Maddam Sir fame Gulki Joshi aka SHO Haseena Malik and Rahil Azam’s chemistry is much appreciated by the fans of the show. In an interview with ETimes TV Gulki, when asked about her camaraderie with Rahil aka DSP Anubhav Singh shared, “Before Rahil entered the picture, I was the biggest prankster on set. But Rahul mere pitaaji nikle (He turned out to be a bigger prankster). He is such a fun-loving and mastikhor insaan. One day he might have sat quietly and observed all of us and the second day onwards he showed his true colours. We had to tell him that you do fine as the shy boy so please be in that zone. Rahil is a fantastic human being, a supportive and comforting co-actor to work with. I am kind of disheartened that the track had to end so soon. But it was fun working with him. Rest of the team is also great.”
She further added, “All of the team members Sonali ji, Bhavika, Yukti… they are all great. None of us in our team are egoistic or need special treatment. I am blessed with such brilliant co-actors. At times the director comes to separate us so that we can work.”
Speaking about her character in the show, Gulki shared, “It feels incredible to be doing a strong role. A woman, who is in a strong position and is also emotional at the same time but she doesn’t like what we see in other daily soaps. It’s a very unique character. I am enjoying it a lot. This is the most challenging and satisfying role in my career.”
