Contestant Payal Rohatgi has been at loggerheads with the contestants since her day one in Lock Upp. Now Payal has graduated to having arguments with Jailor Karan Kundrra and even the queen Kangana Ranaut. In a recent episode, Kangana Ranaut slammed Payal Rohatgi for her insolent behavior in her jail. She called Payal annoying, irritating, and unpleasant and that it’s uncomfortable to watch Payal in this show.
Now, Payal Rohatgi’s fiance and wrestler Sangram Singh has come out in her support. He questioned the host of the Lock Upp and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut over her unfair behavior towards Payal.
Expressing his disappointment, Sangram Singh said, “The host is the parent of any show. Hosts are meant to be fair and give every contestant a chance to speak. Here Payal is not being allowed to speak and everyone in the show verbally attacks her.”
He further questioned how others are allowed to abuse Payal and they get away with it, “Poonam and Anjali abuse Payal but no one fires them for it. And Kangana seems to agree that abuses are justified. This is very unfair. You are killing someone’s self confidence with such uncalled for behaviour,” he said.
For the unversed, the aforesaid episode highlighted how Kangana was furious at Payal’s leadership she felt that Payal does not allow anyone else to speak. Payal tried to clarify by stating her definition of leadership but Kangana asked Payal to be quiet.
