Akansha meets her brother Abhimanyu
Abhimanyu : Why you called me urgently behna ?
Akansha : Do you have any idea what’s going in between Rajkumar Saras and that farmer’s daughter Kumud ?
Abhimanyu : Don’t be so silly . Though Maharaj was willing to do their wedding Kumud herself denied it that she can’t do it all of sudden. And even Rajkumar also supported her decision. It’s over.
Akansha : It’s not over , Infact it has just started Bhratashree
Abhimanyu : What ?
Akansha : Rajkumar Ji have started tasting food from her hand and if it continues like these I fear whether he will fall in love for that Kumud .
Abhimanyu : If that’s the case then this Kumud’s chapter will be finished tonight istelf. I can do anything for my behna . I always dreamed that crown and throne of kingdom because I don’t want to remain as an ordinary sepoy like my father . I thought through my sister my dream will be succeeded and that’s why I made friendship with Rajkumar and always used to say about my sister’s qualities too .So that he may get an impression at you .Even If I may not be the Rajkumar ,but you will become Rajkumari once you marries Saras and after the transformation of powers from Maharaj to the netxt King obviously Saras will be the King as he is the one and only son of Maharaj . And my behna will become queen and Rajkmuar Ji will become King . And through your recommendation King Saras will promote me to the post of Mahamanthri who is the legal advisor of King. I planned these much and that full moon night was a big opportunity for you to have a space in Rajkumar’s heart. But Kumud grabbed that opportunity from you .
Akansha : Bhratashree , We made all efforts to stop the arrival of princesses from other kingdoms and we succeded too. But never expected that a common girl will get importance rather than a princess among Maharaj and Rajkumar ji. She is the biggest obstacle of our path. Rajkumar Saras is mine and If I will not get him then no other girl should get him too. Because mine love towards Rajkumar Ji is not just love, it’s my obsession to have him.
Abhimanyu : You don’t worry behna . Today itself Kumud’s life will be ending , it’s my promise to you. Tonight is Mahashivratri . The whole villagers will be going temple for worshipping lord Shiva . At that crowd my people will finish her story and her blood shedded body will be drowned in the river . At that river from which she saved the life of Rajkumar SaraswatiChandra Simha.
Akansha : I will be waiting to hear that good news Bhratashree.
They both laughed crookedly.
AT THE TEMPLE
Pratap : Rajkumar , for doing the puja we need more flowers. Go and bring them soon.
Akansha : Mmhh…. Maharaj Ji , why you are sending Rajkumar Ji for this small thing ?
Pratap : Akansha , Puja is not a small thing . It’s for the welfare of entire kingdom and we both offer flowers at feet of diety . It’s the custom which is been followed from years. Rajkumar himself has to bring flowers .
Saras : Ji Pitaaji Maharaj. I will be back soon.
As soon as Saras left Akansha looked every where and she find Maharaj was much involved in worshipping diety as he have closed his eyes. Akansha slowly started climbing down steps and went near her brother Abhimanyu.
Akansha : Is everything ready ?
Abhimanyu : Haan behna . My people is surrounded here and as soon as they get the right chance they will do it and no one will any sort of suspicion regarding this.
Akansha : Good. Chaliye , Pitaaji and Maharaj Ji are there for doing puja and Rajkumar will also be coming soon after getting flowers.
Abhimanyu nodded his head. Saras was walking towards to buy flowers suddenly his eyes saw Kumud talking with some kids
Saras went near Kumud .
Saras : Kumud
Kumud : Rajkumar Ji
They both looked each other’s eyes with a smile
Saras : I came to get flowers for the puja
Kumud : Oh!! Rajkumar Ji !! That side you will get variety of flowers .
Saras : Oh!! Thank you
Meanwhile some one came behind Kumud to pierce sword at her body , Saras quickly pushed her to a side screaming..Kumud !!
Kumud was scared and she screamed …Rajkumar Ji !!
The person who came with sword started running , Saras followed him by running. Kumud also went behind them . Saras had an immense fight with that person and for sruviving that person hurt Saras by hitting the sword’s edge at Saras’s forehead and ran away.kumud screamed ….RajkumarJi!!
Meanhwile Athirath captured the person and informed about the attack to King Pratap. Lajwant, Akansha, Abhimanyu , Pratap quickly rushed near them.
Kumud : Rajkumar Ji !! Aap ne yeh kya kiya ?
Saras : That day you risked your life and saved me . Today god give that opportunity to me.
Kumud : If anything will happen to you , then this whole kingdom will be moaned in tears and pain. You are the hope of every one as you are our future King. Your life is precious .
Saras : Yours too Kumud. You are right everyone’s hope is at me and it’s my duty to save each and every person of my motherland whenever they face threats. And I did that only.
Pratap : I am proud of you my son .
Saras : Pitaaji Maharaj
Pratap hugged Saras .
Pratap : You are so brave like your Maa, beta.
Saras : I feel much honoured to hear it .
Lajwant : Kumud , tum theek ho naa ?
Kumud : Ji baaba.
Athirath : Maharaj, I have captured the culprit who attacked Kumud and Rajkumar Ji
Akansha and Abhimanyu gets worried as if the culprit will utter their names .
Abhimanyu : Pitaaji, leave him to me , I will beat this guy/
Akansha ; Haan bhratashree , these type of persons should be imprisoned in prison.
Pratap : That will be done definitely. But before that I want to know at whose instruction he did this thing ?
That person ; Ji Maharaj ….Thing is I came to attack Kumud only . Rajkumar Ji came in middle .
Lajwant : Why you want to kill my daughter ?
That person : Ji, I had a habit of stalking Kumud from distance. But when I saw her with Rajkumar Ji I felt anger on her and I thought that they both are loving each other and seeing my girl with another guy it’s natural that a person feel jealous and anger . That’s why I did it.
Saras : Your answer is not appealing . This sword is from palace only and you are not an employee of the palace. How this sword came to your hand ?
That person : Woh….woh…
Meanwhile Akansha fainted and everyone’s attention went towards her
Abhimanyu : Akansha , behna ….
Athirath sprinkled water drops at her face and she wake up gradually
Athirath : Beti, are you alright ?
Akansha : I had a vrat today and I was fasting whole day . That’s why I fainted. . I am fine now .
Pratap : Athirath put this person in prison. And Abhimanyu take her to the palace soon and inform RajVaidya to check her .
Abhimanyu : Ji Maharaj
Saras : Akansha, Take care .
Akansha : Ji Rajkumar.
As Abhimanyu and Akansha reached their spot Akansha took a breath in relief.
Abhimanyu : Thanks for saving me behna. If you hadn’t pretend fainting ,he would have uttered my name.
Akansha : Bhratashree tomorrom morning definitely Maharaj will again enquire the same . Before that we have to do anything. Today if Rajkumar Ji wasn’t there definitely he would have killed Kumud.
Abhimanyu : Behna , we have other chances also. We will try our mission after some days .
On the other hand Lajwant thanked Saras for saving his daughte’rs life.
Pratap : I think bhagwanji is showing indications that you both need to be together . Don’t get me wrong Lajwant , Kumud and Saras are born to live together. I feels so .
Lajwant Ji !!! But we are …
Pratap : I assure you I am not commanding any thing on you , I just said what I felt in heart . Saras we have to finish pujas .
Saras : Ji Pitaaji .
Kumud : Rajkumar ji, blood is still clotting at your forehead.
Kumud torned her dupatta’s pieced and caressed wound of Saras by tying it at his forehead. They both looked each other and smiled.
FEW DAYS LATER
Kumud and Saras have now started talking with each other and they developed a new bonding between them. One day she bought food for Saras and as usual they both sat together beneath the peepal tree
Saras : Wow it’s so delicious.
Kumud didn’t say anything. Saras looked her and asked
Saras : Seems you are tensed
Kumud : Not at all Rajkumar Ji
Saras ; I complimented the food and you didn’t say anything.
Kumud ; Thank you. I was actually thinking something.
Saras : What ?
Kumud : Maa has went to her Maayka as part of a function. She needs some pots made of clay . Baaba made some of them . But it’s not sufficient and as Baaba has went to field he asked me to make pots. But thing is I don’t know it properly.
Saras : I will help you. I mean I will send pots from palace . How much you need ?
Kumud ; It should be made from our hands , Rajkumar Ji .
Saras : Fine, we will make it together .
Kumud ; Are you serious ? You are a prince and how can you touch clay ?
Saras : So what ? It’s clay only , not poison. And important thing is I am also going to make it with my own hands and I am eager to do it.
Kumud : Still !!
Saras : Kumud , please
Kumud : Okay
They both started making pots with clay
While doing it their fingers got entangled and they both share an eyelock

In midst when Kumud’s hand got a scar Saras caressed her scar
As the sufficient number of pots were finished Saras and Kumud went forward to wash their hands, but soon their legs slipped at the muddy area and they both fell down together at each other’s body .
Saras gently touched Kumud’s shoulder and made her to raise from the place. Kumud also extended her hand and made Saras to stand properly.
Kumud and Saras smiled
That was the beginning of realization of feelings for each other . One day when Saras and Kumud met together Saras decided to open up his feelings to her
Saras : Kumud, now a days I am feeling something new whenever you are with me .
Kumud : I also feels the same. But I think we should not allow it to grow
Kumud turned to leave, Saras touched her shoulder
Saras ; Why Kumud ? You still believes there is a barrier in our bonding .
Kumud : I won’t lie Rajkumar Ji , I do feels so . I mean it’s good we remain as friends only.
Saras ; Kumud , I genuinely like you very much.
Kumud : I know Rajkumar Ji , Even I too likes you. But I fears if this like turns to love then what will people say ?
Saras : I don’t care what others say. What I cares is your honest words regarding me . Nothing is important than you, Kumud. Are you scared about the attacks happened at me, Kumud ? It’s part of a prince’s life . I agree for a girl it will be hard to face it . And at that fear only you are denying me .
Kumud ; You have mistaken me Rajkumar ji . I was worried when those constant attacks happened at you. But not at that fear I am denying you, I am doing it for the sake of every one. You deserves a princess , not an ordinary girl.
Saras : And you are my princess Kumud
Kumud : Rajkumar Ji !!
Saras cupped her face and looked her eyes
Saras : Look at my eyes and tell me what you feels for me , Kumud
Kumud : Rajkumar Ji!!
Saras : My heart is full of you , Kumud . That day even I don’t had much belief when Pitaaji Maharaj was saying about the cutsom . But today after getting to know each other I truely believes that I have born for you , If not then I will remain as single forever . And will wait for you arrival at my life . If you will not come till the end then my life will end thinking about you in pain.
Kumud : No , please don’t say like that .
Kumud kept her palm at his lips and Saras kissed her fingers gently
