Scene 1
Kamsa tells Deveki that he is going to kill all her babies, he tells his soldiers to inform him when she gives birth. He starts leaving but Deveki bangs on her empty plates. He tells her to calm down and says soon you will be freed from here, he leaves from there. Vasudeva tells her to calm down. Deveki goes in labor and begs Narayan to save her baby, she had to lose 7 of her babies but she can’t bear to see another baby of her being killed in front of her eyes, she begs Narayan to give her death wish. Narayan hears that and says this baby has to be born and live for justice, peace and balance in the world.
Kamsa is trying to sleep but can’t. He hears a servant saying that Deveki has given birth. He says its time to kill the last of her babies.
Deveki begs
Narayan tells Lakshami that its time to bring balance in the world. Narayan becomes a leaf and travels all the way to Deveki’s jail cell. The baby is born and has the blessing of Narayan which makes all soldiers die at the stop and the jail cell door opens. Vasudeva smiles as their baby glows up. Deveki picks him and smiles. She says I couldn’t even pick my babies before. Vasudeva says this is Narayan’s blessing. She says you are right, nobody came to take him away. She tells him to take him away. He asks where can I take him to protect him? She says take him to Nandu King. Narayan will show you the way, we have to protect him at any cost. Take him away. He says I can’t leave you here. She says no.. don’t worry about me, I can’t lose my son. You have to protect him so take him away. She cries and hugs her son. Vasudeva takes him and leaves from there. Deveki cries and prays for his safety.
Kamsa is trying to go to his jail but heavy winds and a rainstorm stop his caravan.
Vasudeva is walking in rain with his baby. A soldier stops him and says you are Vasudeva? this is your son right? you can’t take him away. Vasudeva says please let me go.
A soldier tells Kamsa that all routes are blocked due to heavy rains so they can’t go to the jail site.
A soldier is trying to take Krishna away from Vasudeva but Krishna kicks him and the soldier flies back to Kamsa’s palace. He sees that and says this is not a good sign.
Vasudeva arrives at the river and says I have to cross it at any cost. He enters the river and begs it to show him the path.
The episode ends.
