Chapter 11:
Kartik was broken completely. He couldn’t even realize that Naira had suffered so much just because of him. He boarded his flight for London with a heavy heart, just like Naira had boarded 10 years ago. He had a little hope in mind, that if he will try, he will surely find his Naira.
There Naira felt restless, it was not that she was taking a big interview for the first time, she had already interviewed the president but she felt different, she felt as if she cannot take that interview because… that’s where she stopped, she had no reason to stop this interview so she diverted all of her mind and prepared for the questions because these questions were what the world wanted to hear from a youth icon, about his college life, love life, etc, but little did she know she will hear her own love story once again.
It was a bright sunny morning in London next day. Kartik had just landed when he felt a cold breeze hitting his face and telling him that someone had waited for him for years but he couldn’t understand and headed towards his hotel, and on the other side Naira all ready headed towards her studio, still feeling uncomfortable.
The moment she entered , she saw people getting all ready and doing arrangements. She caught hold of her manager and asked him that whether the business man had arrived and Andy, her manger replied that the man is reaching their studio in the next 5 minutes and he is very punctual so they are getting ready. Naira finally gathered up all the courage to ask,
“What is his name Andy?”
“Naira, its somebody from Goenka’s from Udaipur!”
This shattered Naira, Goenka’s, Udaipur, she did not wanted her past to again stand up before her and what struck her the most was that a youth icon from the Goenka’s definitely has to be Kartik only but another thought that struck her mind was that it can be kartik’s little brothers too. She again ran behind Andy and asked,
“Oh Andy! Tell me the name!”
“Yeah. Wait, he has arrived!! I’ll tell you”, Andy looked into a paper and the name he told shattered Naira’s world apart. It was Kartik Goenka.
Naira hurriedly caught hold of Andy and told him that she cannot do this interview. To which Andy reacted panicky and told her that there is no way out. She cannot back off at this moment. She is world’s best anchor, how can she not take such a huge interview. Naira pleaded to Andy a lot but there was no way out, He left her there back stage telling that she has to go live in the next 3 minutes. Naira couldn’t understand what to do, she couldn’t face Kartik, and especially all those questions that her boss has given her, love life and all, how is she going to do this. But there was no way out, so Naira got hold of her paper and entered the studio.
Kartik was busy on his phone, when a spot boy came up to him and told that they are going live in a minute, so he had fixed his gaze on the entrance from where the anchor had to enter. He was looking at the gate when suddenly his water bottle fell down, he bent to pick it up and that’s when Naira entered. Thatsmell, that aura fell very similar to Kartik. The moment he looked up, it was Naira!
Tears dwelled up in his eyes, when he saw something what he had wanted for years but what he noticed was that Naira was just not looking at him that’s when he understood that Naira knew he is coming here. He just stood up from his seat to go towards Naira when Naira’s boss arrived. He introduced Kartik and Naira to each other that’s when Kartik got to know that Naira had become a very famous anchor of London, and there eyes met. The tear filled eyes met and that was the deepest eye lock ever happened. He couldn’t resist it. He just wanted to enter in those arms for which he pleaded for 10 years. Same were the feelings with Naira, but what stop her was that Kartik must be hating her now, and he might not know the truth.

Hi Guys! So there you go. Finally those eyes have seen each other which pleaded for years. Our Kaira has seen each other what now is left is there conversation. I am glad you people are liking my story and guys believe me there is nothing wrong in demanding for another chapter , I know you guys are excited, I would surely write once I get time.
