Radhika woke up and saw sam had already woken up.She held her head and Radhika remembered she had drunk too much.Radhika then gave sam some lime juice.sam felt better.Then sam told radhika that she was going to neil’s place for completing project.she told radhika not to tell to anyone,her bro arjun knows it.she also said that arjun might not come today as he has some urgent work.also Sam told that she gave arjun phone back to him as he had come in morning.Radhika looked at herself,she looked horrible hair all messed up her maxi dress she had not changed.Wait Arjun wasn’t coming,she felt sad but she did not understand why she felt sad.Sam soon got ready and when radhika saw her she wore Radhika’s one of Indian dress,Sam looked beautiful.Sam requested her if she could wear it.Radhika gladly had agreed.soon Sam left for Neil’s place.
It was getting dark,Sam had called Radhika that she would stay there tonight and neil assured he would take care of Sam.It was Saturday night.When Radhika was cooking,her dress got spoiled as curd fell on her.Radhika couldn’t wear her dresses as the previous day,Sam had hid her clothes so that she would wear Maxi dress.So saw Sam clothes and found something suitable to wear and tied her hair.she went to kitchen back when suddenly lights had gone.She remembered some candle (scented ones)and she took out the candle from a cabinet.She patted herself for being so organised that in dark too she could find her things.She lit the candle and saw the rains had started.She felt like eating pakoras.she decided to make it,she made batter .Suddenly she felt someone came,she thought to turn around when she felt something on feet,it could be snake.She turned around frightened and shouted snake when someone had lifted up.Her hands of that besan batter had put up the mark on that person shirt,the lights came.She was surprised.It was Arjun.She smiled.she suddenly remembered snake.she shouted when Arjun covered her mouth when still Radhika was jumping with fear when Arjun made her close to himself and whispered into her ears,”look below its just a feather which came from window,I guess.”Radhika looked down,she was relieved,Arjun chuckled and Radhika felt embarrassed,when Radhika saw that the feather had some special mark.She told Arjun.before arjun responded,he noticed from window that someone was trying to shoot Radhika.Before the bullet could reach Arjun grabbed Radhika and made her hide behind the dining table.Both heard noise of bullet hitting the crockery kept.Suddenly Radhika was shocked to see Arjun taking out a gun.and shooting at the person.The person ran away.though the rain made tough for that person to climb down the tree.Radhika was shocked of the event.
Arjun looked at Radhika and asked her why she wore Sam dress.Radhika came back to reality.They suddenly noticed how close they were right now below the dining table.they came up.Radhika suddenly darted questions at Arjun,”who was he?why was he trying to shoot me?was he behind u or Sam?How did u have that gun?and yes the phone call,who was he?”Arjun closed her mouth and said,”do you trust me?”Radhika nodded,though she was confused why will she trust a stranger.Then Arjun replied,”Trust me ,you will get your answers.plz don’t tell this to anyone and yes stay alert.”Radhika nodded.Arjun suddenly told her he is going to stay here till morning as Sam will come.Radhika did not know what she should say.Before she could say,Arjun gave her a hug and whispered,I have already promised to protect you,I will never let anything happen to you and kissed her forehead and went to kitchen and said will you make pakoras or shall I make? Radhika giggled and said let me see if you can make.
