Maithili gets happy finding out that Raghav doesn’t support dowry like his family. She happily dances with Sneha. Raghav returns home to pick his official file when Maithili emotionally hugs him and cries remembering his ideology against dowry. He asks what happened as he needs to return to office. She says sorry. He asks what exactly happened. She remembers Jwala’s words that if Raghav finds out about dowry, he will call police. She says nothing, he can return to office. He walks away. Chanchal asks why didn’t she expose Jwala’s evilness, he will instead reveal mummy’s truth to Raghav bhai and show that bhai and bhabhi are made for each other and mummy cannot separate them. Maithili knows how it feels to separate from mother, she cannot let a son separate
Jwala asks Raghav to just sign divorce papers when lawyer brings them without any question. Raghav remembers Maithili emotionally hugging him and walks away silently. Jwala watches videos of learning high society behavior. Maithili walks on terrace to see Raghav leaving home and sees goons thrashing Chanchal. She rushes out and brings him home and after nursing his injuries says she will inform Raghav about it. He says he doesn’t want to humiliate bhai and reveals that he had taken 1.5 lakhs loan to open a shop, he got a shop but not license yet, hence goons are demanding their money back. Maithili determines to help him at any cost. He asks not to get into trouble because of him. She says he is her family and cannot leave him in trouble.
Maithili clashes with Rani who reveals that mom is trying to learn high society behavior. She gets an idea and wishes to teach Jwala high society behavior. Jwala denies and asks when she is staying her by paying for everything, why she wants to help her. Maithili says she wants free lunch and dinner. Jwala denies. Rani says she will not lose anything. Jwala agrees for lunch. Maithili teaches her high society behavior and silently exchanges real jewelry with fake one from Jwala’s cupboard. She sells it and gives money to Chanchal. In the evening, Maithili prays Ganapati bappa and hopes he brings good to her like every year. Chanchal returns her money saying he cannot put her in trouble. She says Ganapati will help her this day like he sent mummy papa and siblings to her years ago. He says this year she should be careful as a firestorm Baksa mausi visits them every year. Baksa mausi is seen bringing Ganapati idol home.
Precap: Raghav warns Maithili to stay away from Baksa Mausi. Rani says on whoever Baksa mausi’s thrown garland falls, he/she will become Baksa Mausi’s assistant for 10 days. Garland falls on Maithili. Chanchal happily shouts garland fell on lakshmi. Baksa mausi orders Maithili to carry Ganeshji’s idol and establish it in home.
