A man hires taxi. He is about to kill taxi driver when he asks if he is from this city. Man says he is from Us. Driver gets call and he picks it. Man fixes silcener, kills driver, puts him in dickie and starts driving himself. He then parks car in a public parking lot and leaves in bike. Bomb blasts in car.

VK is sound asleep on park bench. Kids try to wake him up, but he does not. They fix crackers on his back. VK wakes up hearing cracker sound. He starts his jokergiri with kids. Suhana comes there and asks him to concentrate on case of Atharva Kumar.

Court hearing starts. Public prosecutor calls Atharva (man who killed driver and planted bomb) into witness box and starts his allegations. VK enters wearing mask and says he is getting threat calls for taking Atharva’s

case. Judge asks VK to sit and asks PP to start. PP tells Atharva killed taxi driver and planted bomb in public place, due to which 2 famous businessmen died. He calls inspector and asks where did he arrest Atharva. Inspector tells him detail and tells he found Atharva unconscious in a taxi with dead body in deckie and gun, even watchman identifies him as planting bomb in parsi market. PP says case is simple and asks judge to sentence Atharava. Judge asks VK to proceed. VK tells Atharva’s got missing and as soon as he came to know about it, he rushed to India and seeked police’s help. Another inspector takes him to the morgue and shows dead bodies. He says both bodies are not his wife and he is sure his wife is not dead. He then gives statement that he got a news about his apartment building falling off and his wife missing. Police ensures they will call him once they find his wife. He comes out of policestation and sees a taxi driver waiting for him. He gets into car. Someone calls him and asks him to kill taxidriver if he wants his wife back. Atharva does same to get back his wife.

PP tells judge that he has Atharva kumar’s phone record and says he did not get any unknown number call. He says watchman saw him keeping bomb briefcase and he ahs evidence that he killed taxi driver. He calls doc who did forsenic examination. Doc comes into witness box and tells that it is proved bomb was in a black brief case. PP gives its report. Doc then says Atharva’s taxi driver was dead 8 hours ago and pistol had Atharva’s finger prints. Taxi driver gives even those reports. Judge adjourns court for lunch.

VK during coffee break discusses about Ram and Shyam, etc. Suhana asks what does he mean. VK says when Atharava exchanged brief case, then how did bomb blast happened. Trisha says case is very complicated. Waiter gives coffee to him and thinks it is Komal. Komal comes and says it is her colleague who was wearing same constume. VK gets an idea and starts his baffoonery, dances with Komal, Suhana gets jealous.

Next court hearing starts. VK calls ramlal watchman in witness box and asks what did he see. Watchman says he was having lunch at a distance when bomb blast happened. VK goes at a distance and asks if it was the distance. He says yes. VK calls blue dress girl wearing same dress as Trisha. Watchman says it is Trisha. VK says it is different girl and shows her face. VK then says judge that ramlal was away from bomb blast spot, so he got confused with Atharava. PP says there are many evidences, first car, second finger prints, third driver. VK asks judge to give him 1 week’s time to gather evidence. Judge agrees.

In coffee shop, VK tells his team how to save Atharava. Suhana asks him to relax as they have 1 week. VK asks charlie to gather info about taxi and asks Trisha to meet who made bomb. she says she does not know that man. VK says she knows someone who will take her and asks her to be careful. A boy comes, vk jokes with him and says Trisha that child will help her. Trisha asks if child will really help her. VK says he is very useful and asks child to take Trisha to his uncle’s cracker factory. Boys says mom does not allow him. VK bribes him with chocolates.

Trisha raches cracker factory. Goons blindfold her and child and take them to their boss.

Next court hearing starts. VK comes on wheelchair and starts his jokergiri. Judge asks him to come to the point. VK calls forensic expert doc who says he already told about the evidences he found, about gun residue, etc. PP feels uneasiness and walks out, he comes back. VK asks what was the distance bullet was shot. He says point blank as gun residue comes on killer’s hand if he shoots at point blank. VK says Atharava did not kill as gun residue was not found on his body. PP takes gun and tries to shoot VK. Police arrests him. PP says someone has kidnapped his daughter and asked to shoot VK if he wants his daughter back. VK asks if he has phone number. PP says it came from unknown number. VK thanks judge and says PP that his daughter is safe. He tells judge that Atharava did not kill driver as real driver was killed 8 hours ago and atharva was caught around 6 p.m. He calls fake driver. Atharava is shocked to see driver alive. Judge asks where did he find him. VK says it is his style. Driver says his family died in building fallout, so he thought of taking revenge from builder and used Atharva. VK gives him example of Gandiji who used nonvoilence and says revenge is not a solution. He calls a lady into witness and Atharva is shocked to his wife Ria. He asks why did she do that. Ria says he made her life hell with doubting her and even was tapping her phone and installed video cameras in room, thinking she is having an affair. To come out of the hell, she needed 1 chance, so she took fake driver Prasad’s help to get rid of Atharva. She tells rest of the story and says if Atharva is arrested and sentence to death, she can freely enjoy he life, VK ruined her plan.
