During a recent conversation with Lock Upp contestant Munawar Faruqui, Anjali Arora revealed that Karanvir Bohra asked her to play a love angle with him.
She said, “Karanvir came with his wife’s picture and said, ‘In this game, it’s me and you’. Munawar didn’t understand what she was trying to do and hence he asked her to clarify. Anjali said, “Karan was asking me to make a relationship with him.”
Munawar was shocked upon hearing this and said, “Are you serious? This is so stupid.” To which, Anjali said, “He told me that this is what sells. Meri age ho gayi hai but you are young, and if you start liking me, people will also like it. You have to show the audience that you have gone crazy for me.”
Munawar asked her, why did she wait for so long before telling him. He asked her if he was actually thinking about Karan’s proposal. Anjali replied to him saying, “Are you fu****g serious, No way.” Munawar pulled her leg by asking why is she blushing then. Anjali asked Munawar to keep it a secret and not to tell anyone.
