Karanvir Bohra got emotional on the premiere night of Lock Upp when he was tagged as a ‘loser’ by the media panel for losing 10 reality shows back-to-back. While the actor is still a part of the show, her wife Teejay Sidhu has come out in his support. She took to her social media handle and wrote, “If a successful TV actor who doesn’t win reality shows is a ‘loser..’ then what about reality show winners who didn’t become successful actors? Are they losers, too?” Teejay tagged the channels airing the show along with the makers of the show.
Now Karanvir’s fans have also come out in his support. For the unversed, the actor was constantly triggered and called out for losing 10 reality shows back-to-back, and not winning even a single one. Karanvir got emotional and teary-eyed, he also mentioned that he hates this mentality that winning a competition is always given more importance than the experience itself.
Meanwhile, Teejay has appointed herself as the official PR for Karanvir. She Tweeted, “I thought I’d stay away from reality show drama.. but here I am again.. @kvbohra’s ‘unofficial PR.’ (Pati-dev left me with no other choice.)
