A lone man and his destiny-RagLak OS
Hi frndz…this is darshu…it’s my 1st OS…inspired from thanioruvan-a Tamil movie…suggested by my sissy Raglakholic…supported by my bestie sangeetha…thnks san for helping me
out…sry frndz..it’s too long and u will witness only few RagLak moments…bt it will be something different…let’s move on to the story…
Character sketch:
1.Lakshya Maheshwari-Male lead and an IPS officer…who is an orphan…
2.Ragini Vaghela-Female lead-who is one of the member IPS trainee cadet but she left out in between and presently she is an journalist…
3.Abhimanyu khanna-Antagonist who is a leading business magnet of the country and he uses the medical field for the wrong reasons and his own profit…
The story revolves around these peoples…and I will intro about other characters in between…let’s start…
A low-level party cadre Kailash(Abhimanyu’s dad) is tying a flag to a street-lamp post…
Suddenly his pregnant wife goes into labour, but he completely ignores it, as he is more dedicated to his leader and party….
At the same time, the party’s important personality(Mr.X)visits the locality…
As soon as he comes to know about this incident,he lends his car and orders his driver to immediately take the pregnant lady to the hospital…
She delivers a baby boy named Praneeth before they get to the hospital….
At the age of fifteen, Praneeth secures first rank in his 10th standard board exam and visits that important person(Mr.X)…
While they are waiting in the varandah for the leader to come in, they witness a murder of a rebel party candidate by their own revered leader…
When the leader asks Kailash to take the blame by saying that he killed the man due to rebel’s comments…
Praneeth volunteers to take the blame and is willing to go to jail, citing the leniency of juvenile laws in exchange for an MLA seat for his father in the upcoming by-election. The deal is agreed and carried out…
15 years later, Lakshya, Shakthi , Suraj, Kathir and Jana are travelling in a train for their training to Mussorie…
In the same train…Ragini and her friends are travelling…
Ragini got selected for IPS training and some of her friends got selected for IAS training…
Ragini and her frndz party together in train itself for celebrating their success…
They sing…dance…other passengers gets irked about their act…one of the passenger asked them”What kind of girls are you?disturbing others by your nuisance…”They gave a death glare at him all together…
Suddenly Ragini comes forward and says “hey who are you to ask us?we are upcoming IPS and IAS officers…we wasted our two years in preparing for the entrance…and now our dream comes true…from tomorrow onwards we have to undergo our vigorous training and there will be no time for partying…so we are enjoying now…what’s a big deal”and gave a glare at him…
“if you don’t like our acts…then keep your ears closed”Naina(Ragini’s frnd)replied and smirks…
They continue partying….
On the other side,Lakshya’s frnd’s are doing the same…but within their limits…
Laksh is irked with their acts and he gets away from that compartment and reached ragini’s compartment…
There one unknown guy is about to drink…bt Ragini came there and warns him…
“hey…you…don’t you have sense… drinking in train…shame on you…you didn’t see ,ladies and kids are here..”Ragini said and glared him
“Who are you to ask me??are you TTR?..no naa…shut up and do your work..get lost you…”he replied…
Laksh is watching it silently ….
She slapped him suddenly at an unexpected moment…The man raised his hands too…but she twisted his hands…ragini called her frndz…they all gathered…
“you know who we are…we are the future IPS and IAS officers…”Ragini said him angrily…
“sorry mam”the man stammers…
They get the sharabh bottle from him…he ran towards his compartment in fear…they all gave a hi-fi…
Laksh smiles by her acts and thinks how bold she is…but his smile vanished when he hears their convocation…
“Come on girlzz…lets party…aao aao sharabh piyo piyo”Ragini said by chuckling…
“What a girl she is”laksh said to himself angrily…
Laksh and Ragini both sees two kid’s convo…
The girl asked her brother to give him the chocolate…he refused to give….
She then disguised like Ragini”hey…you’re gonna give me or not…do u knw who am I?”
“who” he replied…”the future IPS officer”she said…he denied again…suddenly the girl twisted his brother’s hand and snatched the chocolate from him and said”aao aao…sharabh piyo piyo…”
Laksh comes to that girl and says”sweety…u shouldn’t behave like this and these are bad habits…you should not follow this…”
“but didi did the same na”the girl says by pointing towards Ragini….
“no sweety…didi did just to make that uncle understand…actually she Is not a police…she just threatened him…”laksh says and sighs Ragini…
“haan..sweetheart”Ragini Said and nodded positively…
Finally the girl gave him a promise that she won’t behave like this and kissed laksh in his cheeks…
“see bcz of what you did just now…affected the future generations…don’t do like this anymore”laksh said angrily…
Ragini just keeps on staring him and smiled stupidly…he waved his hand…she gets bck to normal…”ok… I won’t be like this hereafter”Ragini said and assured him…
He went away…
They reached mussourie training camp….all are getting ready for their first day training…trainer introduced himself and they starts parade and other training activities…
Ragini I so surprised to see him here….”hey you…you also same batch uh…but why don’t you tell me yesterday…”Ragini asked and raised her eyebrows…
“what’s a big deal…”laksh replied her…
Suddenly his friends come around and Ragini introduced herself to them…they all found to be from same state…
Days passes by…ragini fallen for laksh and she realized her love…
That day was their state day and they celebrated the day all together by preparing for dinner…
Ragini prepared a cake and she wrote”I Love you Lakshya” and sighs him…
He asks what…but before he recognizes what she is upto…all her and his friends opened the cake box and finished it…
He smiles at her but she gave a glare look…he stops smiling…
One fine day…during their camping Ragini drags lakshya alone to the place near the lake…
She finally proposed him by bending her knees and hold his hand and says “I Love U Laksh”
He is so shocked…”am so sorry…you are just my friend alone…if my activities affect you means…am so sry for that”laksh said and denied her proposal…
She is broken down…somehow she manages but she can’t face him daily at the training…
She gives a letter to the training authority stating that she is not willing to continue her training further…
Laksh is shocked when he heard it…Ragini went away from the camp without saying even a goodbye…
Time passes by…
Laksh and his frndz discreetly assist the police in catching a gang which kidnapped four girls….
One day laksh receives a cryptic text message on his phone from an anonymous number stating that he/she is aware of their discreet activities….
In the evening, they go out to meet that person who is revealed to be Ragini, who loves laksh still…
He is so shocked to see her after 3months…
“What do u do now”laksh asked her…”journalist”she replied….
“Wo …grt”laksh said in an encouraging tone…
“Great uh…how mean…i discontinued my training because of you…that was my dream..but you are saying great…”she said and grabbed his collar and asks will you accept me or not…
“never”laksh replied and chuckles…
His friend’s chuckles seeing their silly fights…
“hey you guyz just stop laughing and I willtell you one thing guyz which you never expect from laksh…”Ragini said by winking at laksh…
She exposed laksh to his friends that he is doing discreet activities by hiding them too…and winked at him…
Laksh asked her”how did you know about it”
Ragini tells him that she is following him from the day she gone away from the camping…and found his secret activities too…
His friends glare at him…”you’re hiding from us”they said all at a time…
Ragini smiled…”chalo”she said…
“where..”all at a time…
“come na…”Ragini said smilingly…
Ragini takes them to her house…and offered them to have coffee…
Laksh’s friends sees their faces and gave a weird look…
Suddenly her granny comes and hits laksh with her walkstick and said “you’re the one who cheated my pothi na”…
“ouch”laksh screams…
Suddenly Jana splitted the water on the floor by hearing granny…
Ragini comes and takes them to every part of the house and then to her room…
Laksh’s friends laughs by seeing 6 feet height laksh’s pic banner…with lots of holes in it…
Suddenly Ragini throws the knife on laksh’s pic…and all are shocked…
“Why you guyz are giving a weird look…oh this one…am hitting the person who didn’t accepts my proposal…”Ragini said and glare at laksh….
They asked laksh”it seems like you have hidden many things from us”…
“not like that guyz”laksh replied in an apologizing tone…
Laksh asked her excuse that they must reach the camp now and asked her to take care…
“Finally…you care about me..am Hpy about it”Ragini shouts…
“S..I do”laksh replied…
Later that same night laksh and his frndz happen to witness the murder of a man who is a social activist with the pretense of snatch theft…
Laksh and his friends catch the gang and their leader and hand them over to the police…
However, four days later the leader of the gang comes to the IPS headquarters with the home minister….
This political and organised crime comes as a shock to laksh and his friends…
Laksh takes his frndzz to his house and shows his research on connecting all small unrelated incidents into the global view of a hidden network of politicians, industrialists and criminals who bend the law for their own financial benefits….
He singles out three prominent business oligarchs (a pharmaceutical mogul, a mineral magnate and a don)….
When he tries following one he realises that all three of them work as a group and they all work for a businessman Abhimanyu…
After completion of his training, Laksh is awarded medals for specializing in dealing with organized crime during training and also for being the best probationer of the batch, and is posted as the ASP of the Organized Crime Unit…
Laksh discovers that Abhimanyu is kailash’s son Praneeth….
After his release from juvenile detention center, Praneeth had his name changed and left India to complete his education abroad… After his graduation he returned to India and is now a well established business magnet…. Kailash is now the incumbent minister in the minority government headed by the party leader….
At that time Angelina, a Swiss pharmaceutical company owner and activist tries to make generic medicines for life-threatening diseases available in India at low cost affordable by poor people…
Abhimanyu’s assassin kills Angelina before she can sign the agreement document with the government and shoots Laksh at the same time…
While he is recovering from the gunshot wound in the hospital, an electronic bug (GPS + audio transmitter) is implanted during surgery….
Through the bug, Abhimanyu listens all of Laksh’s plans and continuously monitors his whereabouts and whatever he talks via audio transmission….
Then comes evidence against Abhimanyu in the form of Abhinaya …
She was a scientist at Abhimanyu’s research lab, where a seaweed that can cure diabetes is found abundantly in the oceans… Abhimanyu tries to sell the technology and rights to extract medicine from the seaweed to multinational pharmaceutical companies but is opposed by Abinaya….
So abhimanyu arranges goons and the goons killed her.
But before being killed, she records a video and stores it in an SD card so that someone will find it…
But before Laksh can find the card, Abhimanyu finds out and assigns Vicky (his goon) to recover the card, but laksh tells Jana to get the card…
He successfully gets the card after a fight with Vicky, but through the bug Abhimanyu knows this and kills Jana….
Laksh was broken to see Jana dead…
Ragini consoles him…and she promised him that she will help him out in his mission…He develops feelings for her…
But abhimanyu comes to know about Ragini…He asked Vicky to shoot Ragini nd by doing this he can broke laksh more and make him weak…
Laksh searches for the bug in his with the help of the detector…he searched all around…but can’t able to find a single clue…he is helpless…
Laksh shouts like a mad man…he find his detector making noise…he keeps it near his chest…it beeps….
Ragini comes to his house…
Laksh eventually realises that there is a bug inside him ….
He sees Vicky standing in the next building pointing a gun towards Ragini who is entering his house…
Ragini is so happy and she proposed him…
Laksh shouts”you’re thinking about you only..how cheap you are…alwyz cmng around me and say luv you luv you…”
Ragini cries literally…
Abhimanyu overhears everything through the bug and asks Vicky to come back …
Vicky leaves from there…laksh notices
Ragini is broken…she cries by falling on the floor…
Suddenly laksh tooks a highlighter and wrote”I Love You Ragini”and explained her about the bug on the white board…and sighs her…
Ragini read it…and she ran towards him and hugged him and kissed his cheeks…
Laksh asks Ragini to call his friends and asked them to come to his house…
They planned to trap Vicky and to gather information from him…he explained everything by writing on the board…all agree with his plan…
Laksh captures Vicky and records all information from him…
He drugs Vicky and manipulates abhimanyu into killing him…
At the same time, abhimanyu’s father reads the changed medical report, which contains very good medical contracts for public welfare….
When Abhimanyu learns about this, he asks Kailash to pretend to have chest pains and move outside to hospital….
The ruling party forces Kailash either to resign within 24 hours or he will be dismissed…
Laksh appeals to the judicial authority that he has evidence and wants to arrest Abhimanyu, and he is granted permission to do so….
Hence Abhimanyu kills his father using his goons in an accident and forces Mr.X to stop actions against him or he will lie that Mr.X killed his father for personal vengeance…
But the next day at his father’s state funeral, Laksh arrests him on the judge’s orders….
When Abhimanyu is arrested, Laksh tells him that the medicine was patented in Abinaya’s name (despite Abhimanyu being the inventor) and will be made as generic medicine instead of a patent-protected one….
It is also revealed that Kailash is alive, saved by Laksh and the public funeral held was for Jana….
Laksh makes a deal that he would save Abhimanyu’s life for information and evidence on all of his criminal associates and activities and gives him a bulletproof vest to fake his death during his transport to court…
To Laksh’s surprise, Abhimanyu does not wear the vest, and is fatally shot by his girlfriend Shilpa as an act of vengeance for killing her father…
Before dying, he tells Laksh that he hid all the evidence in an SD card in the bulletproof vest, adding that he had not done it for the nation but because Lakshya had asked for it…
He died…Eventhough abhimanyu is a criminal,but laksh really feels bad for his dead…
After few months…
The mandap with full decorations is shown and there our laksh…waiting for his bride…
Ragini’s friend’s bring her to the mandap…
They exchange garlands,ghatbandan and kanyadan is done…
They took pheras…
Laksh applied sindhoor in her maang…tears roll down from Ragini ‘s eyes…
Finally it’s their moment…laksh make her wear mangalsutra…
They got married….
All are jumping and they were so happy…
Unexpected moment and this time Ragini drags laksh and ran out of the mandap and get into the car towards airport….to celebrate their wedding vacation…
