him to come home fast, and says she is scared, they have guns. Kabir takes out chloroform. He says they have to kidnap Kesar, as Aarti and their friend is in danger. They distract the guards. Kabir asks them to switch off the lights when he say, but the light gets off mistakenly. Kabir searches for Kesar. Baa says everyone is here. Suraj says where is Kesar? Kabir feels bad and thinks forgive me Kesar, I am helpless, else I wouldn’t have done this. He sees Babu there and asks his friend to switch on the lights fast.

Precap: Ambika tells Kesar that now she has become Suraj’s fiancé. Hetal says she will get this alliance broken. Kesar hopes to unites Hetal with the family.
