Recap: Shaurya built the courage to speak to Mahek and as he was about to touch her, she just walked off reminding him to leave as they are not related! Shaurya just saw her walking away from him and everything become so blurry.
Shaurya slowly opened his eyes feeling the heaviness in his head. He tried to figure out where was he and he saw Awara keeping a glass of water by his bedside. Shaurya woke up with a jerk and winched in pain. Awara quickly tried to calm him down saying doctor told him to rest. To Awara’s suprise, Shaurya in calm voiced asked him,… ‘where is Mahek’? Awara with his head down said she has left. Her brother, Mohit dropped you home after you fainted at their place yesterday. Awara quickly wrapped up saying he will get black coffee for him.
Shaurya laid down back, turned towards the window and while looking at the bright moon out there, he recalled all his sweet moments with mahek and a tear escaped his eyes. He knew this time he had pricked Mahek’s heart too deep and he needs to try hard to gain her forgiveness. He closed his eyes with the hope that tomorrow he will be able to start his journey to obtain forgiveness.
Shaurya was sleeping peacefully when a voice suddenly woke him up. Someone was badly laughing at him. He opened his eyes and was shocked to see himself. His reflection was laughing at his helplessness. ‘Are you going to go down on your knees, say sorry and get Mahek back’? asked the reflection. Shaurya Khanna, the top hotelier will bend down to a middle class potato looking Mahek Sharma? Hahahaha Are you in love, chocolate boy? The reflection continued to laugh at Shaurya. Shaurya got up and realised it was a dream but was now in dilemma… why is he not happy that Mahek has left him infact signed that she will not claim for a penny. Why is he restless with the fact that she is not his wife anymore be it half or full? He is confused with the war between his heart and mind and just as he was getting frustrated, Karuna walked into his room. He rushed to hug her and poured his confusion out. Karuna hugged him back, patting his back to comfort him. She made him sit on the bed and began to explain to Shaurya….
“Shaurya, we often take things and people fore-granted. We think they love us so much that they will bare everything for us but there is always a limit to which extend on can go. You crossed the boundary my son. I am really sad to see you in such condition but you chose this for yourself. Mahek is not one in a million but she is the only one in millions. You have not hurt her but this time you hurt her family which she can never bare. To be honest Shaurya, you are in love or I should say your love has finally surfaced. It now has courage to look into your heart and make you realise the love you have for Mahek. Beta, success, money, fame all these is too small in front of the unconditional love one gains or give. You became so egoistic that you forgot the soft and tender Shaurya in you. I know your past has haunted your present but don’t allow it to ruin your future. Whatever your father did to your mother and me is our chapter to think of. You should not resemble it with your love life and you need to understand that not everyone will leave you. If Mahek wanted she could have done that the day you returned after cheating her, she could have done it when you did not feed her the 1st rasoi, she could have done it when you insulted her aunty and uncle… but she was with you because she genuinely loved you….”
As Karuna went on, Shaurya kept listening recalling the ill treatment he had given to Mahek and her family yet she stood by him. She made his investors felt it was all good between them, she offered to teach the chefs her mother’s recipe despite them being stolen… He realised what he had done that she has walked away today. Deep in his heart, he had killed the egoistic reflection of his and decided he will confess his feeling for Mahek. He couldn’t wait for it to be morning… and he slept. Karuna looked at his innocence and prayed that tomorrow’s morning will bring happiness in both Mahek and Shaurya’s life. She covered him with blanket and left.
Its morning and Awara was running around hearing screams from Swetlana and Shruti. Both were shouting from their room asking him to off the radio as it was playing aarti “Om Jai Jagdish’…. Hearing the screams even Karuna came out of her room. She looked at the clock and it was 6am. She could smell the whole house with sandalwood joystick. She quickly rushed down thinking Mahek is back while both Swetlana and Shruti in anger got out of their bed after their useless husbands continued to snore. They both put up their nightrobe and walked down the stairs.
Mahek’s drama will never end in this house. She is back again and have started her silly prayers thinking to convince GOD to give her suhaag…. Arrgghh!! Swetlana mumbled to Shruti but as they reached the prayers room they had a shock of their life. Karuna had a wide smile on her face and was seen thanking GOD for allowing her to see today’s morning. Shruti could not believe seeing the TOP HOTELIER, Shaurya Khanna doing Aarti for the first time hence why it wasn’t sang but radio was playing the aarti. He was looking so peaceful in white Kurta so off his routine suits. The prayers room looked beautifully decorated. She looked at Awara in shock but he was quick enough to say its Shaurya who decorated the temple and it was him who was doing the aarti. Shaurya came to Awara’s rescue and told him to go get the prasad. He bow down to take Karuna’s blessings. She said she is happy to be alive to see this morning. They hugged and as Awara brought the prasad plate, he gave one to Karuna. He was about to put the plate on the alter but Swetlana said if he was blind not to see them standing. He smiled and said maybe she should shower first and then she can have the prasad. He turned toward the temple, closed his eyes and prayed to Mata Rani. He said this is the first time he will bow down to three woman… 1st his mother, now Mata Rani and next would be his potato, PD’s Ladoo, Mahek Sharma… He smiled and rushed towards his room to get ready.
He whistled his way to ‘Parathein Wali Gali’ thinking how Mahek would react after seeing this side of him. He couldn’t resist but laughed at himself. He stopped at the signal and the same boy was selling balloons. He was about to knock on Shaurya’s car window but stopped remembering how he was told to get lost previously. He started walking off then Shaurya called him. He stopped and looked scared but Shaurya came down the car and said he would like to buy all the balloons while promising he will not ask him to get lost. The boy was shocked to see the soft side of him and smiled at Shaurya. Shaurya took out a 500rs note and gave it to the little boy. He put the balloons in his car thinking Mahek would love them. He continued driving and stopped by a florist to get flowers for her. He stood confuse being unsure which to buy but looking at the white blossoming lilies, he heart melted for it. He bought all of them and without waiting for the change, he continued to drive towards Mahek’s house.
Finally, he arrived at his destination. His potato’s house. He came down from the car, tidied himself up, picked the flowers and balloons started walking towards the door. His heart was racing yet his mind was at peace. Today he was determined to win Mahek back with love and this time there are no games, no cheating…. Purely love. He rang the doorbell and was anticipating for some rude reaction in the beginning but he promised to calm himself down and win everyone’s heart.
Nehal opened the door and looked at Shaurya said we were surely expecting you. So, since divorce papers didn’t work, what’s your next excuse to meet my sister, said Nehal rudely. SK, do you know because of you my sister….. before Nehal could utter another word, Mohit had her mouth covered as if stopping her from saying anything further. Shaurya got so anxious as Nehal was saying something but didn’t complete. He looked at Nehal, Mohit then at Sonal…. he quickly asked Nehal what happened… tell me… but she kept quiet and looked away from him. He quickly hold her shoulders not realizing he has dropped the lilies and balloons which flew away. Mohit pushed Shaurya away from Nehal …. Don’t you dare touch my sister… You have already ruined our lives enough. You have force my sister, Mahek to take such a step, we will never forgive you! Take you face out of here and never come here again…. Shaurya literally begging Mohit and Nehal to tell what has happened… why are they saying because of him something happened with Mahek… but both didn’t burge and left Shaurya clueless. Sonal standing along was feeling sad for Shaurya but couldn’t not say anything. Finally Shaurya asked Sonal to answer him… he said he had helped her in her bad times … she surely can help him by telling what happened.
“Mahek has left us all and went away….. “! These words kept ringing in his ears… Shaurya walked on the streets as if intoxicated… his feet weren’t firm on the ground. He was moving from right to left or was the earth shivering? He couldn’t digest the reality…. He held his spinning heard… fell hard on the ground screaming Maaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkk!!! The whole scenario replayed in front of his eyes…
*Flashback*: Shaurya looking at Sonal for an answer but she kept silent and started weeping. Shaurya got even more worried and his heart was now racing faster than ever. He pushed Mohit aside and forced his way in the house. He kept running around looking for Mahek. Terrace, her room, kitchen, Kanta’s room, storeroom…. He had literally walked every inch of Mahek’s house looking for her. Everyone by now had gathered in the living area. Ravi has uncontrolled as he wanted to break Shaurya’s face. Ladies kept crying while it was seen that Sonal is comforting Kanta. Shaurya was shocked looking at them in such condition and he didn’t know what the worse assumption he should make. PD walked towards him and made him sit near the steps. Shaurya looked with his pleading eyes hoping his worst nightmare doesn’t come true. PD took out an envelope giving it to Shaurya and said you were late in realising this feeling you have for Mahek. My Ladoo knew you would come back looking for her hence she had a letter left for you. Shaurya kept asking PD where Mahek has gone. Kanta couldn’t control it anymore and burst out saying “Mahek has left us all and went away….. “! We were all punished for your mistake. Now take your letter and get lost. If one more time we see you in this street, I swear on Mahek I would kill you and go to jail. She dragged Shaurya out of the house and shut the doors on his face…. *end of flashback*
Karuna was being driven around looking for Shaurya and finally she found him screaming crying all broken up by a street. The driver, Ravi Kaka (new character) helped in getting Shaurya in the car. He felt so bad looking at Shaurya’s condition and told Karuna that this time his wounds are too deep…. Probably even time won’t heal it. Karuna cried looking at the condition of her son but only he was to be blamed. As they reached home, Sanjay and gang were looking from the terrace celebrating the end of Shaurya Khanna, the top hotelier…. Shruti was quick to say you mean EX top hotelier papaji…. They laughed evilly and rose their champagne glasses. Karuna and Ravi Kaka could hardly hold Shaurya to get to his room but he need to rest… a lot of rest!
