Sneha Jain, renowned for her role as Gehna Seth in the popular series Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2, made a triumphant return to the screen as the new leading lady in Janam Janam Ka Saath. She stepped into the show as a replacement for Nikki Sharma in early May, and now, after a month of being part of the cast, the show is set to conclude this week. Despite the relatively short duration of her involvement, Sneha has gracefully accepted this development.
In her own words, she states, “Every show has its own fate, and I’m not taken aback by this. It takes time to build a connection with a show, and I’ve only been a part of it for a month. I am content knowing that I gave my best while portraying the assigned character. An actor cannot predict the lifespan of a show. Moreover, considering that some shows are taken off the air within three months, I’m grateful that Janam Janam Ka Saath had a run of about eight months, even though I joined it just last month.”
Sneha adopts a positive perspective on this turn of events, recognizing that the end of one chapter paves the way for new opportunities. She believes that this signifies the arrival of better things in her professional journey.
The actress acknowledges that some people tend to hold actors responsible when a show concludes prematurely. However, she asserts that the ratings and fate of a show are beyond the control of the performers. Sneha emphasizes that she can only execute what is written in the script. She proudly reflects on her ability to carry Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 on her shoulders after Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s departure, as the show continued for two years. She remains unfazed by such perceptions and remains focused on her job and delivering her best performance.
Sneha Jain’s positive attitude and dedication to her craft showcase her resilience in the face of the ever-changing landscape of the television industry. Her commitment to her work and optimistic outlook position her well for the promising opportunities that lie ahead in her career.
