Mandar shows expense book to Meghna. Meghna says sewing items are okay, why he entered grocery expenses. Mandar says it is company’s employee expenses and he will recover it from her once company grows. He continues that they say a woman is behind every man’s success, here it is otherwise and he will make sure she succeeds in her business.

Puneeth over phone informs Viraj that Prarthana will not rest until she arranges money and returns it to him. Viraj says he will not accept money at all. Prarthana on her bed thinks how will she manage to arrange 2 lakhs and reminisces her childhood struggle where her father did not have money to rent a house and her mother gives her jewelry to sell, they spend whole night on railway station bench.

Kangana wakes up and panics not

finding Amar next to her. Amar returns with water and says he was with her whole night and will stay even tonight. He calls Bindu who says she knew about him staying with Kangana as Mani had informed her. Amar says Kangana is ill, so he had to stay whole night and take care of her. Mota pappa walks to Bindu. Bindu nervously says Mota pappa was worried for him and gives phone Amar. Amar says there was medical emergency. Mota pappa says its okay, he can take care of patient.

Meghna gets up early in the morning. Mandar starts his commentary. Meghna goes to kitchen to take water from fridge and sees its off and water leaking down. She sees sample dresses spoilt and gets worried.

Viraj meets Prarthana and days Punith called and informed she will return his money, but he does not need it. Prarthana insists and hands him over money. Her passbook falls down. He checks it and says she is saving money since 10 years and he cannot take it.

Meghna takes Mandar, Jyoti, and employees’ help to decide whether to deliver sample inferior quality cloth samples to client or get good quality cloth and prepare samples agian. They suggest to use same cloth and not compromise on her profit, though she can compromise on quality. Mandar says he is with her in her every decision. Meghna walks to Baba and says she does not want any remark on her work, though she can compromise profit. Baba says she should listen to her heart as it will guide her best and as far as he knows her, she will listen to her heart. Meghna says she will not compromise with quality. Mandar says he knew she would decide same and he already told he will support her in every decision and continues that once her business grows she may have to take decisions alone.

Precap: Meghna reminds Bindu about offering her monetary help. Bindu nervously says Amar is busy in emergency case, she will inform her in 1-2 days. Meghna thinks she does not have 1-2 days. Amar informs Bindu that Kangana tried to suicide last night.
