The characters are
Ranveer:- father of twinkle, ex husband of neha and best friend of Ishani
Ishani:-ex wife of chirag best friend of Ranveer
Neha:- biological mother of twinkle and present wife of chirag
Chirag:- husband of twinkle and ex husband of Ishani
Actually neha left Ranveer and 4 years daughter for chirag and chirag left Ishani for neha and neha and chirag married each other and ranveer and Ishani became divorcees

The episode starts with Ishani knocking Ranveer’s cabin. Ranveer asks her to come inside. He takes her interview and says it’s nice meeting you after a long time. Ishani says ya for me too. How’s ur lil
princess. He replies not well. She is right
now physically and mentally weak. Ur a extremely talented child psychologist and
specialist so I beg u to treat my daughter. Ishani asks are u crazy a friend never
begs for a favor but u should demand it. Ranveer says means ur ready. Ishani says of course I’m. Ranveer says that Neha and chirag had filed a custody case for twinky.
