The episode starts Aryan praising Sunny and his abilities.
Aryan: I should thank the fate that makes you entered VR hospital. If I didn’t met you after what have happened in the party that day, I haven’t have seen how much you love money and we didn’t prepare for our plan.
Sunny: You have a clever mind sir, but I can’t understand something. How you thought that Vansh will be jealous and will do all of this drama?
Aryan: I’ve been known Vansh since a lot and I noticed his attraction to Riddhima in his eyes when he was looking at her in the party so I decided to end this attraction before it could turn into love. And at the same time, I gave them the chance to be together before my bomb blast into their faces so they got hurt more and that what happened. It’s just the beginning, they don’t know what I’m preparing to them. And that Riddhima still didn’t paid the price of that slap.
This night is the hardest night that had passed in Vansh and Riddhima’s lives. They are in so much pain. They are so broken, each one of them can’t forget what the other had said.
Vansh to himself: Do I really lost the ability of differentiating who is innocent and who is not? How she fooled me that easy?! What hurts me more that I already started to trust her. Actually there is something else that I start to discover and it really hurts to discover it lately. It is too late now. If I discovered it earlier I would be happy, but now I’m just shattered!

Riddhima: What you mean of what he passed through? What has happened? Actually, I was asking myself the same question. Why he can’t trust anyone easily? What has happened to him that makes him lose his trust in anything and everything.
Sejal: Vansh has been in a huge, romantic, and fictional love story. He has trusted her a lot, he was doing anything and everything just to see her happy, but she was money minded girl. She has cheated him and have stolen a lot of money from him not only that but also she was coming by the permission of one of the biggest enemies to Vansh to destroy his life and his hospital. She caused a lot of problems in the hospital that made Vansh’s father can’t bear its consequences and he died. Vansh was heart broken. He was not facing his lover’s betrayal only: it was her betrayal, uncle’s death, and the problems that it has been caused in the hospital. So since that day Vansh is doubting everyone and he treats everyone as if this person is a cheater. He is always expecting the cheat from anyone and everyone. He is living with a big pain that it doesn’t minimize. You have to talk with him once Riddhima, don’t make him think that you have cheated on him like what she had did.
Riddhima was shocked after what she has heard. She can’t believe that he is holding all of this pain. How a person could live with that pain?! Now she can know the reason of his attitude. Actually she wonders how he could still have the ability to be kind and caring about the people around him after what he has faced?!
She went to her bed, but she didn’t feel that she will can sleep. Actually she heard a footsteps that makes her terrified so she goes to check who is there when she saw him in front of her. She was going to scream when he puts his hand on her mouth.
Vansh: Just relax, it’s me, I’m Vansh. Just calm down.
She hugged him very tightly, maybe she was trying to take all the pain that he is caring and he doesn’t share it with anyone or she was trying to apologize to him.
He was satisfied in her arms as if she really belongs to him and he belongs to her.
After a long time being in each others’ arms.
Vansh: I’m sorry Riddhima, I’ve been misunderstanding you without knowing the entire truth. I’m really sorry, but you don’t know what I was feeling when I saw you very close to that stupid Sunny.
Riddhima: How your attitude could change very quickly?!
He starts telling her what Siya heard and he told her his speculations.
Riddhima: Sunny?! I can’t imagine that he is so cheap like that?! He is my childhood best friend how he could merely cheat me?! What he will gain?
Vansh: You are so innocent! You are still asking and you didn’t understand! He will of course gain money. There is a family member who is joining hands with him and that person is using him to cause problems in our lives.

He will not imagine what I will do to him, we just have to start our plan fast as we don’t know what is his next move and I’m worried about you. He could reach to any low state and he could harm you and I will can’t bear such a thing.
She stared at him for a while.
Riddhima: So that means that you finally started to trust me?
Vansh: I will not give an answer now as I want to see you confused and annoyed as you look so beautiful when you are annoyed. And especially that smile that came into your fave now.

Vansh: Not Dr. Vansh, I’m just Vansh. I decided to form a bond between us. Let’s be friends, it will be a great thing forming a friendship with you Dr. Riddhima.
