Hello everyone,25th episode is here. It is truly a milestone. My thanks to everyone who reads this ff. The next few episodes will be lengthier than usual and will be dedicated to celebration of ANUPRE WEDDING.
Kartik reaches home and runs to Anurag who is in his room. Kartik bangs the door.
Anurag: Arrey Kartik…wait…
He comes and opens the door. Kartik hugs him. Anurag understands that Naira’s answer was yes.
Anurag: Naira loves you too right
Kartik gets free from the hug and : Yes bhai…We love each other…
Anurag: I told you right…
Kartik goes towards Anurag’s bed and takes his phone which is lying on the bed and dials Prerna and puts the call on speaker
Prerna picks it up within a ring.
Prerna: Anurag Ji..Has Kartik come back..did Naira accept his love..What did Kartik say..
Kartik: Bhabhi…bhabhi…pehle kis Sawal ka jawab doon
Prerna sighs hearing Kartik’s happy tone. Prerna: Kartik..tum..
Kartik: Sorry bhabhi my phone is in my bag so I called from bhai’s phone. And to answer your questions Naira said……
Prerna: Yes
Kartik: How..did
Prerna: Your voice says it.
Kartik: Smart ho aap…I’m so happy bhabhi.
Prerna: We are happy for you
Kartik: We❓
Anurag : Prerna and me..atleast someone included me in the conversation. By the way when are you telling our families about your love
Kartik: After your shaadi. Naira’s order.
Anurag and Prerna laugh. Anurag: Very good Kartik I appreciate that you listen to her. She is smarter than you.
Kartik stares at him.
Prerna: Anurag stop pulling his legs.
Kartik: Acha you both talk. I have lot of works for your sangeet,I’ll leave. Bye bhabhi good night.
Kartik goes to his room.
Anurag: Prerna were you thinking about Kartik and Naira when the call came
Prerna: Anurag I always think of you and today I knew that you will be anxious to know what Naira told Kartik. So ultimately I was thinking of them. And see what I said became true. Kartik’s life is beautiful due to Love.
Anurag: You are always right. I love you so much.
Prerna: I love you too.
They both blush. Scene freezes.
A week has passed since Kaira confessed their feelings. 19 days are more for Anupre wedding. It’s Sangeet day. As Dadi had issues on having a combined sangeet and mehendi in Goenka or Vadhera house, Akshara and Naitik offered to celebrate them in Singhania Sadan. All couples were allotted songs by Kaira to dance in Sangeet.
Goenka house is shown. Kartik is in his room. He is dressed in a white sherwani and is brushing his hair while whistling a tune. He phone beeps. He looks down to see a message from Naira. He opens it and sees a pic of Naira’s hand.
Kartik: Naira…why are you killing me slowly.
He hears Dadi shouting and drops the brush on the table and runs downstairs picking up his mobile. There stands Anurag dressed in a Golden Sherwani.
Dadi: Dulha has got ready long ago. Still you are getting ready.
Kartik: Dulha has no other work other than getting ready but I worked hard.
Swarna: Maaji all set. Let’s go
Dadi: Kartik you and Anurag come in one car. Manish , Swarna and myself will come in the other.
All get into the cars and reach Singhania Sadan. Kartik’s eyes search for Naira. Anurag notices this
Anurag: Kartik wait wait Naira will come…
Before he finishes the sentence Naira gets down from the stairs dressed in a blue lehenga. Kartik is lost in her looks. Anurag notices this and smiles to himself. Suddenly sounds of cars arriving are heard. He knows that his princess has arrived too. Prerna dressed in a beautiful pink lehenga enters the house like an angel. Anurag is mesmerised by her. Both Kartik and Anurag are brought back to senses when someone drops a glass bowl. Before they could get lost in their love again Dadi and other elders call Anurag and Prerna to sit in a special couch prepared for them.
Kartik and Naira get on the stage to host the show.
Kartik and Naira: Welcome everyone
Kartik: Aaj mera bhai Anurag and bhabhi Prerna ki Sangeet hai.
Naira: Han jaise guests don’t know.
Kartik: It’s how we start any function
Naira: Acha let’s not waste time now with all startings. The theme for the day is

Kartik: Vaise Naira who is coming here first
Naira: Prerna di is too gorgeous right
Kartik: Yeah bhabhi kiski hai
The crowd laughs.
Naira: Kartik stop self praising yourself. Prerna di has got these beautiful genes from her parents who have passed handsome genes too.
Kartik: Acha…so you are saying about the bhai of the dulhan
Naira: Yeah..Prerna di’s bhai Viren and her gorgeous bhabhi and Dost Jeevika are the first to perform. (As Jeevika is pregnant their performance is kept first to make sure she doesn’t get over exhausted and at the same time she doesn’t feel left out.)
Kartik: And..they are coming with a song from the Super 70s
Kartik and Naira get down from the stage.

All get curious.Prerna clears her throat.
Naira: Arrey Kartik let them perform , you your personal talks later.
Naira drags Kartik from the stage.

Kartik: Now it’s time for a group dance.
Ghungroo song plays in the background. Everyone dance their hearts out.
Kartik drags Naira away from the crowd to a pillar behind the stage. He puts one arm around her waist and joins the the fingers of the other hand with Naira’s fingers and sways to the rhythm of the song Their eyes lock.
Meanwhile Anurag and Prerna are separated by distance but their eyes are connected to each other and they stay amidst the crowd moving according to the rhythm of the people around them
Jeevika is standing out of the crowd leaning against pillar diagnollay opposite to the one where Kaira are but Kaira aren’t visible due to the stage. Viren rests his one arm on the pillar and bends himself so that his face is close to Jeevika’s. Jeevika tries to push him away stating “Virenji kya kar rahe hai aap, koi dekhlega”
Keerthi and Naksh dance holding each other’s hand yet too shy to get closer in public.
